Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Rancho Viejo

I spent a week at Villa Ikebana. It was fabulous. I was mostly working; it's a great place for digital nomads. But it's also very quiet and private and romantic; I would love to come back with my wife and have a real vacation. The house is lovely and spacious. The bed is extremely comfy. The AC and WiFi are excellent. The kitchen is well-equipped. The seating / dining areas are comfortable and livable. The outdoor spaces are really nice too. Both pools are lovely and private. The outdoor seating is comfortable. It feels wooded and natural when you're outside. (There is a nearby bar that plays loud music on weekends from around 5 to midnight, but other than that, you mostly hear the birds.) The neighborhood is fine. It's easy to walk to the restaurants on Calle 7. I had a rental car, and I was glad I did. It's easy to get around Tulum with a car. It wouldn't be necessary for staying here, but an ATV or bike or car makes it easier. I can't wait to go back. It's a lovely place.

Erik’s house was very spacious just as described! Erik was very attentive and always responded right away! My children enjoyed the pool during our stay! No problems during our stay!

The space is beautiful. Serene atmosphere. Very private, very spacious, light filled, conveniently located. Could not recommend booking Casa Manati more. It's even better than the photos !

Mirko was great and always responsive. They had helpful recommendations for everything and arranged transport when needed. They were very welcoming and the place is great.

We were a group of 11 family members that had a great time at the house. Secluded, peaceful and gorgeous modern minimalist architecture. Responsive host and easy to find. Would rent again without blinking.

The house was nice and clean. But I feel like there was no one in the house before our stay. Because the house seemed like it hadn’t been aired out in about a week. The fridge must have been unplugged also. Because it took almost a day for it to get cold and keep our food cold. The pool also seemed like it was barely cleaned and maintained the day of our arrival. It was green until the pool chemicals worked a few days later and made it blue. The bedding and beds are somewhat outdated. And the towels and linens could be replaced also.

The space was beautiful, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly. The neighborhood has some great restaurants, and with a rental car, we found it easy to get around town and to the beach, which is about 20 minutes away depending on where you park. There are plenty of good food options nearby—not just in the immediate neighborhood but also in the central part of town and near the beach. We traveled with a toddler and found this to be a great place to stay, especially since we spent our evenings and a few afternoon hours indoors while he napped. Having a comfortable and beautiful space made a big difference. The pool is shaded for most of the day, so the water can be a bit chilly compared to the ocean, but that wasn’t a problem for us—just something to be aware of. There is some daytime noise from leaf blowers and general upkeep, but in our case, it didn’t disturb our child’s sleep and wasn’t an issue. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return!

The place is really great and worth the price! Be aware, you should rent motorbike or VUS. The place is really far from the city, and the taxi are expansives.

A very pleasant and cute place. Everything is very clean and tidy. The decor is wonderful. We'll be back soon. 100% recommended. The indoor pool is our favorite place. German is a great host.

Top notch, great comfortable amenities. Close to everything you need to get to. Only a short uber ride from all the best spots. Would recommend.

I had a wonderful solo stay at Assaf's place in Tulum! The location couldn't have been better - being able to walk to all the bars and restaurants downtown was a huge plus. The pool was also a lovely and refreshing way to cool down after a day out. Assaf was a great host, and I highly recommend this home for solo travelers looking for a centrally located and comfortable base in Tulum.

All I can say is wow! The location was beautiful! We were worried there wouldn’t be anything near by but there was a little store and plenty of restaurants walking distance from the location. The views were amazing of the jungle from the rooms and the beach from the other side. It was way better than expected and the host were extremely responsive and flexible! There is also a check in at a gate before entering the community so it gave a sense of peace for our family. I will definitely be staying there again when I go back to visit.

The price was incredible affordable especially since we booked one day in advance very last minute! The place was beautiful and very cozy with a pool you have easy access to from your balcony yet maintains privacy. We accidentally locked ourselves out in the balcony as if you fully shut the door it locks and had our keys inside the room. The host was very quick and responsive and came within the hour with extra key to let us in. Note to self, we have kept the keys inside the lockbox going forward haha. I hope to visit Tulum again and stay there again!

Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. They were always available to answer any questions, offer fantastic local recommendations, and made sure every detail of our trip was smooth and stress free. It truly felt like staying with a friend who wanted us to experience the best of Tulum.

Had a wonderful time at Martin and Alan’s place. They were very communicative and provided a ton of helpful information, from checkin instructions, to things to do in tulum. The rooftop pool was an excellent way to get away from the heat. While you’re here, check out “Jungle Juice” just across the street for the best smoothies and crepes.

I loved this place and most important I felt very safe with my toddler . Perfect place with a large kitchen !

We had a great time. Lovely and comfortable house. Linda was helpful and quite prompt for the minimal issues or questions we had. The house was in a very good location. We had 4 people there and it was very private the way it was laid out (2 levels)
