Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Australia

The cabin was sensational. It is in such a peaceful spot. We loved sitting on the deck or even staying warm inside and looking out towards the lawn and the Murray River. The cabin itself has everything that we needed and we felt right at home. Although you need to drive to get to most places it was worth it to be in a peaceful spot and feel like we were amongst nature.

Perfect weekend, we will definitely be back ☺️

Eva's place was nice and modern. The selection of amenities was nice and the location is very convenient to walk around the town of Kingscote.

Rachael's home was the perfect space for our large annual getaway with friends. Lots of space for young kids to run freely, both inside and outside, and jam packed with everything you could possibly need for a large group stay. Was impressed by how well stocked the kitchen was - we never ran out of cutlery, crockery, and having a dishwasher was a gamechanger. 3 full bathrooms was also great for our numbers. Only things that I would consider to be an enhancement for the property is if there would have been an outdoor heater in the patio - in the cold of winter, it was really icy so having that would have made it a lot more comfortable. Also, the trampoline had seen better days. The zip was broken, so with young kids, it was a little bit of a hazard and meant an adult had to be standing at the entry every time a child was using it. Rachael was an accommodating host, super responsive and helpful with any queries we had. We look forward to returning in warmer months in the future!

We went to Spencer during the Easter long weekend and found it very peaceful to be away from all the other people also on their getaway. Nathan provided great recommendations for restaurants and the local grocery store. The Airbnb had everything we needed and it was beautiful waking up to the Hawkesbury River.

The house was incredible for our Easter weekend away. Renee left us with a nice touch of placing Easter eggs around the house and little bunny footprints. The beds were incredibly comfy and we would 100% book the house again!

Excellent value for money. Pleasant stay in the heart of Falls Creek. Spacious for 6 guests. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Great place. Nice and easy to get to all the runs. Close to the shuttle bus. Very comfortable and clean. Robyn was a fantastic host with good communication.

We had a short but enjoyable stay in this stylish, well appointed and cosy apartment. In a central location, a short walk to village square and chairlifts. Great views of the mountains. We enjoyed watching the flame skiers at night and fireworks from the patio, then waking to snowy mountain views. Would love to stay again.

We loved our stay here! Such a great location, central to everything you want in a Thredo holiday. Was able to walk to chair lifts for the kids to do mountain biking, a short walk to buy the bread from the bakery in the morning and such a quiet and peaceful place. The chalet felt very spacious for our family of 5, with a separate little loft for our eldest to have a little space to himself. Beds were all comfortable and it was equipped for everything we needed. Across the road is the Leisure Centre where the kids enjoyed a swim and use of the waterslide. Plenty of beautiful hikes too in the surrounding area. Would recommend Colleen's place and would happily stay there again if we get the oppportunity. Thank you Colleen for a great stay.

My wife & I had another great stay at this peaceful river shack on the banks of the River Murray. Georgina & Jane prepared the house to be comfortable and welcoming. From the moment arrived, we could feel the stresses of the workaday world recede. The welcome kit, with assorted dips, choccies, and wine, does help! The house is well kitted out. You can arrive with just your personal basics and still have a lovely time. The River Murray, on your doorstep, is the big drawcard. You can relax on a deck chair and watch the river roll by as it changes mood from one time to the next – from misty early mornings to bird life during the day, and on to the moon’s reflection at night. You also can enjoy these views from the private jetty from the backyard. The river traffic of water-skiing and jet-skis picks up on weekends. If you are into active river sports, there’s a boat ramp at nearby Sunnyside Reserve. All in all, a lovely river shack in a beautiful location. Thanks to Georgina & Jane!

Great place to stay with family, first time in Mt Hotham and Allan and Gabrielle were great. Dined at The General and Jack Frost which were both fantastic, good food. Would recommend this place for your stay at Mt Hotham.

After a recommendation from a friend, I booked this with the same friend and found it to be a lovely, peaceful place to stay for a night near the water. Erica had left the heat pump on for us so when we arrived for the first few days of Winter in Tassie it was toasty warm! Comfy beds, plenty of kitchen amenities and a lovely spot for a night away from the city! Erica was also superb to deal with, plenty of check ins and planning before the stay. Thankyou

Jervis Bay was a great location for this short break and the accommodation really stood out. It felt homely and comfortable for my friends and I. Definitely recommend this if you're stopping by Jervis Bay

The rustic charm of a shearer’s quarters on a working sheep farm. Suited our group of 4 families over an Easter break perfectly. Sarah, our host, was easy to deal with, responsive & flexible..

I had the most magical stay at the creek cabins! I was lucky to celebrate my birthday, in what felt like a white wonderland! The cabin was very clean and tidy upon arrival with everything we needed. So bless to have experienced snow and to have stayed so close to the snow sports, cafe and beautiful walks. I was able to ski and snowboard for the first time. Staff are lovely. We saw so many beautiful animals during our stay. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! Thank you for your communication and hospitality. I hope to return next year! Take care Alira :)

We spent 3 days at Tracey’s cabin and we already want to go back. Unbeatable location you are right on the water so perfect if you have a boat or like to fish. Bike track and overall outdoor space was great for our son. The property had everything we needed so great for convenience. We had a great stay and our hosts were wonderful!
