It was such a lovely house in lovey peaceful surroundings and a lovely garden. We wished we had spent a few more nights rather than just the 3 because we never had chance to explore the local area properly. Herald was really helpful and friendly with plenty of local suggestions and we would definitely consider coming back to stay.

We felt welcome and at home in Spersbodahusen, nice days with hot baths, excursions, reading and game nights. Dark and rough in December but cozy with crackling fire in the evenings. The water in the tap is checked and quite ok but does not taste like in town, so a tip is to bring bottled water to drink if you are a little picky. Hans was very helpful, questions were answered quickly and kindly with great tips. We went to atmospheric Wira Bruk and had homemade food. We would be glad to come back!

Everyone who was there was completely shocked and positively surprised. It was like a dream come true. 🔥

We had a great stay at the house, large and spacious with amazing pool. Malin responded quickly to any questions and check-in was very smooth. Recommended!

A view we will never forget! Beautiful summer house, equipped with hot tub, sauna and pool, cozy fireplace and Kamado Joe Grill we loved! Our kids enjoyed the pool, the small treehouse and the outdoor toys. Enough space with 7 people and retreats, surrounded by great nature. 3 min walk to the sea with diving board and swimming spot, as well as 20 min to a small lake (fishing and swimming). On the island there is a small grocery store and about 25 minutes the nearest large supermarket (Lidl, ICA, etc.) We had great evenings in our own pool house with fantastic sunsets! We fully recommend Niklas's place. He was always available and often inquired about our well-being. Even when we had a problem with the toilet, he organized someone who was immediately on hand despite the weekend within a few moments. Great host with a nice touch to the reception.

My husband and 3 kids loved our stay in Peter’s home in Näsbypark near Stockholm. The house was beautiful, we loved the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. It was a home away from home for our family. We were very close to the train station which took us straight into Stockholm for siteseeing. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we felt safe there. We were within easy walking distance to amenities and a beautiful lake.

We had a lovely stay at Roberts and Sandra house. Everything we need was there. Great transport links in and out of Stockholm. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay! Magdalena and Oscar were super friendly, responsive, and welcoming, so everything was easy and smooth. The house is beautiful, with a spacious garden, lovely pool, and a charming greenhouse we really enjoyed. Surrounded by stunning nature, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Would love to come back!

Jenny's house in Lidingö was truly wonderful! The home is warm, inviting, and beautifully decorated, reflecting the genuine charm of a family living there. The stunning views made our stay unforgettable, and waking up every morning to such a peaceful setting felt incredibly special. Jenny was thoughtful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed to feel right at home. We appreciated all the personal touches and warmth throughout the house—it truly felt like staying with friends. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Stockholm.

Our family had a wonderful weekend in the house in Ingarö. Johan and Linda welcomed us in person, they are wonderful hosts. The house is built with quality and love for details. Well equipped, we lacked nothing, clean and warm. We traveled by car, so we managed to visit several local natural treasures - Björnö nature reserve, Artipelag. 10 minutes walk from the house there is access to the water where you can relax and enjoy the local landscape. Stockholm is in about 30 minutes drive from the house.

Very nice cottage. Quiet location. Deer look in through the window. Within walking distance of the metro (and shops). Close to a supermarket. Although we did our shopping at the station immediately after arrival by metro. Everything was available, including a hairdryer. Efficiently furnished. Bedroom is not so spacious (as shown in the photos) but for us that was no problem. The windows are easy to obscure. Lena (host) gave us tips and responded quickly to messages. A very nice place to discover Stockholm.

Thanks to Elzbieta and Bill for hosting us! They were very attentive, responsive and introduced us to a very nice place! Their small apartment downstairs is very well furnished, accessible independently in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood 2 minutes' walk from a bus stop. We were also able to enjoy their garden, in the morning at breakfast it was great! We strongly recommend!

Beautiful place to explore Stockholm and the archipelago from! Thanks to the nearby bus station, everything is accessible by public transport!The house is very cozy and the garden is great for relaxing. Yvonne and Antonios spoiled us with homemade jam and ice cream. Unfortunately, the time passed far too quickly!

This place was absolutely amazing! The house design is stunning—modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything offered, from the amenities to the little extras, made my stay so enjoyable. The view was breathtaking, and I loved waking up to it every morning. The hosts were exceptionally kind, helpful, and supportive, always making sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this wonderful home to anyone visiting the area! My family and friends also had a fantastic time and were especially impressed by the charming Swedish style of the house. It added a unique and cozy touch that we all appreciated. I appreciate all your help and would happily stay here again. I highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to experience how Swedish people live:)

Lots of windows. Beautiful light. Very minimalistic atmosphere which gave a calm and peaceful feeling. Cozy front room with windows, daybed and surrounding views of boats passing by was perfect for coffee and relaxation. Elisabet is an excellent, responsive and kind host. While you cannot take a car there, they have two hand carts available to use when you arrive. If you don’t mind walking, it is a good walk with your suitcases in the carts from the ferry to the home and you’ll get a lot of wildlife, animals and things to see. We enjoyed the nature. Water everywhere. The sunsets were beautiful. Private beach to use (visible to everyone but not available). A sweet market just down the hill with almost everything you may need for a few days. A boat, kayak, SUPs and linens for rent—ask to reserve them ahead of your stay. We loved the experience.

Our family had a wonderful one-week stay at Daniel and Malin’s house - the perfect home with the perfect hosts. The house and property are stunning - just as beautiful as in the photos. Everything inside the house was very well-appointed and in great shape - comfortable and clean bedrooms, great kitchen, lovely bathrooms, great electronics (WiFi, smart tv, Sonos home audio). The terrace and outside areas were great and we had numerous meals and family gatherings outside. The area is so tranquil and beautiful, with the stunningly beautiful lake only an eight minute walk away. We even spotted deers in the garden in the evening. Daniel was the perfect host - very helpful and responsive, and very generous in sharing everything their home had to offer, including their son’s toys and books, which my four year old son just loved. We’re already planning another stay here next summer, and cannot recommend this home and host highly enough!

3. Staying with Magnus - always a pleasure. No question remains unanswered, lightning-fast solutions for everything. That wasn't the last time. Be it extra tea, apples from the garden, whatever - Magnus is always there - without being intrusive. You feel very comfortable. This time with my wife for the weekend. It was fun and relaxing. Walks to the nearby beach, great restaurant on the beach, wonderful surroundings, parking right in front of the house…all good.

Charming house with a large lovely backyard. Both children , adults and our dog really appreciated this cozy home. Nice environment around with proximity to the sea and swimming, forest and walking paths. Very kind and positive response.

We came in from Galveston Texas, to visit with family & friends. We booked Matt’s place because it was close to my family. Omg, it was a beautiful location. So peaceful. We were so rejuvenated after we got there after a long flight. Perfect place to come to after the hectic days. If & when we come in again, we will be calling on y’all. Thanks so much!

We had a truly wonderful stay in Gabriella’s home. The location is serene and the views from the house are spectacular. The house itself is perfect, the living room has large windows that provide lots of natural light. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Kitchen has all of the essentials you need to cook, and the barbecue on the porch is a great amenity. Gabriella was proactive and very helpful with local recommendations (beaches, etc.). Also an east trip to and from Stockholm (50min ferry or ~500 SEK taxi). This place is a gem! Would highly recommend to anyone
