Beautiful apartment with a magical touch 50 m from the beach in the second row , it was designed and thinking about your comfort , it is fully equipped and so you can offer comfort and relaxation on your vacation . It is a complex with swimming pool and swimming channel. It has a common area with a barbecue and an incredible Roof Top overlooking the Sea. No pets . Not suitable for children or infants. Fantastic house with a pool that is 3 blocks from the Playón beach and Malecón promenade. It is a traditional Progreso beach house with original floors and high ceilings, making it cool and calm. There is air conditioning, WiFi, hot water, an equipped kitchen, office/work area and TV. There is a big pool, bar, and grass area that is shared with guests staying upstairs. The house is 10 minutes walk to the centre of Progreso and 3 minutes by car. We are pet and family friendly!
