Such a beautiful home and a real treat to be able to stay there, offered a very relaxed atmosphere with great amenities and a very lovley breakfast Sophie and her husband were very welcoming and so accommodating especially as we had delays on our journey and arrived much later than planned. I was travelling with friends to enjoy an evening at Newmarket Racecourse and we all enjoyed our stay very much and said we would definitely come back again

Me and my best friend came and had a lovely stay with my dog. We felt right at home very quickly and are already talking about coming back! The food was beautiful, the surroundings were perfect, it was so peaceful. Louise & Hugh were really friendly and easy to get along with. We had a great time chatting to them. I would highly recommend coming here, we couldn't have felt more welcome & it was really good value for money.

This was our second stay and we had a very nice relaxing time again, greeted on arrival with delicious tea and cake and made to feel very welcome. We had a fantastic meal on the first night cooked by the very talented Louise and a beautiful cooked breakfast each morning, highly recommend place to stay and hopefully we will come again.

Great house, lovely host and delicious breakfast

Every year we come and stay near Halesworth to visit family. We must have tried 8 different B&B’s but finally we have found one we love. Hall Farm is the most idyllic place to stay - beautiful house and gardens and very friendly and helpful hosts - and a delicious breakfast with homemade jams and eggs from their chickens. We will be back next year!

I enjoyed my last minute stay. Sian is very helpful and communicative. Even though I had some issues unable to check in a bit late, Sian was beyond helpful in making sure I'm in and comfortable.

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at Judy's nicely tucked away house. The cozy kitchen offers a breakfast table with a view on the country side. Breakfast is tasty too and a good start of your day. Judy is a wonderful host who is caring and very friendly. Hartest itself is a charming small village with a very nice restaurant (The Crown) and Judy's place is a perfect base if you want explore places like Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge or Kentwell hall. Thank you for the wonderful stay Judy.

Lovely stay in Shimpling. Annie was a fantastic host, incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. The rooms were all perfect for us , beautifully clean and comfortable. Annie made us tea on arrival and served us a wonderful breakfast in the morning - I highly recommend.

Crystal is a gem! Not only do you get to stay in a beautiful 600 year + home but you get the pleasure of having the kindest host who is honestly great at everything! We came home to freshly made lemon filling cupcakes. She was kind enough to make a present for my daughter just because and took the extra time to tell us about her family and the history of the house. I highly recommend Crystals bed and breakfast. Not only for her good food and great bed but for her extra love and care with the guests who are lucky to stay at her home. Thank you! We will be back without a question.

We stayed with John and Michael for a local wedding and had a fantastic weekend. From the moment we arrived, we could not have been better looked after. John and Michael are charming and wonderful hosts. They had thought of everything, and our stay was very comfortable indeed. The bedrooms and bathroom are beautifully appointed. The beds are very comfortable, and breakfasts delicious. All in all, a perfect stay. Thank you both very much.

My stay at Sallyann’s place was beyond perfect. Her space is incredibly clean, she provided fresh flowers in the room along with treats and coffee and tea. It is also situated on the cutest street in Bungay. Beyond her place being so amazing, Sallyann herself is such a lovely person. She was so easygoing and kind. I was visiting on my birthday, and when she found out I woke up to a card and a small gift. I have stayed at Airbnb’s all over the world and this one is the one I will look back on the most fondly.

A gorgeous peaceful house with a gorgeous host! Aly was super responsive and attentive, whilst also being very chilled out which made us feel right at home. The house is so cosy and unique, with Fozzie her beloved pooch co-host around for breakfast belly rubs which was a particular highlight for us :) we loved our weekend stay!

What a remarkable stay…and amazing host! This jewel was the cherry on top of an already amazing visit to the UK. If you love and appreciate history, this place is a must! Accommodation was a perfect site for recovering after a whirlwind journey and preparing for the trip back home. Breakfast was delicious, and Jane offered brilliant suggestions for things to do and places to see. Cannot wait to return!

Holiday | Couple If we could leave more than 5 stars we would. We had the most relaxing stay at Laundry Cottage and Andrea was the most caring, kind & generous host who greeted us with tea and homemade ginger cake. We instantly felt at home, so much so that all of our plans for the evening went out of the window and other than a quick bite at the local pub we spent all evening relaxing in our room. The breakfast Andrea prepared for us the following morning was so delicious - homemade butter & marmalade, a freshly baked loaf, fresh eggs and overnight oats. We were sad to leave Laundry Cottage and wished we stayed an extra night. We will be back!

Staying at Tim's house was truly special. From the moment he welcomed us into his beautifully decorated home we felt so comfortable. Our bedroom was just amazing with everything you could possibly need plus extras that were very much appreciated. Tim is a wonderful host and he treated us to the most spectacular breakfasts. Although the house is within easy walking distance of the town centre it was very quiet. We can't recommend Tim highly enough and we would love to come back.

This is a lovely room, which is decorated beautifully. It was very clean, well maintained, and spacious. The breakfast is so lovely and a really nice touch. Very friendly owners who gave us some good tips on places to visit nearby. Thank you for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mechelle’s. The room was lovely, very cosy and comfortable. There were lots of little extras like a coffee machine, snacks and chocolates. We had a lovely breakfast of muesli, sourdough bread toast, jams, eggs, and one of the mornings we had freshly cooked sausages and tomatoes. Mechelle was very helpful at telling us the good places to visit in the area. The house is a good base for visiting Great Yarmouth and all the little villages nearby.

Caroline and Rob are wonderful hosts that go above and beyond for their guests , they are friendly and welcoming and are happy to help with any issues. We stayed at their place while attending latitude festival which is conveniently only 10 minutes away . Communication with Caroline was excellent from the moment we booked . She very kindly let us checking in early so we could get ready for the festival . The house is in a quiet charming neighbourhood , the garden is beautiful with the most stunning views over the fields. The room where we stayed was very quiet , we had a much needed good night sleep. Great Airbnb experience, highly recommend to anyone visiting beautiful Suffolk.

We had a couple of very relaxing nights staying in Priscilla’s home. She was friendly and attentive to our needs. The use of the saunas and spas made it very good value for money. The highlight was the included delicious breakfast with proper coffee served in the yurt in the garden. Other Airbnb’s take note! We look forward to coming back soon.

My partner and I stayed last weekend at Corner Farm. The beautiful property is set in the Suffolk countryside and is in a peaceful and rural location, it was incredibly easy to find and Jane had been kind enough to send directions. We stayed in the blue annexe with exposed wooden beams, It was more beautiful than we expected and what the photos depict. Everything was clean and fresh, a very nice touch with the dressing gowns, slippers and toiletries. We spent many hours enjoying the hot tub which to us was a huge selling point and did not disappoint. Breakfast was fantastic, with a whole spread of juices, coffee, fresh fruits, yoghurt, jams and a cooked breakfast of choice from 5 options. The ingredients were made from their farm. Jane and Tony were welcoming, friendly and discrete. It was very evident that a lot of care and consideration has gone into providing guests with a lovely and enjoyable stay. Thank you again for a fantastic stay! Highly recommend!

What a beautiful place to stay the host were absolutely lovely, Odell and Ross made you very welcome. The B&B is situated in gorgeous country side with fields all around you, theres lovely walks where if you are lucky you will see the deer walking through the fields which was a lovely sight to see, it was so peaceful and calming a perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries . The room was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. There is also tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Then we have the breakfast which started with fresh fruit salad, yogurt, and cereal followed by a lovely presentation of a cooked breakfast which came out on a platter for your table, so you could help yourselves and for each day there was a different variation all beautifully cooked and taste gorgeous. Needless to say i have already booked a stay for Christmas, i cant believe little gems like this still exist and i am glad i found it. Thank you Odell and Ross for a truly wonderfull weekend you were wonderful host see you again soon.
