Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Tybee Island

The place was super cute and not a far walk from the beach!

Sarah and Michael were unbelievably accommodating on very short notice! The house was pristine! Although we did not do much eating there, we could’ve eaten off the floor;) they had everything we needed and more! The bed and linens were super comfortable! We walked downtown for dinner and we were going to leave first thing in the morning but ended up walking to get coffee and through the park, which was lovely. We would stay there again in a minute and can’t wait to do so :-) highly recommend to you and anyone you care about that is coming to Savannah!

We are very thankful to have came across this beautiful cottage for our vacation. It was everything we imagined and more. When we arrived there was music playing, wine, a sweet note, and a cake was left to greet us upon our arrival for our anniversary. It was full of all the amenities all the way down to Apple Watch chargers on each side of the bed (something I forgot to pack). Anything you may forget, Kimberly most likely has it in the cottage for you already. The beach chairs were great to take to the beach! (as we also had forgot ours) Everything was thoughtfully decorated and stocked. I loved the front porch area for my morning reading and coffee. It’s nestled on a quiet street just a short drive to Savannah and Tybee Island. Communication was amazing. We didn’t have any questions during our stay, but from the prior communication and check in, I was sure Kimberly was just a text away. We felt at home and safe at Penrose Cottage. We hope one day to be able to come back!

Beautiful home! Nice neighborhood. A really good in between spot for the beach and downtown Savannah. House is fully stocked with all of the supplies you could need. 10/10.

Our stay at this duplex retreat truly exceeded our expectations! We were a group of six adults (three couples), and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The amenities were fantastic. We especially enjoyed being able to cook steaks on the propane grill, which was a huge plus. The location couldn't have been better – it was a short walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient. We also greatly appreciated the great garage parking on the property; we didn't need to use our vehicles at all during our stay. Tim was a wonderful host throughout our visit. His quick responses to any questions we had were incredibly helpful, and we were so grateful for his hospitality. We highly recommend this property and can confidently say, we'll be back!

This host and it's home was amazing! We took my mother with terminal brain cancer on her bucket list last trip. We had my mother, her 85 yr old sister, my husband with our 20 yr old son, 18 year old daughter, 13 yr old son, my sister, her husband and their 14 yr old son. This house was perfect. There were 3 separate stories with a small kitchen in the basement and very large fully stocked kitchen on main level. It was wonderful that we had 4 full bathrooms and one half. The house had everything and more. The lighthouse in the back yard was so enjoyable to watch from the back deck each night. The beach was across the street. Our host told us about the farmer market on Mondays so we went and literally everything there was fantastic. We had plenty of extra towels for showers and even for the beach. We will be coming back here again. Thank you Emily for making this the best memory for us with my mom. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

I would like to say that from the moment that I booked my stay Kelly was in contact with me; more so than any other host that I have booked with, across any platform! We felt right at home and I enjoyed the separate apartment downstairs. I would have ZERO hesitations about staying at another property that Kelly hosted!

It's a great spot, especially if you have kids! Lots of toys and books that my son enjoyed. Plenty of towels and all the things you need for the beach - a big shade, chairs, wagon, etc. We had such a fun time. Thanks!

Excellent location, plenty to do and eat all around you. Everywhere is just a couple minutes walk. A comfy and relaxing place for a couples vacation in Tybee. We WILL be back!

Great stay! Christian had everything needed for a perfect beach vacation. Christian was great at communicating. The Airbnb was spacious and clean. I will be staying at his Airbnb in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Luxe condo. Kaelyn was extremely responsive and friendly. The condo is amazing. It is extremely clean and well stocked. It has everything you need for your stay. The decor and furnishings are beautiful. I loved all the outside space both in the front and the back!! It's an easy and short walk to the beach and is within walking to the pier, restaurants and shopping. Such a cute place! Highly recommend!

We loved staying here. We were only here for one evening, but we found it very peaceful, private, and comfortable. Mary Ellen was communicative, making our stay as seamless as possible. Highly recommend!

Loved Steven’s condo! Everything was super clean and well maintained. Condo was also very close to the restaurants and shops and just a short walk to the beach!

We had a wonderful time fishing on the lake and the home was spacious , peaceful, and very clean. We had a great time with lots of things to do very close to the home, with tybee beach only being 15 minutes from the home it was the perfect place to be at a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again !

This location is so convenient! An easy walk to the beach (especially with the provided beach chairs and wagon)! The numerous shops and grocery were an easy walk away too. If someone is looking for a place to stay without a vehicle, this place would be perfect. With a car, parking was always available just outside our unit. Everything was just as described and even better with thick towels and a cute living area and balcony. The host provided a very well stocked kitchen and was very responsive. We used the laundry room across the hall which was accessible with a coded entry. The room was very clean but requires several quarters to wash and dry clothes (especially to dry them). Overall it was a great place and we hope to stay here again when we visit HH in the future.

staying a week at brass rail, was a great experience , very convenient clean pool, balcony with relaxing porch comfort, table and chairs for eating outside. wooden board walk directly to the beach.

It was a very nice place with awesome views. Only downsides are that it was a bit small (no room for two night stands in the main bedroom) and the walk to the beach was a bit of a haul. Overall it was great for what we needed and a fair price.

Rhonda’s place was perfect for our mother-son getaway. We loved the easy beach access. It was quiet. Great location to explore Tybee and Savannah!

Ty for use of paddle board and tide chart. Newbie here. And, was able to try it, luv’d it! Those jumping fish are CrAzY! Close to crab Shack, bubba gumps, and the hipster shops. Paid to park at beach this time instead of staying g a few blocks away and absolutely no regrets! The sunset on marsh side is spectacular. The amenities are very good. I typically don’t like to stay Dow stairs bc of hearing others move around, but overall this place made up for it. My suggestion for anyone staying g marsh side is definitely do t forget bug spray. A few areas had skeeters. Again ty for the rental!

Being two people who work very stressful and difficult jobs as a cop and a child protective service worker this vacation was much needed for our mental health and the fact that everything we needed was already available for us with staying in this beautiful condo, made this vacation even more stress free on top of the beautiful views and easy access to the beach with great weather and not a lot of people surrounding us. The stay was amazing and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The condo was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. I definitely would recommend staying here if you are considering a vacation in tybee island.

Lovely place. Very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. So nice to have the large covered deck to sit on as it rained the majority of our stay.

Michael's place is nice, matched the photos.. We went to Tybee to celebrate our 25th Anniversary, Great Restraunts all close by, We found people were friendly.. The beach chairs dont work for people in their 60's We noticed a broken piece on the umbrella so we rented chairs ..
