Great day short taxi ride to so many things beaches, etc. poncho helped us every step of the way, answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend the place.

We stayed at Fabiola’s place for 1 week while diving on Cozumel. The house was very spacious, the pool was lovely and refreshing, and Fabiola was helpful and accommodating. We rented one of her available cars, which was way quicker and easier than renting from an agency on the island and the car was clean and comfortable. She even gave us a ride back to the ferry!

Carolina was there to greet us and have someone help us with suitcases. We loved having a closed in private home. Fully stocked home. Was an awesome stay!!!

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

Beautiful home situated just outside the main part of town. Easy to get to from the airport or Ferry. Minutes away from all the action and very cozy when you’re there. I’ve stayed here twice and plan on staying again.

Ulysses is a great host. The house of happiness is a very nice house, pleasant, comfortable, very clean, you really have everything you need to feel at home. Without a doubt, one of the best Airbnbs I've ever had.

it was a pleasant experience you have many amenities a lot of privacy nadien annoys you. of coming back I will come back to look for this house. the excellent security. the excellent maintenance people let us in 1 hour before very friendly.. they answer your messages fast.. in this house pass one of my best vacations the pools completely clean. all around you shops restaurants .

An incredible stay on the island of Cozumel! We had a wonderful stay with a SUPER host that made us feel at home! Marco greeted us personally, which is very nice and unusual these days on Airbnb. He gave us information and map orientation. I was so impressed to have the offer to make reservations for our car rental and scuba dives with some discount, too. His knowledge of the island and its history was impressive. Unique, with wonderful paintings and beautiful sculptures are in the home and garden. Cotton sheets, and beds are so comfy! A separate cottage for 2 is included The kitchen is well-equipped! There was a fruit bowl plus cold beers in the frig. What more could we wish for? Loved the warm clean pool! Each bedroom had its own balcony! Enjoyed the variety of CDs with player too. We will certainly be back and give this home a visit for weeks. Walking distance to all the good restaurants and groceries but a taxi costs just $2.50 USD in town. BIG Gracias Marco!!!!

I absolutely loved staying here and would absolutely book again, if the opportunity presented itself. The guest house has everything you need to feel right at home, the pool area is clean and welcoming, and the neighborhood is lively and close proximity to grocery/parks/restaurants, etc. Karla was flexible with me on the check-in time, and was extremely responsive. 10/10 recommend. Relatively easy to find, there was sime construction going on at the entrance but it wasn't a big deal to walk around it. Lori's place was secure, super cute and clean . Great for a couple . We just stayed 1 night to join in on the Carnaval festivities. Lori's place was about a 20min walk to Centro and the Malecon . 15mins walk to the Soriano. We felt safe walking there and many locals were walking the same way to celebrate. We would stay here again , good value for the money spent. Thanks Lori.

Excellent, I would stay again. The location is perfect and the place is very comfortable and spacious.

Somehow I got the impression place was right in the water...it wasn't. Info said place was called Hacienda Montecristo, next road down from Melia Hotel. It was actually about three or four roads down, and Hacienda Montecristo was not on the sign. Sign said some thing like "Country Estates"... took while to figure it all out. But after all that we wound up loving the place.... the spaciousness and layout of two floors and ample bathrooms. And all the steps outside to get to it, and the steps inside to the bedrooms gave our seventy year old legs a great workout.

This place was wonderful, and exactly as described. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. It is worth getting a Geo coordinate / pin drop for Google maps. The address is something that Google seems to struggle with, or at least it did for us. Thankfully, the host was able to help us find the residence in this way immediately upon request.

The property was perfect for our group celebrating a graduation. There was plenty of space and every bedroom had a restroom. The property was cleaned during our stay and always had fresh towels. We would definitely recommend this location for large groups.

It's in an incredible location, easily accessible and with lots of things around to see and do, we loved staying here, everything was very clean and tidy.

We were very comfortable, it was a short stay but everything was very good.

Love the location, walkable to many necessities like shops, groceries, and restaurants and pharmacy. Can get a taxi or Mototaxi locally, can also walk to downtown and Melgar. Clean, spacious, temp control, everything g you need! Love being here. Love watching the school yard in the morning from balcony. Very friendly respectful family home and hosts. Great value.
