We had such a fantastic stay and we felt right at home. Everything was clean, well looked after and the chalet was equipped with more than you could need. Everything was thought out to give guests the best experience and there was a lovely welcome basket to give an extra special touch.The location was perfect with a nature reserve and lovely park within a few minutes walking distance. Would recommend over and over, will be staying again!

Michelle’s home is the best, most beautiful and comfortable Airbnb I’ve been in so far, I wish I had more time to stay there, I didn’t want to leave. The place is absolutely spotless, you feel at home instantly. I highly recommend this home! This accommodation is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There are lots of lovely local walks and a couple of convenience stores and pubs within walking distance. There are lots location is peaceful with a nice outdoor courtyard garden. Occasionally footsteps can be heard from above the bedroom due to the accommodation being underneath part of the owner’s home.

We could not be more grateful to Peter and his family for hosting us for my sister wedding locally. Absolutely gorgeous home and fantastic hosts. Extremely patient with us on wedding day when things became a little chaotic. Could not recommend more for a large family get away location.

This is a tastefully furnished beautifully decorated home. It was also spotlessly clean. It’s only a 15 minute walk into Beccles. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

We stayed in the annex for two nights while in the area - it was just what we needed after a busy couple of days. Easy private driveway parking, peaceful location, cosy and accomodation including large comfy sofa to relax on in the evenings. The annex was actually bigger than we realised from the photos. Gwyn was responsive, friendly and helpful both before and during our stay and gave us some good recommendations for places to visit. Would definitely stay here again when in Suffolk!

We had a lovely stay at Pott’s Cottage. It is a lovely property with everything that you need for a short (or long stay). The cottage is tucked away in a small village so it’s perfect for a peaceful break but it’s also only minutes from the A12. Christina was a great host - the wine and shortbread was much appreciated. We will be back. Thank you. ☺️

Apple Tree cottage was everything we hoped for. The cottage was pristine, and the addition of a welcome pack really made our stay exceptional. The cottage is only a 5 minute walk from the very well stocked Village Shop and The Angel Inn is also close by and was very friendly and served great food. Thanks Gary - we'll come again!

Beautifully Farmhouse with everything you need. Quality furnishings, linen etc. Extremely well equiped kitchen. There was even a playroom with toys which wasn't mentioned. Very safe enclosed garden for a two and five year old to play in. It might be worth mentioning that there were 5 beautiful large shower rooms but no actual bath. Didn't bother us, but maybe worth taking a small baby bath if you have a non standing infant. We had a fabulous stay. Great for an exstended family as there was plenty of space to share or be alone. Thank you!

We were racing at Snetterton for the weekend. Perfect for us and very close to circuit. We had everything we needed on arrival including milk,tea,coffee, croissants, biscuits, selection of cereals, cans coke, bottled water and more. A lovely place to stay, exactly as described but the photos do not do it justice. Very comfortable and cosy and extremely well equipped. The outdoor space was also lovely, with lots of visiting birds. Mandy was a considerate host, even offering to get some provisions for me when she knew that I was attending a family funeral. Quiet and peaceful, highly recommend as a perfect place to stay. I hope to return soon.

We had a lovely time, the place was immaculate and very cosy. The complimentary snacks and Prosecco were the perfect touch. If you’re a couple and want a get away I would recommend to anyone!

A complete gem of an Airbnb and a delightful, helpful host in Fiona. The Annex is so spacious and comfortable. Fun days out exploring beautiful medieval local sites then back for drinks on the patio and a tasty supper from the amazing farm shop nearby. Our dog loved it too whizzing through the orchard fetching balls. We didn’t want to leave. Just fantastic.

What a fantastic property! Tastefully decorated and brilliant location for exploring Bungay and surrounding areas. We felt welcomed right from the start and the property had everything you need. Wished we could have stayed longer!
