We stayed at Fabiola’s place for 1 week while diving on Cozumel. The house was very spacious, the pool was lovely and refreshing, and Fabiola was helpful and accommodating. We rented one of her available cars, which was way quicker and easier than renting from an agency on the island and the car was clean and comfortable. She even gave us a ride back to the ferry!

Carolina was there to greet us and have someone help us with suitcases. We loved having a closed in private home. Fully stocked home. Was an awesome stay!!!

Beautiful home situated just outside the main part of town. Easy to get to from the airport or Ferry. Minutes away from all the action and very cozy when you’re there. I’ve stayed here twice and plan on staying again.

The location was wonderful, the rooftop pool was private with great views and great service. The front desk service was helpful and kind.

Lori is an incredible host and the space was so beautiful! Great for one person or a couple. More than that (a dog), it's a bit too small for our taste.

Definitivamente el mejor lugar que puedas encontrar en Playa del Carmen, el departamento se sentía como estar en casa, no le hace faltama absolutamente nada, tiene todo, su departamento y las instalaciones de lujo, las amenidades grandiosas, Olivia fue muy atenta y muy amable, caminar a la 5ta avenida era un grandioso paseo, son como 12 minutos, definitivamente regresare! el mejor lugar de Playacar está aquí!

buen lugar para estar, todo ordenado y limpio, es un excelente lugar para estar cómodo, algo que creo importante considerar para aquellas personas que renten auto, hay estacionamiento dentro de las instalaciones, sin embargo, son pocos por lo que es posible se tenga que esperar a que se desocupe un espacio (me pasó a mi) de cualquier modo hay estacionamiento en la calle con uso de parquímetros (10$ por h) y es de 10 am - 10 pm

Great and beautiful space. We were gone around and about most of the time but the bed and pillows are so comfortable! That was a big plus for us to sleep. Hot water and good pressure! The air needs to be adjusted, it doesn’t push enough fresh air. Coffee pods and the very organized loft with everything you need is really awesome. 😎

Sin duda el mejor lugar en Cozumel, cuenta con todo y cuando digo con todo es con todo, en este alojamiento encontré más allá de lo indispensable, no solo con lo básico para cocinar sino con todo hasta con tapers para guardar que muchas veces me hacía falta en otros alojamientos, lapicero, tijera para cualquier percance, equipo de snorkel con aletas, no las utilicé porque siempre llevamos las nuestras pero me pareció genial, una moto para pasear por la isla, etc; me sentí como en casa, todo súper limpio, con agua a disposición y súper tranquilo para descansar por las noches sin el ruido de la ciudad, sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos en este bello lugar.

The location was ideal. It was close to the main entertainment area of Playa del Carmen but was in a very quiet and security protected residential area. The house couldn’t have been better located. The house was perfect for our group of 14. Plenty of space, bathrooms for all, and a relaxing pool to relax in. Erika, the host was exceptional and very responsive and accommodating. She was excellent. Thank you for the stay.

An incredible stay on the island of Cozumel! We had a wonderful stay with a SUPER host that made us feel at home! Marco greeted us personally, which is very nice and unusual these days on Airbnb. He gave us information and map orientation. I was so impressed to have the offer to make reservations for our car rental and scuba dives with some discount, too. His knowledge of the island and its history was impressive. Unique, with wonderful paintings and beautiful sculptures are in the home and garden. Cotton sheets, and beds are so comfy! A separate cottage for 2 is included The kitchen is well-equipped! There was a fruit bowl plus cold beers in the frig. What more could we wish for? Loved the warm clean pool! Each bedroom had its own balcony! Enjoyed the variety of CDs with player too. We will certainly be back and give this home a visit for weeks. Walking distance to all the good restaurants and groceries but a taxi costs just $2.50 USD in town. BIG Gracias Marco!!!!

We loved our stay and all the amenities it had to offer. Quiet place with great views of the sea and sunsets. Easy to get around as there were always a ton of taxis around. Pool area was wonderful with a quiet area. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay again!

I loved Rodolfo’s place. It is cozy , well equipped & very hospitable. I love the vibration in the house. I woke up every day happy. The vibration of the whole building is amazing surrounded by nature. For nature lovers , hippies , spiritual minded folks this abode is a gem. Rodolfo dwelling was designed to facilitate a comfortable and enjoyable sojourn. Rodolfo is very responsive, affable , considerate & attentive. As a guest one couldn’t ask for more. I recommend this abode wholeheartedly. Would have given 6 stars if allowed unfortunately 5 Being the max Will have to settle for it. I’ll happily book it again upon my return to Quintana Roo. Great place, extremely clean and beautiful furnished. Luis Fernando was very responsive and helpful. Left take out options and his mother I law was super sweet with us and took us to buy some stuff to a close buy convenience store. Overall we had a great stay. Definitely recommend and will keep in mind for future bookings

Very convenient location. Quick walk to 5th ave for shops/restaurants. There's a Chedraui super market right around the corner and a 7-11 right next to the main entrance. the amenities in the building were great. The rooftop bar had cheap beers (35 pesos), and the gym actually has 2 squat racks and a real bench press. Will definitely book here again!

Estuvimos muy a gusto en el depa. Viajamos abuelos, bebé y toddler y había suficiente espacio para todos, muy cómodo. Bianca incluso nos consiguió una cuna para la bebé. El depa está en un lugar súper tranquilo y se siente muy privado. El aire acondicionado funcionó perfecto, lo cual nos hizo la estadía aún más cómoda para aguantar el calor! Sin duda, nos hospedaríamos ahí otra vez.

We had a great time at Manuel and Mira's house, Mira is a lovely and very helpful person. Very flexible with check in - check out, she gave us great advice on the area and was always available for any request. She even offered us an excellent soup made by her that we ate with pleasure. The room is decorated with a very personal taste, which makes it unique. very well equipped with everything you need, well ordered and organized. drinking water is provided as well as coffee, shampoo and conditioner, and a small stove for cooking. The location is quite convenient, you can't go to the center on foot but with a mototaxi you are there in 5 minutes and it is very cheap. highly recommended

We booked this place to go scuba diving and use it as our base. Jorge was very accommodating and even let us leave our luggage early so we could go on our first dives. Love the location, it was easy to walk to various locations to grab food/coffee and to take the ferry to playa. Would recommend staying here and eating at Crazy King Burrito across the street!
