Beautiful setting, looks just like the photos. We had everything we needed and Diego was very responsive and helpful, he even gave as a little late check out. The beds are comfortable and so is the couch, the shower was hot and had good water pressure . I would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful beautiful place to spend their vacation

Rosa and Vitto was amazing from checking in to checking out. The place was beautiful inside and out. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay felt right at home. Rosa was very helpful on booking a lot of things for us as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Tulum.

This place is amazing!! Super clean with everything you could ask for in a home. A beautiful beach is just a short 15 minute walk away, and confidence stores are close as well which you can also get to through walking along the beach. The host was super responsive and proactive with anything I needed, and the location offered both a retreat and easy access to transportation if for the city. I loved it here!

Fantastic property inside an incredible community.

This is a very beautiful townhouse. The second bedroom with full bath has a keyed entrance by the front door to the main house, which made it a little awkward to access, so my boyfriend and I ended up never using it, but it would be great for someone traveling with another couple or children to have their own space. It was hard to locate silverware. Grocery service provided was a nice touch. The pool on the patio was also really nice. The bed was a bit firm, but I like that so it was fine. The shower water doesn't get very hot, just warm. The actual resort is not included for use at all without purchase of a day pass, and the food and drinks that you can get with the pass are mediocre unfortunately. Do not lose the wristband they give you for the day pass or you have to pay $180 additional. There is a trolley that drives you around to different parts of the resort, which was nice. Staying here felt secluded, private, and quiet. That can be great at times, but I wish there were more amenities included. We ended up ordering pizza the last day because we were starving and did't want to pay for the day pass just to eat a luke warm buffet.

The place is very clean and very quiet. When you are in your private rooftop, it’s amazing and very private that you can sun bathe with clothing optional. No electricity issues but Cobá Ave have rolling black outs. There are near places to eat. We had no problems with the other units as most of the guests are very respectful. We recommend this AirB&B.

Denisse and house manager Frankie was amazing! She allowed my guest to check in when we had missed our flights. She was very responsive and proactive when we were needing help, she sent Frankie right away. Even helped with transportation and exchanging currency. I recommend the chef services that Denisse recommends for the house food 10/10. Everything dealing with the house was perfect. It’s close to certain local things but Is some distance from popular attractions in Tulum. Would stay again!

I had an incredible month-long stay at this Airbnb in Tulum’s La Veleta neighborhood. The area is filled with amazing restaurants, all within walking distance. I loved that I could explore the neighborhood entirely on foot—it's very safe and walk-friendly. The experience was everything I hoped for, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon!

The condo was wonderful and Michaela was an incredible host. We enjoyed the amazing views and comfortable apartment and felt very well taken care of. Michaela was remarkably responsive when a couple little things came up and made the entire experience smooth. The location on Half Moon Bay was perfect- we snorkeled right out front of the building, using the ample equipment they provided, and loved walking to the beach bars in Akumal (especially Buena Vida and La Lunita). It was also an easy walk to the lagoon, which was a must see as well. Having seen Tulum, we were so glad to have the much more laid back vibe of Akumal. The condo was perfectly located for an easy but peaceful stay with lots of swimming in the pool and staring at the blue water. For what it’s worth, the elevator was working almost the entire time we were there, but was out for part of a day. We did not end up making use of the rooftop area- it wasn’t really necessary with the lovely deck on the apartment.

We had an amazing stay at Susan’s place in Tulum! The house was perfect for our large group of 12 - spacious enough for everyone to hang out together but also have their own private areas when needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to buy groceries and cook meals at home. The property felt very secure, and there was convenient parking for those who had cars. The on-site staff were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. A huge shoutout to Susan, who went above and beyond by helping me plan a dinner party for 21 people! Everything - from the food and staff to the location and DJ - was a total hit. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Tulum, especially if you're traveling with a group. We’ll definitely be back!

This place was perfect. really family friendly atmosphere. the neighbors are amazing. The pool was always perfect. The house was well stocked with extras. Everything was as described and more. We loved it so much we requested to extend. Ms. Christina is the perfect host. Rachel was also fabulous and flexible.

This place is perfect for certain travelers. It is secluded; not far from Akumal, but once you arrive here, you won't want to leave. It is a place to unplug, relax, and get away. The home is a beautifully-constructed palapa with screened bedrooms, but otherwise wide open. Jungle noises, fresh air, and yes, insects, bats, and iguanas can and do pass right through. There is no air conditioning or heat, and the lovely private bathroom is a short walk down a path. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep; something to think about if you need to use the bathroom during the night. The outdoor space is huge, including a private cenote used by other guests, but we were usually the only ones there. The grounds include a temazcal, and other hand-built structures and lots of indigenous art. There are hammocks to nap in; spider monkeys and many species of birds. The staff are lovely, and Christiam is great. All are very responsive and helpful. Bring plenty of groceries so that you don't have to leave.

What a wonderful week we just spent at Balam Ek! We truly did not want to leave. The house is centrally located in Akumal, within easy walking distance of La Buena Vida, a small convenience store, La Lunita, and the Jungle Cafe. Everything was sparkling clean and well-maintained by Leticia and Roberto, and the rooms were comfortable. The views were unbeatable, and the house was well-equipped with towels and kitchen equipment. Sun rises were especially beautiful here! If you want a sandy beach, this is not the house for you. We don’t mind an iron shore, and we swam in the ocean daily right in front of the house. Just make sure you bring water shoes because the volcanic rock is too sharp for bare feet. We would not hesitate to stay at Balam Ek again. Highly recommend!

Our stay was fabulous! The house is beautiful and the pool and dock were great. We had a big group and six kids with us and the house accommodated all of our needs. The casita was perfect for the family with the younger children for nap etc. All of the staff were so kind and gracious and helpful. The house was cleaned every day which is always a big treat and helpful at the beach. The pool and grounds were also attended to everyday and looked beautiful. We loved the ease of getting into the ocean from the dock — great for snorkeling. And the pool was perfect for the kids. We also loved the big outdoor dining table so we could have family meals. Marilu, Bryan, and Cristofer were all extremely responsive and helpful. We hope we can stay again sometime in the future!

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Excellent location with a gorgeous view of the ocean from the private balcony and pool. Edna was incredibly responsive, helpful, and had great recommendations!

This was our second spring vacation we spent at Villa Silvestre and Loved it! It’s. Such a hidden gem in south Tulum. It’s a quiet little sanctuary which is well appointed, great pool, super sweet staff and Agustina is so helpful and wonderful. Can’t wait to return!

To say we had an amazing time staying at Nocturna is an understatement. Ben and Val were so helpful, kind and responsive. The bedrooms feel both homey and luxurious. We loved having the open floor to ceiling windows and door screens for a cross breeze, but also had the option of AC. The upper deck with the pool has an incredible view, you’re right on top of a horizon of green trees and under endless blue skies—wake up early to catch the birds and dragonflies buzzing around. The gym and yoga space on the floor below were a perfect spot to start the day. The location is a perfect middle between downtown and the beach. This place will hug and love you with whatever you need, book it book it!

Jose was extremely responsive to any hiccups we had. Overall the stay was great, it was perfect for my family. Quiet and peaceful and the Tao Community is just beautiful! Can't wait to go back!

A great place for a peaceful stay in Akumal. Snorkeling paradise! Very friendly staff and security did more than required to make us feel safe and welcome. I would advise to bring plenty of food since the restaurant was closed, but it was three-kings day so maybe just bad timing for us. The nearby Pueblo across the road is pretty crappy, but there is fresh produce available there. If I go again I will stay away from the town.

We spent 1 month without an oven ** the wifi worked fine the terrace outside (dining table) is not in the sun, because a lot of trees at the pool level, there is not much sun, a lot of water.
