Excellent location, a really beautiful apartment, we spent 8 days for my husband's recovery and it was amazing to 🫢 wake up and see the lake. Wow, that's priceless, an incredibly beautiful view, we could go for a quiet walk. I felt at home and Charito's service was wonderful, she was always attentive, and when I had any questions she answered quickly, she was very kind and friendly. Rating 11 out of 10. When I return to Merida I will definitely stay here again.

Nice central place, quiet area, lots of shops nearby and easy to connect with places of interest.

The place is beautiful, you have everything for an unforgettable stay. We'll be back!

This is the second time I've stayed in this apartment and I'll repeat as many times as I go to Mérida. Very comfortable and very tastefully decorated.

Great location and the plunge pool at the end of a hot day was a dream. Just note that you need to supply your own soap, shampoo, and cooking basics.

The place is absolutely magnificent, Alfonso was always attentive and gave us very good recommendations. Whenever I can, I'll come back here because we had an amazing time. Thank you so🥰 much!!!!

Not only is the place is beautiful but the hosts went out of their way to help me out with a ride when I was stuck, picked me up, and allowed me to check in early. Gracious hospitality, always available and helpful. Many thanks!

The apartment is fully equipped for families, the fact of being fully air-conditioned is something that is totally appreciated, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, I love when there is water to drink from arrival, salt, oil, sugar, etc is appreciated so much. We went by wedding anniversary and Caro was proactive to recommend options to celebrate, the roof top is a must to get upstairs but completely worth it, the beach is a block away but it is very close. If you are undecis@ you already found your place!!!

This place is gorgeous for a couple. Lovely peaceful and very practical. We loved to stay and will come back.

A clean and quiet studio with a personality. Reliable internet, firm mattress and good AC. Close to a big Oxxo, and perfect for a couple who's looking for a calm stay where they can work. And the best of all, the host was extremely responsive and accommodated all our wishes. I'd absolutely recommend it.

If you are looking for tranquility and comfort this place has it, it is a small place with all the necessary amenities to have the best in Merida, despite the heat it turned out to be a very cool space with very good lighting, we would definitely return

Michael is an amazing host …Quick responses, friendly and hospitable, helpful in every way possible. His place is perfect….spacious, secure and has everything you need to be a home away from home. I highly recommend his place for anyone looking for a carefree and enjoyable stay in Mérida.

I don't know but the place has a spark that delights when entering the apartment.

Pros: - The space was nice, clean, comfortable and well-stocked with plenty of storage. The kitchen had utensils and seasonings and the rooftop and pool area were pleasant, especially at night. The air conditioning worked well. The unit was a bit small but a perfect size for two people and of high quality - The lobby staff and hosts were very friendly and responsive Cons: - There was some construction noise during the day on weekdays, it wasn't too bad but a bit annoying - though this wasn't under the hosts' control - There were a few power outages during the last two days of our stay, but they weren't too lengthy - but again, not under the hosts' control Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend others stay here as well!

Everything was excellent, very good service from Charito and the apartment was very nice and clean.

Ana was a great host and always communicated when I needed help! Her place was very easy to find and decorated so beautifully. We will definitely be back soon!

She's a great host, she left a very nice message for my daughter for her birthday and a chocolate that we all enjoyed!! It was a very pleasant stay, the apartment has everything you need to be comfortable, the pool is very nice. Eugenio and Tere were always attentive, I definitely recommend it to rest and relax.

The apartment is very complete, everything is very clean, sheets, towels, etc., the condominium is very quiet... ideal if you want to go to rest. The location is ideal, it's excellent. From the security guards and the host Monica, very friendly and always very available... I would definitely stay again without hesitation
