Work out in the small but luxurious gym then relax in the bathtub or in the sauna. Get power. Kotten is a unique architect-designed residence for those who want to get away from stress and big city. Children must be over 9 years old. There is no must-see, only peacefulness. The house was built entirely of wood and was dressed with a cedar.

Renovated house with 200 meters to the sea and all of Båstad's range of harbor, beach, tennis and nature within walking distance. The house offers a large and well-equipped kitchen with direct access to the south-facing balcony with barbecue for wonderful dinners in the nice garden. You live comfortably in new beds in all the rooms and there are two bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. For the little guests, there is a changing table, crib and high chair available.
