Very nice house to rent in beautiful Trosa. Öbolandet is an island with a bridge connection. Approximately 1 km to Trosa sea bath and 800 meters to the harbor with lovely restaurants, nightlife, boating & Trosa's nice walking paths. You rent upstairs which consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed and sofa bed. Newly renovated kitchen with kitchen island and dining area. Living room with TV and fireplace. Two terraces and large plot. Gazebo that can be used freely. The basement is a separate apartment and may have another tenant.

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

Suitable for events, company events or just nice friends:-) Everyone who should be in the house should be in the booking, there is no price difference if you stay overnight or not. Perfect for a family with small children - there are a lot of toys. Two very nice local restaurants, a café and a large playground only two minutes walking distance. This is a quiet and safe neighbourhood and parties are therefore not allowed at the house.
