Sweet as Sugar, this Shared accommodation is located on Sugargum Drive, with Waurn Ponds station just 300m away and bus station only 100m. Perfectly located for the travelling professional working at Epworth Hospital or student attending Deakin’s Waurn Ponds Campus, both a six-minute drive away. The property itself hosts three private rooms, this particular listing is for bedrooms 2 or 3. Each guest will have use of the shared facilities, including main bathroom, a full kitchen and laundry.

This comfy room features four bunk beds (please note: specific bunks cannot be reserved as guests arrive and depart on different days). Bed linen is provided but please bring your own towel (towel rental @ reception is $5). Share bathroom facilities are located externally to the room.
