Welcome to our cosy glamorous bell tent set in a truly magical location where the woods meet the reeds. Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. Situated in the grounds of our 17th Century home, it is a private sanctuary, with high quality decor and all modern facilities. Wake up to the sound of birdsong whilst enjoying locally sourced artisan coffee and produce. This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

This is our wooden shack, tucked away in a quiet corner of Norfolk. Stay here and share some of the country idyll that we love. This is a peaceful, remote position, and we treasure the space, nature and peace we’re surrounded by - and hope you will too. The Shack has been built, fitted and furnished using up-cycled, re-cycled, reclaimed, new, old, vintage, shabby, retro, re-purposed or anything different or quirky. We’re constantly adding to it. No telly. Limited WiFi. Time out, guaranteed.

“The Elms Shepherds Hut”

Our beautiful little shepherds hut is ready for letting. Get away from it all and stay under the stars deep in the Suffolk countryside. Our Shepherds hut is situated in the corner of our field surrounded by hedging and stunning views. If you’re a keen cyclist there’s many different routes in the area as well as many footpaths for avid ramblers. If star gazing is your thing then we can promise you we are not affected by light pollution and if you’re lucky you’ll hear our resident owls too.

Our lodges are fully insulated. Have double glazing. Central heating. Perfect for all year round. Both lodges sleep upto 6 guests. They are well equipped with en-suite. television. Sofa and full kitchen inside. We are surrounded by lovely countryside. But also only a 10 minute walk into Long Melford. Which has lots of pubs and restaurants. The lodges are our own design. You will not find anything like them in the country. Totally unique. You can fish the lake. Or swim in it.

Beautiful cabin on the edge of Kings Forest

The Hide is one of Suffolk's hidden gems. A clean, beautiful and relaxing space. We've created an open-plan cabin which is located on the edge of King's Forest with direct access to an abundance of nature, walks, cycle tracks and beautiful views. Relax and unwind on the raised deck of an evening as the sun sets over the forest in front of you, watching deer emerge from the forest and owls flying overhead. We are able to provide celebration packages upon request.
