Lovely stay and easy to park and enter property. Right in town so really good if you want access to all the town has to offer and close to the lovely Christchurch Park. Host was helpful and always responsive. Can be a little lively at weekend at nighttime due to location but didn’t affect us in settling.

We were very pleased with the apartment and Sophie was a great host. The apartment was better than we expected, having two bathrooms. The balcony was only small but both doors opened up so it seemed a lot bigger and it caught the sun right up till the evening. If we are ever in Ipswich again we would certainly like to stay there again, thank you Sophie.

A smart little flat. Only gripes was the usual - lighting: bar one dimmer over the dining table it's just on or off switches. Needs more control. There is one other issue - no extractor fan of any kind for use when cooking. The whole flat then gets the aroma of what you are cooking - good or bad; with the hob where it is on the island an overhead is not a great idea, but new hobs now available with worktop located extractors, I personally would ditch the old one and put one of those in. But over all a good flat - just a shame it's in Ipswich.

A super quiet area right on the harbor. If you need big city hustle and bustle, it's right, but if you need it quiet, absolutely perfect:-) There was a small shop nearby, otherwise Lidl etc. about 3 km away so very easily accessible

Had a great stay at Agi's place! The apartment is located right on the water with a bunch of shops and restaurants right at hand. Agi was also very responsive and welcoming, offering a book of suggestions on local attractions and willingness to communicate any time.

Donna was a very responsive and helpful host. We had a great stay at the property and the garden is a really nice touch when the sun comes out. Water pressure is good so you can have a good shower and while the kitchen was small it does everything you need. We even managed to cook a roast dinner! All the essentials were included and Donna was flexible with our check in and check out times which was appreciated. We drove round the area and went to a vineyard which was lovely but also walking distance from a really nice pub in Packenhsm. Would recommend!

Great little place, quiet and comfy bed. All you need to go exploring the local area. We were visiting family so it was perfect for us. Lots of walks on your doorstep through to Mistley and Manningtree. Sharon was responsive and helpful.

Perfectly situated in the beautiful town of Clare, the Globe's Flat is extremely cosy. There are so many thoughtful features provided by Lucy and Darrin, enhancing the feeling of comfort and well-being. The flat is above a warm and welcoming wet pub; an absolute boon. Lucy and Darrin were friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.

Beautiful location, lovely host, clear and helpful communications, a 5 Star experience all round. Highly recommended.

Wonderful spacious and great communication and guide to the area. Big bed and high ceilings too! And a bottle of wine in the fridge. Great spot for a Very Peaceful Slice of Suffolk!

Lovely few days at Lucindas apartment. Clean ,well equipped ,tasteful interior, free parking outside, amazing view of the sea,great location !!

Our stay at Pond View was peaceful and relaxing. Access to the site was easy but secure. The accommodation was just right. And Christopher was a great host.

The place was very spacious, clean, and accomodating. The bed was comfortable, the shower had nice water pressure, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The seating was great and we were able to accommodate guests for dinner and a nice visit. It is within walking distance to just about anything you would want to go and do. It feels like you are in the middle of town but it is quiet.

The Hayloft is a fantastic place to stay in Clare. It is clean comfortable convenient and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. Alison was very helpful and very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend The Hayloft.

A complete gem of an Airbnb and a delightful, helpful host in Fiona. The Annex is so spacious and comfortable. Fun days out exploring beautiful medieval local sites then back for drinks on the patio and a tasty supper from the amazing farm shop nearby. Our dog loved it too whizzing through the orchard fetching balls. We didn’t want to leave. Just fantastic.

What a fantastic stay! Kim was very communicative in the booking and check in process. The flat was spotless on arrival and she had left lots of treats for the stay with coffee/tea/condiments/spices. It felt just like a home away from home. The location was fantastic for walking everywhere as it's so close to the train station. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

A lovely place to stay, exactly as described but the photos do not do it justice. Very comfortable and cosy and extremely well equipped. The outdoor space was also lovely, with lots of visiting birds. Mandy was a considerate host, even offering to get some provisions for me when she knew that I was attending a family funeral. Quiet and peaceful, highly recommend as a perfect place to stay. I hope to return soon.

Such a lovely place to stay feels like a home from home. Barn is equipped with everything you need for a cosy day. 12pm check out was amazing. Perfect retreat in the countryside. Food and drink extras were a bonus!

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Tim’s place. I booked it very last minute and he was quick to get all the information to me to ensure a smooth entrance to the property. The flat itself is right on the beach with gorgeous views for your morning coffee! The flat is quiet and cosy and has everything you need for a relaxing trip. Thanks guys!

This is a beautiful little cottage in the heart of a working race yard. Very tastefully decorated and in great condition. Excellent bathroom, extrement comfy, extra large bed and luxurious bed linen. Our host left essentials in the bathroom, fresh milk in the fridge and was on hand to hell with anything we needed. It's a short walk into Newmarket town and the racecourses are a short drive away. Thoroughly recommend and would stay again if available next time we visit.

Really enjoyed our recent stay. The property was immaculately clean and really comfortable. The little touches of fresh eggs, bread and butter were much appreciated. We had clear instructions of how to access the property and were able to come and go as needed. Would thoroughly recommend and would re-book if we were looking to stay in the area again.

We had a lovely stay in Southwold. So much to do and see with lovely walking and restaurants and we had everything we needed in the cosy, well equipped stylish little flat. Location on high street was very convenient and quite quiet at the back where the bedroom & balcony is...apart from a few boisterous gulls :)

Excellent apartment with every convenience provided. Ideal for my business trip to the airbase. Great host highly recommended and will definitely book again
