Cottage vacation rentals in Tybee Island

We had booked another house on the island and the host cancelled on 2 hours before check-in (we had already driven 8 hours)! We contacted Kim, very last minute, to book her house. So glad we did!! She had the house ready and it was perfect for all we needed. Spacious, walking distance to beach and restaurants, and a lovely house. Would recommend her and her home to anyone!!

We had a such great weekend at Keila's home! We arrived late at night to plenty of lights on, cold drinks in the fridge and snacks on the counter, all very much appreciated! The kitchen was well stocked with all your cooking needs and a cute little coffee station. We appreciated the washer and dryer after a weekend of exploring it was nice to go home with clean clothes. The home is located approximately 20 minutes from downtown and is an easy drive to get there. Keila was very responsive to my questions and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Thanks again for a great stay!

Jenny’s cottage was simply adorable! I traveled from California to visit my daughter and her new husband. We were exploring Savannah and the Tybee area. The cottage was centrally located to both. Only about 20 minutes to historic Savannah. The cottage is beautifully appointed with a lovely family room and a vintage chic kitchen. The bedrooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable with a king bed in the master and a comfy trundle in the second bedroom. Jenny was so responsive and easy to contact. We had a few requests and she responded so quickly and generously. She had wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The grounds were lovely with a sitting area and fire pit. We enjoyed a walk through the neighboring areas. It was very peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay at Jenny’s cottage again and highly recommend her property to anyone visiting the area. Perfect location, easy walk to the beach. Essentials provided along with beach towels and a beach wagon. We especially loved the cozy feel of the cottage.

Loved the private fenced yard. Comfortable home with everything you could want. Home is 25 min from Hilton Head beaches, but the local food is top tier, so don’t sleep on them. Lovely porch, patio, and kitchen space.

Absolutely beautiful! We had such a blast staying! It was adorable and so clean! Will for sure be coming back! Felt like home and was in su ch a beautiful area!

We had an amazing week at Summer Love! Amy was an ideal host and was super kind and responsive when we had questions. The house was beautiful and the layout was awesome! We have older teenagers and the walkability to shops, restaurants, and the beach combined with the independence of having their own kitchen and living space in the lower level… I’m sure they’d give it 5 stars too! The upper level was a coastal design dream! The bedrooms were beautiful, the bathroom shower was HUGE, the kitchen was easy to navigate and fully stocked with the essentials, and the living/dining space made it easy to visit with family. We also really enjoyed getting to people-watch on the wrap around screened in porch. The two outside showers and two sets of washers/dryers ended up being the necessities we didn’t know we needed!! It made it easy to keep up with the extra laundry and towels that come with traveling to the beach with a large family. We loved our stay!! ♥️

Our cottage was perfection! Beautiful, clean, very well stocked, wonderful location complete with pelican and dolphin sitings, friendly neighbors, very serene & that intoxicating porch swing!!!! The owner was so kind and we even met him in person when he delivered a golf cart to us ( to replace one)…we appreciated that personal touch! Five stars all around… my friends and I now know why this peaceful island can “get in your blood,” making you want to go back..and, this cottage is the perfect place to go back to!!!! Thank you for the stay!

Lauren was very responsive and very detailed with everything. The house was clean,spacious,cute and had everything you could ask for! I would definitely come back and recommend to friends.

While we only had the pleasure of staying here for one night, we would absolutely return for longer! Jaime and Marie’s place was absolutely adorable. It looked just like the pictures, had all the things you and your family could need for a beach trip, and had the most comfortable beds! The decor was picture perfect and looked brand new. Jaime and Marie were extremely responsive to all my questions and were very kind. I had a billing concern early on and they were quick to help problem solve it for me. Hilton Head is our favorite place and we come every year. We are thankful to have found a new spot we can add to our list for places to stay. Great location, peaceful, and a real hidden gem. Thank you for having us!

Deer Island is an incredible spot in Sea Pines! Very secluded yet still a walk away from Harbour Town. Meredith’s sea loft is cozy with perfect views of the bay and the wetlands. Loved staying here and hope to come back again soon!

Melissa’s house was spacious, and made for a great vacation for everyone. Just a short walk to the beach. The pool and grill were great to have.

A fantastic 2 bedroom apartment just a 10 minute walk away from Forsyth Park and the historic district. The accommodations were great and the apartment was perfect for our 2 night stay in Savannah. Would stay here again when visiting Savannah.

We absolutely loved our stay here with our 4 year old and 6 year old. The cottage was even cuter in person and felt both tucked away and connected to everything. The walk to the beach was easy (especially with the provided bikes) and we were able to easily get around Sea Pines by bike. (We rented from Sea Pines which made it super easy.) The kitchen was well stocked and we loved meals on the screened in porch. The pool was lovely on hot afternoons! Highly recommend for an easy stay in Hilton Head.

Great location and layout worked well for our group. On-street parking was easy to manage and most places were within 15-20 minutes on foot. Small pool was nice to use on hot/humid days. Some things around the house could use some upkeep like the shower and main dining table but everything else worked well for us.

This is a super cute and cozy little cottage in a newer RV resort. Everything was really clean and felt brand new. It’s in a great spot—about 20–25 minutes from downtown Savannah, but nice and quiet, so it’s perfect for relaxing and getting good sleep. The WiFi was great too, no issues with streaming or browsing. We’ll definitely look to stay here again next time we’re in Savannah. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience. It worked well for our two families and it had a private space in the back. The host was very responsive and responded immediately.

This was our first RV resort stay, so I wasn't really expecting such a beautiful place. It truly is a "resort". We were visiting our grand-twins for their first birthday. They live in Springfield above Savannah, and the location was only 24 easy miles. The two bedrooms tiny house was comfortable for four adults and our pup. We had everything we need. What I was surprised most about was how quiet it was, and there were a lot of people camping. The amenities were top-notch. We even had food trucks Friday and Saturday night. How awesome is that? The ladies who work there were super friendly and helpful. We have stayed at several different places while visiting our family in Savannah, but this is going to be our go-to place. We loved it.

Loved staying at Missy’s place on Tybee Island. Especially loved the enclosed porch with TV and 2 swinging couches. Missy provided everything we could possibly need in her cozy adorably decorated place. The hot tub was great! She even provided a golf cart so we were able to explore most of the beautiful Tybee island without paying parking fees. Missy gave us recommendations for restaurants. The Crab Shack was a fun place to eat with great food and some alligators and birds to see. Definitely recommend Missy’s Salty Mermaid Couples retreat and hope to visit again one day. Missy truly is the hostess with the mostest.

Missy was indeed, the hostess with the absolute MOSTESS! She was on top of every little detail or issue (which we didn’t have any, but needed some detergent for the dishwasher and her son was right on top of it!). She has truly created a magical oasis full of such biodiversity in a small space; it’s like being transported to another time and place of peace and harmony. We made multiple skink friends by the pool, a raccoon named ‘Mac’ and wonderful neighbors (of the human variety), too! The location is perfection in a bottle; everything is walkable, bike-able or golf cart accessible. If you want to hit the beach, take the bike right down 6th to the dock and Viola! The pool and hot tub were our favorite spots to kick back and relax, then it was off to a few of our favorite foodie gems: The Seawolf (amazing cocktails and vegan noms) and The Crab Shack (prawns were AMAZING, rescued parrot fun and gator watching galore). We miss The Salty Mermaid already! Thank you, Missy! 🌊🧜‍♀

This place was lovely! I loved that it was between Tybee Island and downtown Savannah so it was easy to go between the two. Very well appointed with little extras for guests- like a coffee bar, bathroom amenities and plenty of local activity brochures for us to plan the best trip. Our host was proactive in making sure everything was going well. It’s roomy but cozy and I just adored the whole experience! Thank you so much!
