Villa Kamran | 4BR w/ CHEF included &24/7 Security

OliviaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a birthday trip with 10 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. Honestly better than the pictures. The space was clean, roomy and fairly close to things to do. Walking distance to a couple restaurants/coffee shops/stores. The chef was the highlight of our trip, the best food we had while we were in tulum. We had a hiccup with water supply but the host was extremely helpful and responsive our whole trip. We felt safe and had so much fun.

Cenote Lodge, entire house surrounded by nature

Monae YoungRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
10/10 stay. Pascual is very attentive and polite! They stay is exactly what is described. Arriving it was hot in the house but after the a/c was turned on upon arrival, it was fine. The pool is exactly like the pictures and on hot days refreshing. There is no oven, but the stove top works just fine. Also there is a filtered water pot in the kitchen which was good for brushing teeth, etc. I recommend this stay for two people! Four people if you don’t mind being on the couch (it’s comfy, not bad at all). We saw a few little bugs, nothing crazy. Just hit them with a shoe lol. You are in the jungle so that’s expected. Overall, I am happy with this stay!

Villa 10 guests Infinity Pool | Jacuzzi Rooftop

KikiRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This was probably the most beautiful Airbnb I have stayed at. Everything in its place is conveniently thought-out and we each loved our rooms. The double-headed showers were perfect for our couple retreat and the kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. Large washrooms, heated pool and stunning rooftop with the hot tub made our nights memorable. Will definitely be back!

Luxury Jungle Masterpiece Villa LaGú

EffieRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Staying at Villa LaGú was an incredible experience from start to finish for our bachelorette. From the moment we booked the space, Oscar was extremely quick to respond and proactive. It was our first time in Tulum, and he helped us with dinner reservations, activities, drivers, stocking the AirBnb, private chef experience, etc. we could not have planned the trip without him! The space is beautiful and great for groups, with beautiful rooms and bathrooms, and a beautiful common space that goes into the outdoor Terrace with the pool and hot tub. The staff was also excellent, with daily cleaning services. They quickly helped when we had a small plumbing issue and resolved it immediately! The space is nearby local restaurants and a short drive to downtown and the Tulum beaches. I highly recommend this BnB to anyone visiting and I would love to come back again!

My stay at the Villa was Amazing it felt like home I spent 3 days there and it was amazing, it was more enough space for me & 8 of my guests. We were welcome with a chef that the host referred us to. The host Facundo was amazing he made sure my stay was amazing from the transportation getting back and forth to restaurants and back to the villa. Facundo responded back as soon as I ask about anything. I will definitely be staying here when I come back to Tulum.

Luxury Villa 4BR! Gated Community, Concierge Incl.

KariaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This is a cute, little jungle hideaway that gives you the sense of privacy and serenity. The house was cute and as pictured in the description. We thoroughly enjoyed that every bedroom was attached to a full bathroom. My favorite was the rough top and it was so lovely at night. The binder that they prepared about the house, attraction and Tulum was extremely helpful. The concierge helped planned our trip and gather things for me as it was my mother's birthday trip. If any little things came up about the house, their response was quick and solved any little issues (which weren't many). The location was in a great spot with cute cafes, restaurants and markets. Would recommend and would stay again.

We adored our stay at Alex & Raph’s beautiful property. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax in a peaceful environment. We really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen that allowed us to cook delicious food while we were there. The pool was a massive highlight - we spent a lot of time in it! What an utterly stunning property with great hosts.

CASA NATI - Jungle Villa off road adventure

SabinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a wonderful family stay, the house was stunning - well maintained and the design and aesthetic immediately relaxed us. The location is remote in terms of neighborhood, but convenient with town, beaches etc all 15-20 minute drive away. The longest/slowest part is getting out of the neighborhood which as mentioned does not have paved roads yet and is very bumpy path via jungle. The area is quickly growing, the construction was not loud. There is someone that comes on property everyday to clean pool, do maintenance - mostly outside, but it is a glass house. We were out most of the day so it was fine. The house itself again was a star and made our stay luxuriously comfortable!

Villa Meridiano - A Poolside Gem in Luum Zama

SanjayRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
We ( my wife and daughter) were there from the 12th to the 16th of May 2025. It's a beautiful place with a small pool, 2 bed rooms, 2 bath, and 3 air cons. It's better to come in your car to this place as it would get better to visit all the places around. Shawn was always there to reply to the messages and I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Tulum.

Private Garden Jacuzzi 1BR Villa

ReineRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Edgar is the best possible host, pleasant and very accommodating for check-in or check-out. He recommended plenty of good tips. The accommodation is more than beautiful, most beautiful Airbnb in Tulum, spacious, clean and new. Bedding more than pleasant, speaker for great music, the private pool is great. The rooftop and gym are a plus (you can see nice sunrises/sunsets!) but given the quality of the accommodation we rarely went there because we enjoyed our private pool. The fact that the accommodation is at the back of the residence gives it a more private aspect. The accommodation is VERY well located: 7/11 and car rental right across the street. Airbnb 10 min by ATV from the center. Small warning, be careful of the access road to the accommodation, it is rocky with lots of holes, a bit like all the roads in Tulum outside the center, so be careful if you rent a car you risk scratching it. Take an ATV or scooter across the street.

Jungle Immerse Luxury Loft w/private pool

LauraRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I am so so pleased I found this absolute gem of an apartment! The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful and exactly as described, in fact, I think I underestimated how lovely it would be! The communication with the host was over and above with helpful tips sent daily though the check in /out situation is so simple, I really had no reason to reach out to them! On top of that, the complex the apartment is in is heavenly! The pool is beautiful and the restaurant service impeccable. I was so sad to be leaving and would love to return again asap! I highly recommend booking it to see for yourself!

Art Design Loft w Pool | Big Gym | SPA | Work Desk

EvijaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
With this beautiful apartment, you certainly won't go wrong. Everything was perfect. This beautiful studio is spacious, and the high ceiling gives it even more space. In the kitchen, there is everything one would need for cooking- cutlery, pans, glasses, plates. If you feel like cooking for a few days or the whole stay, it's perfect. There are two TV's with Netflix and other channels. The design is very modern, and everything looks so much better in real life. The pool is amazing, and we found that most of the time when we were there, we were the only people. Some of the best smoothies can also be ordered there. The view through the bedroom's window made us feel like we were living amongst trees. The area is very safe and quiet. The host is super friendly and kind; he helped us with beach club access and always responded to us. We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. Next time we're in Tulum, we won't bother looking for any other place but this. Thank You!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Experience! I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Tulum! The home and pool looked exactly like the photos—beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond by providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and experiences, which really made the trip extra special. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Tulum. Can’t wait to come back!

Your guide to Tulum

All About Tulum

With towering Mayan ruins standing tall on the skyline, powder-white sandy beaches, shocking blue seas, and swaying palms, the walled city of Tulum is nothing short of breathtaking. Within its fortified walls, you’ll also find delicious restaurants on both the high and low ends of the price spectrum, enchanting underwater limestone caves called cenotes, and a boutique hospitality and wellness scene. All of these vibrant features make this spot on the Caribbean Sea a coveted vacation destination.

Wander amongst Mayan ruins that date back to the 13th century, dine on new-wave Mayan cuisine at world-class restaurants, or amble between beachfront spas. Explore the downtown’s main drag and the Mercado de Tulum, where you may just eat some of the best albondigas (meatballs) and tacos you’ve ever had.

The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Tulum

Tulum’s climate is warm and mild year-round. It does, however, get rainy for a few months of the year, so if you’re looking for full, almost guaranteed sunshine, avoid going in June, September, and October. The winter months, from January through to March, are usually warm and dry, and see the most visitors, especially around the winter holidays and spring break. For the perfect sweet spot between warm, dry weather, and fewer crowds, aim to visit sometime between the end of October and mid-December.

Tulum plays host to a myriad of cultural festivals all throughout the year — from Carnaval just before Ash Wednesday in February or March to Festival de Cultura del Caribe in May, to Day of The Dead and the Food, Spirits, and Wine Festival in November. For fans of marine animals, a trip here during the late summer months means you’ll be around for the whale sharks and sea turtle hatching season.

Top things to do in Tulum

Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve

Named “Origin of the Sky” by the Mayans, the Sian Ka’an Biosphere reserve is heavenly for nature and animal lovers. Spanning roughly 75 miles of untouched coastline, it’s one of Mexico’s largest protected wildlife areas, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Amongst lagoons, tropical forests, beaches, and palm savannahs, you’ll have the chance to spot animals like manatees, turtles, jaguars, pumas, and an incredible variety of fish and bird species, always from a respectful distance.

Gran Cenote

Gran Cenote may not look like much from the top, but plunge into its depths and an otherworldly experience awaits. A complex of underground caves is linked by sinkholes of icy water, shimmering under beams of sunlight that pierce through between stalactites and stalagmites. Dive in, and you’ll be sharing the water with sea turtles and tiny blind fish — overhead, don’t be surprised to hear the swooping of bats as you swim through the tunnels.

SFER IK contemporary art gallery

Leave your shoes at the door when you enter SFER IK contemporary art gallery, where experiencing the art and architecture is a multi-sensorial experience. The building is as impressive as the art it houses — built with ancient Mayan geometric principles and natural materials indigenous to the Yucatan, being inside feels like wandering around a giant, whimsical, treehouse. Exhibitions highlight both internationally-acclaimed contemporary artists as well as nurture the local talents with residency programs and workshops.
