It is only 20 minutes to Stockholm city by bus and yet close to both the archipelago, Velamsund nature reserve, a quiet and clean beach closeby and a swim-friendly lake one minute's walk from the house. The house perfect for families with children or larger groups. There are plenty of toys, a crib, kids’ chairs and a playground with swings, a slide, a playhouse and a trampoline in the garden.

We liked Adrian's apartment in Älvsjö very much. Although not directly located in the city, it was very easily accessible by public transportation. The apartment is modern, new and very clean and equipped with high-quality electronic devices. There was oil, salt and pepper as well as coffee and tea. The bedroom is at the back and it was very quiet to sleep, great! Adrian's communication was great - we were always helped quickly and all instructions sent in advance were very helpful. We'll be happy to come back when we return to Stockholm!

Great house and location. We felt at home from day 1. Quiet, scenic and beautiful surroundings with public transport and shopping 5 minutes' walk from the home. The most beautiful terrace with a heated pool, where there is sun all day. If you buy a ticket for the public transport (SL) app, you can also use the ferry about 20 minutes' walk from the home (Lindingö/Dalénum). The most beautiful boat trip of about 1 hour with a terminal in Stockholm city center close to Old Town. We can recommend this property at any time, and would be happy to come back ourselves.

Wonderfully adorned and a perfect place to stay for a small family. The space is very well-equipped and has a great little toy bin for the little ones to keep busy. It's in a fun location close to a couple accessible bus stops and lots to do around in Sodermalm. Would definitely stay again. We had a fantastic time.
