The outdoor environment is shared. Close to Vasatorp GK and just 15 minutes to Helsingborg city and Väla. Access to large pool and jacuzzi. In the owner's house there is access to washing/drying and small gym. Bicycles are available to borrow. Electric car charger available, SEK 4.

It gives peace of mind to write, read, play, enjoy, and reflect. We've had the house since 2016, and in 2023 we built a brand new architect-designed house on the grounds. The sand beach is just a short 700-meter walk away, and it is 5 km to Gilleleje and Rågeleje. Bikes can be borrowed by arrangement.
