Above everything else, Angel is a excellent host who really communicates so well and cares about your time and experience you have at his home! The apartment is perfect for everything you need and location is close enough to most popular things in the hotel zone, even by walking through the former golf course as a short cut. Angel reached out to us to offer a solution beneficial to us both for the few days in-between two separate stays at his apartment with a discounted rate, which was really helpful! . Bedding was clean, shower was clean, running hot water at all times. No smell in the bathroom. Pool was clean and beautiful and host was very friendly, called me once I landed and met me at the airbnb. Everything was walking distance. Main beach and all the restaurants. Did not run into any problems. Thank you for the great stay!

It was a great find! Just take the buses to where you need and you will be fine. The airport was close too! Amazing views!

First, I want to say that it was very easy to get to the location. Once we got there we were greeted by Raquel. She was so nice and professional. She helped our check in go smoothly. The condo was clean and just as pictured. We had everything we needed. From the kitchen to downstairs in the bedroom. We felt very safe and enjoyed the fact that it was quiet. Everyone we encountered was very nice. We had so many stores near by that were walkable. We ordered pizza one night and had no prob with the delivery. Got a drink from the bar by pool and enjoyed some relaxation time. We walked by the beach & took amazing photos for the memories. We had the mall right across the street if you enjoy shopping. We loved the fact that it was very easy for our pick ups when we were out and about on our tours. Eduardo was very responsive and his instructions were very clear. I wish I could’ve just stayed & live there as I found it a home away from home. Cant wait to be back!!! Yuumbotik!!!

Todo muy bien , muy práctico y muy buena ubicación

Súper mega recomendado , es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este lugar tienes acceso a alberca playa privada y de las mejores, acceso a restaurante y desayuno buffete, al salir caminas 10 min al Chedraui y es un trayecto que se disfruta mucho al caminar , es el lugar ideal si vas en familia zona súper segura en plena Zona hotelera y playa súper bonita y azul no caminas más de 50 pasos de la alberca a la playa . Los mejores anfitriones, súper atentos y confiables incluso me ayudaron con mi transporte de regreso, el lugar impecable , cuenta con aire acondicionado Tvs de súper buen tamaño camas súper cómodas, si estás leyendo esto reserva con ellos son los mejores no por nada es mi segunda ocasión reservando y te ahorras gastos extra de estar moviéndote a playas aquí lo tienes todo.

Increíble apartamento!!! La decoración es hermosa, el apartamento super cómodo y con todos los detalles para una estadía increíble! Los anfitriones muy atentos y amables. Estuvieron pendientes de que no nos faltara nada. Nos sentimos como en casa! Nos gustó muchísimo y sin dudas la próxima vez los contactaré para regresar!

We stayed here Easter weekend for family vacation with our 3 college age kids. The home is beautiful and comfortable. View is amazing. Location was perfect for exploring. Octavio was very responsive and shared recommendations,

Couldn’t have asked for a better location for our first trip to Isla Mujeres! Beautiful beach views and close to shops & restaurants on both the north & south ends of the island! The house was clean & comfortable with plenty of room for our 2 families. Communication with the concierge prior to the trip was wonderful & they had golf carts rented & delivered right to the house for us! Someone met us at the house when we arrived & showed us around & gave us all the info we needed. The pool was cool & refreshing on the hot days & they provided plenty of beach towels to use. My only complaint was that the WiFi was spotty & didn’t work in one of the upstairs rooms. Not sure if the issue was the house specifically or just reception on the island in general. Either way we managed to have a great time without it! :)

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

Sylvia's home was just perfect for our sisters getaway. 3br/ 3bath and a great living area to gather. The decks overlooking the ocean were perfect for morning coffee and cocktails by pool (overlooking the ocean) were splendid. Local concierges and housekeepers Maribel and Jose couldn't be more responsive and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment/condo! It was spacious, very well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The air-conditioning and ceiling fans kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The location was ideal for us - right in the centre of the island, so it’s nice and quiet, but still within easy reach of the vibrant North Beach and the more laid-back South. There are plenty of great restaurants all over the island, so you’re really spoiled for choice. The on-site bar and restaurant were a great bonus as it was super convenient, especially for a relaxing drink after a day in the sun. Any noise from the bar ended by 10 pm, so it never disturbed us. We also loved having access to three different swimming pools, especially the rooftop , which was quiet with great views. Julie is a great host who was very welcoming and responsive to our needs, thanks Julie! We’d absolutely recommend this place and would love to return.

Bueno: * Ubicacion, amenidades y utensilios en general * Proceso de llegada y salida muy ágil. * Tamaño de la habitación y habitabilidad (aunque la vista sea parcial al mar). * Comunicación con Diego y disposición para ayudar muy destacable! * En general, el estudio es lindo y cumple su función, la cama y almohadas son muy cómodas, se descansa de lo lindo! * Aplaudo mucho que sean 100% petfriendly! Gracias por mantenerse actuales y atender huéspedes con esta necesidad y gusto! Por mejorar: * Aire acondicionado no se puede regular * Agua caliente tarda en salir (se desperdicia mucha agua por ello) * Ruido del exterior en general (para personas sensibles, puede costarles dormir xq se escuchan los autos en la avenida y unos ventiladores que trabajan 24h). A mi no me afectó pero es algo a considerar. * La secadora, licuadora, estufa, refrigerador y a/c ya requieren mantenimiento o renovación. * La insistencia de vendedores * Costo de daypass o breafast pass es carísimo, no lo usé.

Absolutely loved the place. The views from every floor are spectacular! Great location away from the busier side of the island. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The host helped arrange a golf cart for us too. Highly recommend!!

Excelente lugar, tal cual se ve en las fotos y se describe el lugar. Muy accesible, cerca de playas, supermercados y gasolinera. Volvería a hospedarme en lugar si regreso a Cancún. BONUS, dentro del condominio hay una tienda y sirve comidas por si no quieres salir del lugar encuentras todo ahí mismo. El anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente de que todo saliera bien.

Beautiful apartment located in a nice, safe area! The included facilities (beach club, roof top) are excellent. Can only recommend it, was the best AirBNB of our 2 weeks trip.

It is spacious, it was in a good location for what we wanted to do in Cancun but the place needs to be updated. Couches were dirty (light colors don’t hide). The hosts were very responsive but there was nothing they could do about the condition of the furniture and doors.

My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.

Una excelente estancia, todo muy limpio, agradable, al llegar el A/C ya estaba encendido por lo cual el condo estaba súper agradable, acceso al transporte público solo a unos pasos, entrada y salida autónoma, Miriam siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros y la comunicación estuvo excelente.

We had a wonderful time there. The location is perfect for families; the pool is great for kids, and the nearby beach is shallow with small waves, making it ideal for them to play safely. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare any meals we desired. I highly recommend this place.
