Eric is a great host, he met me for check in and gave a tour. Also bid farewell at checkout. The place is as described with fast WiFi allowing for remote work, with a desk in the main bedroom. The AC works well in the bedroom and the water pressure is great. Not much traffic on street so pretty quiet, and Ubers are affordable.

Booked Luis’s place day of for a last minute stay and he was super accommodating. Comfortable accommodation for one night with all the needed amenities. Also quite a few restaurants and shops nearby. We arrived late at night and the place was a bit hard to find but Luis gives very detailed instructions which are helpful. Overall would recommend!

Super energy, great stay The description of the directions was great and we were greeted in front of the house. Everything was explained to us exactly and showed us. The place was very tidy, clean, bright, very inviting. We felt immediately comfortable. The view is awesome, but also the flair of the back of the house, so I liked the view from the bedrooms. There was 1 canister of water available and on request a second one came directly. We were taken directly to the supermarket in Cancun by the owner to make a big purchase. Food in Cancun is very expensive in my opinion. The rooms are super divided with the 2 bathrooms and the furnishings, great. At night, it was loud on the beach: people, music and motorcycle shows. It's only fair to mention this for people who are light sleepers. After 2 glasses of Mexican wine, I slept well, but my mother heard everything every night. Yes, don't hesitate, stay here! This place will allow you to vacation with total freedom, it has good mobility, it has what you need, autonomous arrival and departure, very quiet neighborhood, quiet house, if you are with your family, don't think twice, this place is perfect for them. The photos don't do the place much justice, it's prettier.

Anthony’s apartment is in an amazing location, right in front of the beach. I was waking up every morning to sunrise, what a great way to start the day. Tons of restaurants, mall nearby, tours pick you up right in front of the condo, another great perk. Anthony is a great host, very responsive, sent me video clips to check in and show around the apartment. The next time we visit Cancun, we’ll will for sure stay in Anthony’s apartment.

Excellent hosts, they were always attentive, the house was clean and just as described and as shown in the photos. They gave us many recommendations and directions on how to get to the places. My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

The house is away from the tourist areas and the location may seem concerning. However we felt perfectly comfortable and safe. We walked to stores and restaurants with no problems. If you go during the hot season, the common areas in the house will be very toasty; bedrooms all have a/c. Bottom line we would stay there again.

Very nice house, tidy and the host is always very attentive, in addition the transport passes in front of the house which allows you to move everywhere.

i recommend the house, because what we liked the most is the security in the fractionation, which the host was from a day before, during and afterwards very attentive to us and our needs. The house is comfortable, comfortable, it has everything you need from glasses, cups and pans, to washing machine, iron and parking. in conclusion we would be back with my whole family on site.

... spending a few days at Gabriel's house has been a very special experience. I arrived very late after missing my flight. No problem - I'll wait until midnight. I was very hungry. No problem - he took me to his favorite taqueria. I didn't have the money to pay. No problem - he lent me money. What to do in Mexico? We loved our stay there. The staff were so helpful and responsive to communication. The place was clean, comfortable, and located midland which made it easy to walk north and south to things. We would stay again.

A wonderful gem near Puerto Juarez! We stayed here for one night returning from Isla Mujeres and it was perfect. The hosts were so kind and met us to bring keys, give a tour, and make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was perfectly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and stocked with everything you could need. Bathroom was spotless and had basic amenities. I prefer a larger bed but it was ok for one night, and would be perfect for one person. Fantastic common areas! A beautiful large pool with a sitting area on the ground floor and a small pool on the roof were both fantastic. Very, very clean and well kept. Even a vending machine with snacks, beers, and drinks was available. Very thoughtful design and we enjoyed spending the next morning by the pool. It is a modest location with nearby local restaurants. We felt very safe and comfortable. Would return for another stay before/after visiting Isla Mujeres!

The house was nice. The air conditioner kept the house very cool during the blazing heat. The area had a few restaurants. The Mexican buffet was really good. The restaurant next door had great tacos and the waiter was really nice.The rooftop was very relaxing. Just a suggestion maybe a lounge chair would be nice to catch some sun. The WIFI was in and out but it worked when I needed it. The washing machine washed my clothes clean. There no elevator so be mindful of your luggage weight. Will definitely stay here again in the future Thanks 😁

AWESOME! I thought it was a high price, but when I got to the place it was all worth it, everything was excellent, the pools, the place, everything was within reach, if you cook on your trip you can lock in the smoke a little but when you turn on the hood it's solved. Super recommended. If you want to relax, this is the place.

We just have to thank Ricardo's person or host who did everything to make his visitors feel very comfortable, was very attentive, made a point of showing the entire apartment demonstrating the operation and offering the comforts of home, we are very happy with the reception and the environment we were in.
