The location is excellent, inside a hotel with security and a beautiful view. Impeccable cleanliness, easy access, well-equipped kitchenette, 24/7 functional refrigerator, air conditioning and a very clean bathroom. Julio and Aileen are super helpful hosts. The routes pass right outside and the tours pick you up right there. It's not a resort, but it's more than good. Only detail: be careful when entering/leaving the tub-shower due to the height. Still, everything was perfect! I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended, 5 stars!! Thank you very much for everything, 100% recommended, place, host, stay, everything!

The host was very helpful, and responded quickly to messages. The studio is very well located, close to Playa Tortugas (just across the street), and on the main avenue that takes you to the center in a few minutes by car and to other beaches. The building also has a shopping center with an OXXO (24h) "market" and a pharmacy next door, which made shopping much easier. Although the apartment has no kitchen, the microwave, minibar, coffee maker and dishes available were sufficient for our stay and needs. The room had a beautiful view of the lagoon, and it was extremely clean and organized. It also has a clothesline inside the bathroom, which made it easier to wash the bikinis. We highly recommend the location!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was an amazing place for the price! Augustin is very helpful and quick to respond. We loved having his help in booking some excursions. Would definitely stay here again.

Super mega recommended, this is the second time I've stayed at this place. You have access to a private beach pool and the best, access to a restaurant and breakfast buffet. When you leave, you walk 10 minutes to the Chedraui and it is a journey that is very enjoyable when walking. It is the ideal place if you go as a family, a super safe area in the middle of the hotel area and a super beautiful and blue beach. You don't walk more than 50 steps from the pool to the beach. The best hosts, super attentive and reliable, they even helped me with my return transportation, the place is spotless, it has air conditioning, super good size TVs, super comfortable beds, if you are reading this, book with them, they are the best, it's not for nothing, it's my second time booking and you save extra expenses of moving to beaches, here you have everything.

My family and I loved this place so peaceful no one bothering in anyway the rooftop pool amazing the times we were there it was empty, also ale made our stay so easy she help us get a rental car and the rental please were able to dropped off at the apartment. Everyone was friendly and helpful so don’t doubt about this place everything is like the pictures show you, you will love it

Simply spectacular. I had read a negative comment that made me doubt, but I decided to rent it because of the location, price and photos... and I'm so glad I did!!! The apartment is impeccable, smells delicious, is very tastefully decorated and has absolutely everything you need to be comfortable and relaxed. The cleanliness is a 10: everything was bright, the mattresses are impeccable and very comfortable, and the place is so quiet that you can't hear anything at all. I slept like never before, the room has a huge TV with access to several apps, a total plus. The bathroom is beautiful, it smells delicious and every detail is lovingly cared for. The kitchen is super-equipped, and upon arrival there were complimentary drinks: a nice touch that is very much appreciated. Natty is a sweetheart and makes sure you have an unforgettable stay. The truth is, I regret not staying more nights. I highly recommend it, don't be swayed by the bad comment, it doesn't reflect anything about this place!!!

This was a beautiful apartment in a good location. The only caveat that I have for others is that the outside noise can be overwhelming for some as it is on a main road. This is out of the owner's control. Other than that, it was a really nice apartment to stay at and very comfortable.

This is my second favourite room on this nice property, and it never disappoints! Waking up to the stunning view of the beautiful sea is simply wonderful. The room itself is clean, and comes with all the basic amenities listed. The semi-private beach just steps away, set in safe and peaceful surroundings make for a truly relaxing stay. Easy access to transport, food and grocery deliveries. Host and housekeeping staff are always friendly, helpful, and responsive. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful gem! The pictures don’t lie! It was a wonderful vacation for our family of 4. The condo was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The beds were great and the master looked out over the ocean. The pool was nice to hang out in the afternoon and evening. The north side of the island is very walkable and we rented a golf cart 1 day to tour the island, otherwise we took the public bus. When we needed more water or reservations at Zama Ander was very responsive! Also the lady checking us in was very friendly and answered all of our questions.

Small apartment, but with very nice view

The accommodation was perfect, just like the photos, clean, hot water, super comfortable beds, the view facing the sea, waking up to the sound of the waves, very well located, close to everything and at the same time very quiet. I highly recommend it. We made a very good choice when we selected this accommodation... Don't hesitate!!

Camila and Andrea were wonderful throughout our stay - communicative, responsive, and friendly. The home is very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could need, and the bathroom is spacious. Great food nearby, a big grocery store not too far, and just a 30 min walk to a public beach. Would highly recommend.

This was my second time staying at Nancy’s place. I love that it’s clean and modern, Steps to pool/beach and groceries, and safe with security. Nancy is the best host - she arranged pickup and drop off to the airport for me. This is a hidden gem for anyone looking to enjoy Cancun - I’ll definitely be back a third time!

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

Cozy apartment with ocean view.

Eric is a great host, he met me for check in and gave a tour. Also bid farewell at checkout. The place is as described with fast WiFi allowing for remote work, with a desk in the main bedroom. The AC works well in the bedroom and the water pressure is great. Not much traffic on street so pretty quiet, and Ubers are affordable.

We had a wonderful stay at Cusho’s home in Cancun! The location was perfect—peacefully tucked away from the hustle of the hotel zone, yet still central and convenient to everything we needed. Cusho’s team, especially Elsi and Carlos, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Cusho and Louise were incredibly responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had throughout our trip. We were traveling with a toddler, and they were so accommodating—helping us coordinate baby gear rental before our arrival, which made a huge difference. It truly felt like they thought of everything. We would absolutely love to return to Cancun and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. This was one of the best—if not the best—Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had!

Juan's apartment is really beautiful. I went with my family and we all loved it. Everything was very nice, clean and very well-equipped, but above all, the ocean view. Beach and pool access. It's a family atmosphere and very peaceful, I highly recommend it and I would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location for excursions. Safe area. Quiet sleep. Apartment very spacious. Car rental company near the IBIS Hotel. There is also a small German bakery downstairs (ideal for breakfast). Friendly communication with the host. Security staff at the entrance very accommodating. Will come again any time. Note: Uber is not allowed to pick up at the airport. The recommended pick-up service works well, but it is comparatively expensive. The return is going well with Uber.
