Unwind in this unique and quiet home in nature reserve near Stockholm. We rent out our guesthouse located in Nacka with proximity to the sea and lake, 25 minutes by car from Stockholm city. The cottage is 30 sqm with a sleeping loft, toilet, outdoor shower and kitchenette. In the sleeping loft there is a double bed and a smaller mattress. Downstairs, there is a sofa and a mattress that sleeps one person each. In summer, there is the possibility of hiking and swimming in the lake and sea, in winter, cross-country skiing and ice skating in the area.

Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Newly renovated and well-planned accommodation with proximity to both swimming and city in a quiet and safe area. Here you can relax with several amenities and evening sun on the wooden deck. With nature around the corner but close to communication both further out into the archipelago but also into the city, the freedom of choice is great for your holiday. In five minutes you are in the sea and with another 20 minutes you swim in a lake. In addition to two adults, two children can also fit if sharing a mattress. Welcome!

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpses from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to ride up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

En bilutflykt bort ligger Siggesta Gård (minigolf, fotbollsgolf, sagostig), Artipelag, Gustavsberg med Porslinskvarteren, restauranger, caféer. Vikingshill ligger vid havet i skärgårdens början.

Welcome to our house in Insjön - a quiet, green and safe place to stay. It's 20 minutes to Stockholm city by bus and yet close to both the archipelago, Velamsund nature reserve, a beach close by and a swim-friendly lake one minute's walk from the house. A rowboat is available summertime. The house perfect for families with children or larger groups. There are plenty of toys, a crib, kids’ chairs and a playground with swings, a slide, a playhouse and a trampoline in the garden.
