Are you a writer and want to lock yourself in an archipelago bubble? You've finished your search. This magical mini cottage fulfills the dream of living in the middle of the archipelago rush, and literally a stone's throw from the water. On the approximately 12 sqm there is a fully equipped kitchenette with sink, fridge, hot water and dining area for two. In the bedroom there is a single bed that can be pulled out to 160 cm. A modern shower room is in the barn and shared with the other guest house. Each guest house has its own dry pass.

House by Lake Betsede A comfortable and modern house on a lake plot with access to a jetty, rowboat and sauna house by the lake. Around the knot you have the water and nature. A fully equipped kitchen with utensils for cooking, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. On the terrace there is a barbecue along with a lovely outdoor furniture well shielded. In addition to swimming and fishing opportunities, you will find golf and padel only about 7 km away. Outside the cottage you will find table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Wood stove is available for extra heating and cozy factor. Large garden full of toys for the small children e.g. swings and trampoline. Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda and Stockholm are all within about 40 minutes drive . Easier Livs about 5 km away.

In the most southern part of Stockholm archipelago you will find our cosy little "bush retreat" at Torö/Svärdsö, 10 min drive from Torö stenstrand (pebble beach). Feel free to use our surfboards and go for a surf, use our rowing boat only, 10-15min walk from the cottage! 10-15 min drive to Nynäshamn where you can find almost everything and hang out in the harbor during the summer or if you want to explore Stockholm city, it is only 40-50 min drive. The busstop is only 100 meter from the cottage!

Cottage 15 m from the sea in a beautiful area

The cottage has one room with two beds and a kitchen with running cold water. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Private patio with barbecue area is down by the jetty. The cottage is secluded in a quiet and protected bay. You get here by car or bus to Stavsnäs, and then by the ferry towards Sandhamn to our island. The cottage is about 10 minutes walk from the jetty. The terrain is a bit hilly so not suitable for stroller or roller bags.

På underbara Vindö-Överby hyr jag ut mitt fritidsställe. Två hus med åretruntstandard intill varandra på en tomt om drygt 2.600 m2. Över 100 kvm stora altaner. 55 minuter med bil från Stockholm Busshållplats 400m från huset. 1h 15m från Slussen Ca 20 minuter till Fågelbro Golf & Country Club Ca 10 minuter till Ica. Hus nr 1 (cirka 75 kvm boyta) har 2 sovrum med sängar 160 cm + en säng 90 cm och en 180 cm i allrum. Hus nr 2 (cirka 35 kvm boyta) har tvättmaskin och bastu. Sängen är 180cm bred.

Distance: Sigtuna (4 km by foot/cycle path, 8 km by car). 17 km from Arlanda airport, 40 km to Stockholm city. 3 km to public transport (bus). The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with a swimming area, about 100 meters away. On the property, there is a dog and during summertime there are sheep.
