Wonderful studio for one or two people (no children) in a central and quiet area of Cancun. Comfortable, bright and very nice (new). It has everything essential for your stay in Cancun: TV with cable and Netflix, air conditioning, WiFi, kitchenette with refrigerator, swimming pool, rooftop, and more amenities. A few minutes walk away there is a shopping plaza, restaurant, shops and public transport two blocks away to go to the hotel zone and public beaches. Everything you need to feel at home.

Precioso departamento equipado, muy cómodo y con alberca. Extraordinaria ubicación en la zona turística del centro de Cancún, en una calle tranquila y segura, a pocos pasos del Mercado 28 y de una avenida importante con acceso a camiones de zona hotelera para ir a la playa, por lo que es genial para movilizarse caminando o en transporte público... No necesitas rentar auto! Está cerca de todo! Restaurantes, bancos, lavandería, gimnasio, gasolinera, Oxxo, Walmart y el famoso Mercado 28!
