Townhome vacation rentals in Tybee Island

We’ve been staying at Jan’s for years on our trips to and from NC. It’s alway a pleasant stay. The beds were recently upgraded/new mattresses. And they were great! We appreciated the eggs in the fridge and made breakfast before we left for the next leg of our trip. Highly recommend.

Location really can’t be beat. We walked everywhere in downtown Savannah and enjoyed daily visits to Forsyth Park - literally just a crosswalk away. Having the garage put my mind at ease leaving my car behind every day. I can also confirm that an extended SUV (GMC Yukon Denali XL) will indeed fit in the garage. Host always responded in a timely manner when I needed to reach out with questions. The townhome had plenty of space for our family of three. Oh, and the beds were super comfortable!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jacquelyn’s space. The interior layout is open and bright. The kitchen is beautiful. The backyard has so much charm with a few fruit trees. Our kids loved this place and they felt right at home. The location is very convenient. We walked to everything. We had a great time!

We loved our stay in Savannah at Mary’s historic home. Beautifully remodeled home with all the amenities but still very charming. Extremely quiet area, comfortable bed, well located to everything. Really appreciated the suggestion of a luggage storage location for our departure day. I would stay here in a heartbeat in the future. Loved Savannah’s charm!

5 stars We loved our stay in this home! The courtyard was very private and a perfect space for our two mini schnauzers to play. The home is all one level, decorated lovely and stocked with everything one would need for a visit. Our host was very accommodating by allowing an early check in which was very helpful. We also enjoyed the convenience of being so close to Forsyth Park & several trolley locations. Was great to get out of our Michigan winter and enjoy the South Carolina sunshine. The condo was very clean and well appointed. Easy walk to the beach. Very enjoyable experience!

Powell’s place was amazing from start to finish. Gorgeous! Quietest location I have ever stayed at in Savannah! Easy walk to the river and to Forsyth. Comfy beds, clean kitchen, three FULL bathrooms. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Perfect for our long weekend trip. Powell was quick and easy to communicate with. Nothing but a great experience all around.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Savannah! It was exactly as described—lovely, spacious, and incredibly peaceful. Each of the bedrooms was so comfortable that everyone in my family had restful, uninterrupted sleep each night. The house had such a warm, inviting feel that we truly enjoyed spending time there in between our adventures around the city. It was the perfect place to unwind after walking and exploring all that Savannah has to offer. The home was very well appointed with thoughtful touches throughout, and the location was ideal—quiet, yet convenient to everything. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! We were taking our son to see SCAD and this was the perfect place to be in Savannah. The accomodations were exactly as promised and very well appointed! They thought of everything and provided it all. They were also very responsive and kind. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

My family and I had a great time. The home was clean and within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and much more. We spent plenty of time outside on the screened in balcony, which came in handy with having two littles. The directions the maps give you does not lead you to the home, but Brooke’s directions were spot on and easy to follow! Something I wish I would have thought of was bringing baby gates for the stairs. If you have babies/ walkers, I would highly suggest bringing them just as an extra protection so you’re not worried every time they get up and move! Other than that the house was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Jessica's townhouse is located where you can walk the historical district with ease. The photos and amenities are as described. It was decorated with beautiful decor from other cultures and lent an eclectic vibe to the home. Jessica was so proactive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay.

My family stayed here over Easter weekend. The townhouse was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. The location was excellent. We will definitely book here again when we come back to Savannah!

Shay was a terrific host and her place was top notch. We all enjoyed it greatly and it was absolutely perfect!

We have stayed in quite a few Air BnBs and this was my favorite. Pretty kitchen with filtered water and plenty of ice made by the fridge. 2 and 1/2 bathrooms was a plus. Comfy sofa and chairs. Extra big washer and dryer. We loved easy access to the pool. But best of all was location, location, location. We are walking distance from so many great restaurants, supermarket and shops and of course a gorgeous beach. The beach has a small splash fountain and great foot baths as you exit. Walking to the beach is so easy. After 1pm you can get an umbrella and two beach chairs for $30. But if you want to bring your own, the condo comes with everything you need including chairs, umbrella and beach wagon. I was worried that the condo might be noisy due to its close location to the Marriott Courtyard and stores but it was peaceful and quiet. In walking distance we loved Al’s Aloha kitchen for Açaí and poke bowls, Tiki Hut on the beach for music and drinks and the Sandbar for dinner.

The Oyster Haus was a wonderful place to spend a weekend in Bluffton! The house is gorgeous and is the best stocked rental any of us have stayed at! Every detail was thought of! We appreciated the extra touches like a welcome gift, water, coffee and snacks in the kitchen and the bathroom amenities! The quality of everything in the home was excellent from the beds, to the linens and towels to the decor and furniture! Lastly, the location was perfect. We enjoyed walking to the town to dine at the many choices of restaurants, and the town itself couldn’t be more charging! Thank you for an amazing stay!

We had a fantastic week at Tina’s. We traveled with our toddler and her place is stocked with all kinds of things that made the stay so convenient, including a crib, eating utensils and chair, and plenty of toys. The unit is about a 5-10 minute walk to the gorgeous beach which was also very convenient. The location on the island is perfect - hidden away from traffic, yet so close to everything. Some elements of the unit are a bit dated, but everything was clean and comfortable. Tina’s check-in and check-out instructions were incredibly easy and she was very communicative throughout the entire process. I’d highly recommend Tina’s property to anyone looking for a memorable stay on Hilton Head Island!!

Loved our stay at Tracy’s listing. This place has EVERYTHING you need for a fun beach vacation. Would stay here again without hesitation. 5 stars all around. Stay here for a guaranteed great experience!

Great location and nice place. Pete was very responsive when I had a few questions. Super close to Forsyth Park and a short walk to some great coffee/book/restaurant-type places.

We had a wonderful stay at Donna’s beautiful home in Savannah. She reached out prior to our stay with all the information we may need and more, including dining suggestions and places to check out in the area. The location was perfect to walk to everything we wanted to see, and the off street parking was very convenient. The house itself was very clean and comfortable, and well stocked with anything we needed. I would absolutely recommend Donna’s place for anyone visiting Savannah!

Host was very responsive and proactive at times. The home was very clean and well decorated. Our families really enjoyed the atmosphere presented and had a great night of family games on the dining room table. The featured brand-new appliances and modern features and the neighbors were wonderful. Great area and fit the needs for our weekend. Thank you, Susan and Levi, for a great property allowing are family to feel safe and comfortable! Will certainly reach out on our trip for next year!

Here comes the sun was a true home away from home. I was there for my Masters Degree graduation and was so comfortable in their place. It was nice and clean and really comfortable. Laura and Andy were so responsive and welcoming. Thank you so much!

Beautiful place within walking distance of historic Savannah.

This place was immaculate and perfectly equipped!! The property was exactly what we were looking for! Beautifully decorated, tranquil ocean views and within short walking distance to restaurants and beach. The host, Larissa, was amazing and very responsive! She offered great restaurant recommendations and answered any questions we had! We certainly recommend Larissa’s place and hope to stay again!!
