Hound Tor Annexe, everything you need in one place

our annex is attached to our family home, you will have your own entrance and have full use of a private garden which is a real sun trap. There is one parking space for guests use, the property has CCTV for security. We do have our own dog’s which you may hear on occasions please bear this in mind when booking, our neighbours recently acquired 2 dachshunds that can be yappy sometimes. We are in an excellent location to visit beaches, and the local zoo, local eatery’s, Brixham Harbour, Dartmouth

Devon Flat with a Sea View

Lovely flat in Teignmouth with an amazing sea view that is within minutes from the beach. It comfortably sleeps four. (Double bedroom, double sofa bed in main room, also trundle bed/travel cot available for children) In close proximity to a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants, parks and the train station. All are within a short walking distance so there is plenty to do. However, in the case of a rainy day there is Wi-Fi, a Ps4, a Wii and plenty of board games to help to keep you occupied.

This 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment is a very easy, 1 minute walk from Paigntons beach & pier & has the benefit of off road parking. The town is less than 5 minutes walk away, as is the train station, if you wish to explore further afield. I have designed my property to offer level access for people with mobility problems, but the bedrooms are not wheelchair accessible. Adults only please.
