Partially newly renovated apartment in villa in quiet area. A few minutes walk from the beach and hiking trails. Private entrance, patio and private part of garden. 10 minutes walk from the railway station and buses to the city center which is 3 km away. 200 meters from Kattegattleden for bike. The apartment is 40 sqm and has a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has a double bed 140cm wide and there is a single extra bed in separate room. Sheets and towels are not included, cleaning for a fee.

Between Båstad and Torekov you will find this holiday home with stunning views of Skälderviken and proximity to both golf courses and swimming. There is also an ICA shop about 1 km from the house. The house can be used both in winter and summer. At the front you will find a terrace with a fantastic view. There's also a more sheltered patio in the back. The house has an open floor plan with kitchen/fireplace and relaxation corner. On floor 2 there are bedrooms as well as a cozy living room with TV.

A small cozy room in a farmhouse in the middle of Båstad. 1 room with kitchen area of 12 sqm, toilet with shower. Suitable for 1 but max 2 people. On a few minutes walkway is the Continental French Bistro, Knut Jöns Bageri, Pizzeria, ICA, pharmacy, etc. Max 4 minutes walk to the beach and Tångbryggan. Self check-in from 3pm - self check-out by 12pm. From autumn to early summer, the space can be used as a student accommodation. Please get in touch for more info and price.
