Welcome to a place that has everything you could want. Own dock, sauna, large terraces and fantastic views. Weather stretches are such that terraces, boathouses and jetties swim in the sun from early morning to late evening. The location is hard to beat with two first-class golf clubs nearby, the car ride to the city takes only 30 minutes, it is 10 minutes to the nearest grocery store and at walking distance is Strömma Kanal with two restaurants, cafe, bus stop and regular boats out in the archipelago.

Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

Perfect for a family with small children - there are a lot of toys. Two very nice local restaurants, a café and a large playground only two minutes walking distance. This is a quiet and safe neighbourhood and parties are therefore not allowed at the house.
