Vacation rentals with breakfast in Marin County

Mike & Theresa are wonderful hosts! My family and I enjoyed our stay. My toddler and 8 month old had no problems sleeping. Be mindful that there are stairs to get into property in case of heavy luggage or little ones. Wonderful location with restaurants nearby and parks as well. Would definitely recommend and come back for another stay!

Jane has a beautiful home with gorgeous views, easy access into town (a 2 block walk), and cozy room. She added thoughtful touches from oatmeal packets to a kettle and tea. Was lovely to see Jane's own artwork through out the space! Would stay again.

The Marin Tao House is an oasis of peace. Joy is also a master healer and a kind soul.

Leda’s Sunshine House was the perfect weekend getaway for a solo female traveler. She let me book last minute (an hour before I arrived!) without hesitation! She was more than warm and hospitable, going the extra mile to make me feel welcome in her home. My room and designated bathroom felt private, but I also felt welcome in shared rooms like the kitchen and living room. I had a hot breakfast and fresh coffee waiting for me each morning! Leda provided suggestions to places around town and even invited me to attend a class with her since I’d mentioned I practice yoga! I felt less like a stranger renting a room and more like a visiting friend by the time I left her home. 10/10 I would recommend this booking to anyone, especially a solo female traveler looking for a safe and friendly place to stay. I cannot say enough nice things about Leda and her hospitality! My stay at the Sunshine House made my trip truly memorable!

It's clear why this airbnb has so many glowing reviews. It's really that wonderful. Steps to the beach, beautiful kitchen, fully enclosed deck and yard, super comfortable beds and lux linens. Cozy, clean, stylish, warm. A dream. We will hope to return.

We had an amazing stay at M. Thomas’ house! He was very welcoming and helpful and the house was just like we would have wanted it: clean, modern, comfy, with nice outdoor equipment to fully enjoy the stay (brasero, swimming pool). I definitely recommend this place for a few days in Sonoma county

I don’t even think there are words to describe just how peaceful and romantic this place is. We arrived after driving over 3 hrs from Carmel (where we stayed first) and within 15 minutes we were in the hot tub. The bed was super comfortable as well. But the best part of the stay was just going outside and seeing all the beautiful trees and all the areas to sit and enjoy just being there. I never imagined I could stay somewhere like here lol and to do it on my honeymoon was just perfect. We had everything we needed to make ourselves breakfast in the kitchen and also to grill some steaks outside. I had one tiny question the whole time and the host replied immediately. I would definitely heed the warnings if you aren’t from the area or used to driving mountain roads to arrive during daylight. The single lane road there can be a bit difficult the first time getting there. But way worth it! Mill Valley is a beautiful town but you’ll really have no reason to leave once you get here lol

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb in San Anselmo! The house had everything we needed for our group of 9, ranging in age from 4 to 48. The fully stocked kitchen made meal prep a breeze, and the heated pool with kids' floaties and toys kept everyone entertained for hours. The hot tub was a perfect spot to relax in the evenings. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. We were just as happy staying in, relaxing, enjoying backyard BBQ cookouts, and swimming as we were out and about on our San Francisco exploration days. The hosts are fantastic, and it's clear they put a lot of love into this home and care about their guests. Highly recommend this fantastic place for families and groups! 🌟🏡🌴

Everything was great! Location was close to my husbands work and April made sure everything worked out for his schedule! The place is awesome!

Had a great stay with Jill. Needed a quick pit stop, place to sleep, and shower before a long weekend away. Had all that was needed and slept well on her comfy couch

This airbnb has a lot going for it. It is two blocks away from the train station, across the street from Whole Foods, one block from a very good mexican eatery that is well loved by locals, and within 10 minutes from downtown. But for someone having to downsize, Austin went above and beyond. I’m so glad I stayed here. To be helped when you need it most, that’s everything!

Erika’s place is lovely warm and welcoming with outstanding views of Sausalito waterfront, San Francisco across the bay, and easily walkable all around town. She is the ultimate host too… warm and welcoming just like her cozy home! Fresh flowers great selection of munchies coffees and teas, comfortable bed and lots of helpful tips on local restaurants, shopping and activities. I will absolutely stay here again when visiting Sausalito!
