Vacation rentals with breakfast in San Rafael

Mike & Theresa are wonderful hosts! My family and I enjoyed our stay. My toddler and 8 month old had no problems sleeping. Be mindful that there are stairs to get into property in case of heavy luggage or little ones. Wonderful location with restaurants nearby and parks as well. Would definitely recommend and come back for another stay!

Staying at The Bask House was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, Jess made us feel incredibly welcome. She was warm, responsive, and provided thoughtful touches throughout the home that made our stay seamless and relaxing. The house itself is stunning, beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and filled with natural light. Every detail was clearly designed with care and comfort in mind. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were plush and cozy, and the outdoor spaces were peaceful and inviting. Whether we were sipping coffee on the porch in the morning or enjoying a glass of wine under the stars at night, every moment at The Bask House felt special. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel at home, but also completely spoiled. The location was ideal for what we wanted to do, close enough to everything we needed, yet quiet and serene. Jess provided fantastic recommendations and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience.

Absolutely loved our stay! The house is a feast for the eyes—every room is filled with unique and thoughtful artwork that made it feel more like a gallery than a rental. The beds were incredibly comfortable (we all slept like rocks), and the host left clear, helpful instructions for everything from check-in to the coffee maker. Speaking of which, the coffee in the fridge was unexpectedly great—a rare and welcome touch. Highly recommend this place for anyone who appreciates comfort with a creative flair!

The farmhouse was perfect for our visit to Petaluma. Our family of 6 had plenty of space, and I loved that there was a very large enclosed yard for the kids to run around. The house had every single thing we needed, and Dani was incredibly responsive, helpful, and really went over the top to make sure we had a great trip. Host lives on the same property in a separate building, but we had plenty of privacy and a dedicated (gorgeous) outdoor space. Everything was really comfortable.

It felt like visiting family rather than an Airbnb. The house is well decorated and fully stocked, feeling like a cozy home rather than a rental. Also, when we arrived, Jim had fresh bread and other items for us, which made us feel welcome and at ease. The house is on a corner of the street but between the dual roller shades and the plants around the backyards, it feels calm and isolated both in the house and on the back patio. The shower had amazing water pressure, the bathroom was fully stocked and had a hair dryer and all the accessories including a diffuser! The kitchen has a viking stove, good pots and pans as well as sharp knives making cooking easy. The house is blocks from bookstores, restaurants, grocery stores, and so much more. We also greatly appreciated the parking spot reserved for us, allowing us to drive there and not fight for street parking whenever we came back.

It's clear why this airbnb has so many glowing reviews. It's really that wonderful. Steps to the beach, beautiful kitchen, fully enclosed deck and yard, super comfortable beds and lux linens. Cozy, clean, stylish, warm. A dream. We will hope to return.

Pam was a fantastic host. Super responsive. One of the nights, there was an issue with the kitchen sink and she fixed it right away. Her place matched the photos and was nice and clean. The backyard is great. She let us use it for a picnic. I would definitely stay here again 🙂

Barbara was one of the best hosts, if not the best, that I have encountered over my many years of travel. She was responsive to messages and was just so polite and friendly with recommendations and tips for navigating San Francisco. The little touches of snacks and special drinks were really appreciated. The room decorations with the wine histories / business books and mid-century furniture and lighting made for a wonderful space to relax in. The bed was very comfortable.

Great place to stay for a few nights. Shared bathroom was always clean and kitchen always had some snacks. Host check in instructions were super clear.

What a lovely place! Super cozy and beautifully decorated. The skylights bring in a lot of natural light and the patio is so sweet. I was greeted by two little birds singing their songs each day. Highly recommend! :)

Delora is a friendly host with clear communication. The Airbnb is a manageable walk from many nice shops and restaurants, and the area is quiet. It’s a nice size for two people.

Ruby's place is exactly as advertised - very comfortably appointed, walkable to some of my favorite spots in Berkeley, and the private garden seating area just outside the double-kitchen doorway was simply beautiful. I will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

A cozy, quiet spot, close enough to everything, appointed and clean and fun enough to be a destination in and of itself. Three very different adults and a unique, picky 9yo all loved it. And Stephen was both helpful and hands-off when appropriate.

This was our second stay at Gigi's, and you'd be hard pressed to find better accommodations. Clean, homey, comfortable, best coffee/breakfast in SF. We love all the books and SF artwork throughout. Looking forward to staying again!

The location was truly perfect -- excellent restaurants, cafes, bakeries, etc. Walk to UC Berkeley was about 10 to 15 minutes, to Rockbridge BART was about 20 minutes. Emily was a super nice host and helped me with local tips and informations.

Our stay here was wonderful. Jeannie and Skate are the nicest people and were so helpful during our stay. The two cats are very sweet and were so great to spend time with. We loved our time here!

Had a wonderful 10 day stay here! Michelle is a fantastic host. The home, kitchens and rooms are so cozy. Everything is super organized, neat and clean. Lovely books in the shelves that will make you explore the wonderful city of San Francisco. The oatmeal breakfast, fruits, yoghurts, with array of coffee machines are absolutely a whole cherry cake on top of another. This place is a gem!

We really enjoyed staying at Susanna and John’s place. They made us feel right at home with their homemade breakfast muffins and they have a gorgeous backyard filled with plants and art. They are kind, wonderful people and who have two adorable dogs, Molly and Lilly, that our baby had a blast playing with! We would definitely recommend staying here and would come again. Such a fantastic Airbnb, probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The hosts are so kind and everything is even better than advertised. Make sure to get some cider for the road because it’s incredible! The breakfasts the host provides for you each morning are delightful, menu is different each day. Really really incredible place. And to top it all off the guest house is beautifully updated!

Sandor and Giuliana are the best hosts! We loved getting to know them and their sweet dog, Giorgio, and staying in their beautiful home. They made us feel right at home and had wonderful neighborhood recommendations and local history to share.

Would stay again! Pleasant place to stay and great location to explore the Temescal neighborhood.
