Vacation rentals with a patio in Torquay

We had a wonderful time at Little Trevio. The apartment itself is very clean and bright, stylishly decorated and perfect for two people. The parking space is right outside the apartment. The outside spaces - made up of two terraces with spectacular views of the quay - were fantastic (we did not get to use the sun loungers or the barbecue because it was a bit wet during our visit). The location is close to the centre of town, on a hill overlooking Brixham Quay. Emily is a great host - instructions and communications were excellent. We got a complimentary cream tea on arrival! We would highly recommend this property and will definitely look to reserve again next time we are in the area.

What an amazing stay, Dominic was really helpful and patient with all my pre arrival questions and during our stay. Response time was really good. Dominics place was really clean and clear of clutter exactly what we needed for our trip. We spent the weekend kayaking, visiting lots of beaches and the Paignton airshow. so central for attractions. Needed a large space to come back to at the end of the day and unload beach gear before setting off again, the living area was perfect. Really recommend Dominics place

Our stay at Pauline’s stunning apartment in Salcombe was unforgettable. The interior design is beautiful, with top-of-the-line appliances and every comfort thoughtfully provided. We arrived to find homemade cakes, breakfast essentials, and fresh drinks in the fridge—a lovely welcome. The balcony offers incredible views, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Pauline was a fantastic host, giving us great recommendations for food and paddle boarding. We highly recommend this place and are already planning our return this summer!

The garden studio was perfect for a quiet long weekend exploring Devon, and Patricia’s walled garden was a delight to wake up to and come home to everyday. She kindly provided milk, bread, fruit and yoghurt, and gave great recommendations for places to eat and drink. We felt truly looked after and will be sure to return in the future 🌺

We absolutely loved our stay at Lauren's apartment. The location was perfect, just yards from the marina with lots of food and drink options and Fleet St car park just across the road. The apartment decor was lovely, fantastic and comfy beds, nice soft lighting in living room in the evening and well stocked kitchen. We took a trip on the RIB boat around the Bay, highly recommended! It was great fun and we were accompanied by a dozen dolphins swimming right next to the boat which made our day. Obviously cant be gaurenteed but such a privileged experience when it happens. We also had the best Fish and Chips for a very very long time from Saltwater, near the harbour. Worth a visit to Torquay just for that! All in all a great apartment and great location to explore the area and experience what Torquay has to offer.

Great little stay wanted something easy to get into the city and to the party location so was perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice the place was stylish stunning and so cozy. Lovely little touch of music playing and pastries on arrival. Fantastic place way better than a hotel and cheaper.

Just got back from a lovely few days break in this beautiful cottage. James is a very welcoming and friendly host and along with the information book in the cottage we had everything we needed to know. The cottage was just perfect and the outside and surrounding garden is like a scene from a fairytale. If you’re looking for peace and relaxation , then this is definitely the place. Inside the cottage , there are lots of beautiful original features alongside more modern amenities. Everything that you could possibly need to make your stay more comfortable has been carefully thought about by the hosts. It’s in a great location to get to places like Torquay, Dartmouth and Brixham. All in all a fabulous place to stay for some much needed R&R.

The lodge was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great for exploring the whole area. Helen was flexible with arrival and check in which made the holiday less stressful with small kids! Brixham is a lovely town to stay. The site would benefit from the new clubhouse pool & bar which was opening imminently, which we missed.

Really loved our stay in the cottage. It's beautiful, comfortable and clean. Had everything required. Caron has great communication and told me everything I needed regarding location, parking and access. And on hand to answer a few smaller questions to! Loved the stay and very much recommend!

I was staying for work purposes so cannot comment on what there is to do nearby etc, there is a cafe directly opposite unfortunately I was unable to try it as I was setting out before they opened and I only got back once when they were still open but only 10 minutes before they closed lol. Tim's place is like the photos, it was very warm weather and whilst the porch got hot inside stayed cool which was appreciated :). Tea and Coffee with a small amount of milk was provided, which after a long drive was appreciated. A thick folder is provided with lots of local information. WiFi was great which I needed for work purposes, the shower was great and the bed was very comfy which my back can cause issues but not here, there were even sensor lights in the bedroom and hall which came on with movement which helps when it's not your home lol (I have learnt this and bring my own which I did not need to use). I would recommend and I hope to stay again when next working in the area.

Luke is a fabulous host! Not only is the cottage idyllic, peaceful and charming, but Luke left us some goodies for our arrival. These included a bottle of fizz, some delicious bread and eggs from the chickens he keeps on his small holding. There was loads of good recommendations for walks and activities within the cottage and Luke trod a wonderful balance between giving us our space and being there to offer advice and recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the countryside!

Stuart and hollys place was everything you could ask for in a holiday home. We had a meet and greet with stuart. There is a huge helpful information pack in the accommodation waiting for you. Which basically covers everything. Plus stuart was on hand with anything else we needed to know. We wouldn't hesitate in booking to return again next season. Off road parking was very good.

Perfect place for a couple. Centrally located for whole of South Hams area. Really quiet. The host was really welcoming. Accommodation was really well presented and spotlessly clean. Super bathroom and a really comfortable bed. We’d certainly stay there again!

Amazing coach house . Very clean and tasteful decor. Felt at home straightaway after Karen and Steve greeted us. Had a lovely couple of nights and enjoyed watching the alpacas with our dog. Great location. Enjoyed walking into the village and had a lovely meal at The Saddlers, 5 min walk.

An immaculately presented apartment and attentive yet not intrusive host. Everything was paid perfect attention to, family friendly yet modern, clean and cared for. In walking distance to everything in Plymouth, parking on the doorstep. It’s rare to find an air bnb that goes above and beyond but we truly felt like this one did. We would highly recommend.

Diana was the perfect host and couldn’t do enough to make our stay just as perfect. The accommodation was pristine and exceeded expectations. The gardens were peaceful and tranquil. I can’t rate this property highly enough and would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a convenient location for surrounding areas. We were there for a wedding so can’t comment on the wider area and what’s on offer.

Great central location — right on the Hoe and just a short walk to the Barbican, where there are plenty of lovely restaurants and pubs to enjoy. The flat itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Check-in was really easy and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend!

Pro: perfect location, close to the Hoe and walkable distance to city centre and Barbican. Chloe provides daily parking permit which is super helpful! Any very easy to find a parking space in Citadel Road. Welcome milk and chocolate. We love them. Plenty choices of seasoning for cooking, cleaning tools and laundry detergent. Con: The sound transfers easily between floors. The kids wake up 6:50 - 7:10am every morning and start to running and jumping. It becomes quite loud, making it difficult for my 1 year old baby to keep sleeping. You will never late for a morning meeting if you are having a business travel, but you may carefully consider if you want to wake up naturally. A little bit dusty at the beginning that I cannot stop sneezing. But get better when I wiped the blinds and put those artificial flowers in closets.

what a fabulous find! so we'll equipped with lovely furnishings. Close to town/ beach etc. would most definitely stay again. Almost forgot to mention the cream tea that was also provided!

Great little place near central Exeter. Easy to walk to anywhere you’d want to go and the space was very clean.

Another lovely stay at Palmdene. This place really is home from home and so comfortable. Love being able to stare out to see from both the kitchen and the living room. Everything we need is there. Great place for going onto Paignton beach (approx 10 mins) or go over the top and head to Goodrington beach, it will take a bit longer but the views are stunning. Booking again very soon.
