Condo vacation rentals in Playa Chacmool

Nice little place. It's a little rougher than the pictures suggest, but it was still nice. The view from the pool was very nice. The only thing is that there's not much around. You would need an Uber or taxi to go anywhere. The restaurant that was walking distance ended up being from a hotel.

WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN THE HOST WAS VERY HELPFUL VERY RESPONSIVE 10/10 ALL THE EXCURSIONS ARE ON THIS RESORT WILL STAY AGAIN.

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place , its on the quiet side of the building towards the Lagune .It matches the photos and it was well stocked , she even had a 1st aid kit . If anyone likes to cook there are plenty of pots and pans in good condition which is rare sometimes. Maria was a good communicator and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. Thank you for hosting us

The view was stunning. Absolutely breathtaking, it was my favorite thing to wake up to in the morning. The airbnb was maybe about a 8-10 minute drive away from the main hotel zone area

Unit was exactly as described and included all amenities. Very spacious, nice balcony with a beautiful view at sunset. Had no issues with hot water. Host had sunscreen and bug spray for guests to use during their stay - a very nice touch. The rooftop area and pool are absolutely amazing, with a gorgeous view!

This Airbnb was amazing looks just like the pictures it was so clean and beautiful I was in heaven and the host was friendly as we’ll always communicate with me and even answered all my questions

Marina’s villa is just as described in the pictures: conveniently located on the beach, easy access, well equiped, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The shopping center, restaurants and a supermarket are at a walking distance. Marina is very responsive. We would like to visit again.

Best bang for your buck, nice sized rooms, balcony, amazing roof top for tanning and swimming. Literally across from playa tortugas where you can take ultramar ferry to isla mujeres and enjoy playa norte. Close enough to the night life and new shopping center. 10/10 would recommend if you want stay within a certain budget.

Great place to stay, quiet neighborhood, the apartment is comfortable and there are several places nearby. Communication with Luis was very prompt and friendly at all times.

I’ve stayed at Maria’s place three times already, and every time has been perfect. The apartment is very clean, bright, and exactly as described. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay — from kitchenware to all the little details that make a difference. Maria is a wonderful host: always available, attentive, and very kind. I especially appreciate the convenient and safe location — a quiet neighborhood with everything nearby: shops, cafes, and public transport. It truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

Excellent place, very central and pleasant, the host is always attentive. Just as a comment, there is no TV in the living room.

The house is excellent, Mrs. Ania is always super friendly, attentive at all times, the bathrooms are impeccably clean, a shopping mall nearby, in general, everything was excellent, thank you and of course I would stay in that house again 🤗

This place is beautiful. Everything’s perfect. The people are friendly. This is a safe space. Plenty of security. The pool is a party spot. Family friendly. I’ll be back soon!!

This place exceeded our expectations!! Eric & Daisy were great attentive host. They responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Additionally, I appreciated they had suggestions for shuttle services which saved us so much hassle. The condo is right on the beach with beautiful views. The area was peaceful and never too crowded. There was also a pool which was also nice to have around. Clean water for us to drink was provided, AC worked great, the condo was super spacious, the washer was a great amenity, convenience stores right across, and was walkable to many pick up locations for guides/tours. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Amazing location in hotel zone and very walkable to food, beach, and night life. I was a solo traveler and it was great for my stay

Amy’s place blew us away the instant we walked in! The condo was spotless & the view was incredible! We loved the pool & being able to walk to multiple restaurants & beach clubs. We will definitely stay at her place in the future! Five stars aren’t enough!

A very comfortable, practical and accessible apartment, very well located a few meters from the beach

The truth is that the place is larger than in the photos, a very good space, the sea view is impressive, the place has beach loungers, showers for rinsing, a large pool, there is a splash pool and there is a 2-meter deep area Next to you are the clubs, and especially the cocobongo, there is a select chedraui where you can eat very cheaply, there is parking, the clubs are not a problem to sleep, you rest very well. There is a doorman at the entrance 24 hours a day in case you bring a car or enter the condominium

I was quite surprised by the place in terms of services and surroundings. The apartment provided things I didn't think it would provide because it was an AirBnB, but it felt like a hotel. The location was very good and the price of this apartment makes it better. However, what surprised me the most was the view—I think the view is one of the best in the area, since I could not only see the city, its colors at night and the parties that were happening, but also during the day I could see the sea and its distinctive colors. You'd think that being next to the most important clubs in Cancun, the place would be noisy, but the truth is we hardly heard the music unless we opened the door to the balcony. Very good place!

Great location, friendly service in the middle of everything a lot of restaurants, hangouts and nightclubs beach right in front to pools. Great service with the bartenders happy hour. I love this place.
