Vacation rentals with a patio in Playa Chacmool

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

The place is so nice and clean,have an aircon and electric fan. The pool is just for you. Like 3mins walk to Mercado 28. The location is in Downtown Cancun quite far to the beaches, mybe 13km away. Saul, the host is very responsive, he made an effort to suggest places and things to do with links and complete details.

An absolutely perfect experience! 🌟 I'd love to give this place more than 5 stars, honestly it was great. From the first moment, communication with the host was impeccable: always attentive, super friendly and available to answer any questions instantly. You can really tell that he loves what he does and takes care of every detail to make your experience unforgettable! The house is just spectacular. Everything was spotless and as shown in the pictures. It has two spacious bathrooms, and a perfect air-conditioned living room to relax, with a super comfortable sofa bed. We also used the dining table for 4 people as a game table on several occasions, which was a fun plus. The queen bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and it also has a grill, washer and dryer, which makes everything even more convenient. And I can't help but mention the beautiful pool... Having a garage available also gave us a lot of peace of mind. Very safe area!

The accommodation is perfect, relatively close to the ADO, the palapas park and the bus stops that take you to the hotel area. Edain and his mother were always attentive to our needs and helped us with their recommendations. Having coffee and drinking water 24/7 is a huge plus. The accommodation has a pretty nice pool. We definitely loved everything. We'll definitely be back soon!!!

My stay was great! As a solo traveler felt safe and was able to easily work remotely. Home as pictured. The host was wonderful with communication. The community is gated and friendly. If you are looking for a place to stay unattached from the tourist areas this is it. I agree with other reviews about having a car when staying here. What you need is close but not walkable, hop on the bus close. I worked from home most days so Ubered when I needed to and ordered Uber Eats on the days I wanted to enjoy being home. Take a walk through the neighborhood for the outdoor playground and exercise area in the neighborhood.

It's a super nice house in an excellent location. It's very quiet, super cozy for the whole family. It's a 10/10 house. I highly recommend it. My family and I are sure to book the house again in the next vacation 👍👍👍

Where to begin! The pictures don't do it justice. Amazing Villa/apartment. The guards very helpful and attentive, clean big spacious and the AC worked great! Just loved it

The best bnb I’ve stayed in so far! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a fruit basket (as a fruitarian this was the best feeling). The house was stocked with towels, cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, body was, soap, beach chairs, life jackets, board games, etc. The pool was bigger & deeper than the pictures show. 10/10 recommend

We so enjoyed staying at this property on the south end of the island away from the hustle and bustle (although it is easy to get around via taxi or golf cart). The view was stunning, the condo was comfortable and had everything we needed! We enjoy snorkeling and appreciated the short easy walk to the beach club-and appreciated the snorkeling gear! I will recommend this property to friends and family and will definitely stay here again!

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful apartment! Araceli was extremely helpful before and during our vacation. And quickly responsive. This is a beautifully decorated apartment and the complex is quiet and well maintained with multiple pools and a beach to enjoy. We ate twice at the poolside bar and the food was great. Cocktails too!There were plenty of loungers poolside or beachside to use. La Amada is away from the bustle of Cancun hotel zone which we enjoyed but it was helpful to have a car for places we wanted to visit. Also there are activity bookings close to La Amada as well. Nearby we visited The Flamingo restaurant twice. The service was friendly and the seafood menu good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend.

This place is beautiful. Everything’s perfect. The people are friendly. This is a safe space. Plenty of security. The pool is a party spot. Family friendly. I’ll be back soon!!

Rodrigo was a wonderful host. He was extremely responsive and offered to arrange a pick up and drop off taxi which was very thoughtful. His apartment felt safe and the interior looked just like the pictures. I also appreciated having a stocked kitchen and a hot plate to cook on. I also loved using the bikes to ride all over the island. Overall I had a really lovely stay on Isla Mujeres.

Carla & Sebastian were super helpful & detailed in messages. They set up a driver from the airport, which I then paid the nice driver directly. They are very friendly and responsive. The building seems fairly new so there weren’t many people there and it was peaceful. The whole area is very secure. The apartment is really stunning, has pretty furniture, and a comfortable bed. AC worked well and the shower had good pressure. I absolutely love how wide the balcony doors opened in both the living room and bedroom. Lüften approved! The beachclub/restaurant isn’t much, and about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. I went to the restaurant at 1:00PM to get lunch one day but they serve breakfast until 3:00PM so I left & never ended up trying it. I never found a rooftop pool.

Canceled flight and a last minute booking. Mix was quick and helpful. Beautiful stay, will go back 100%. Close to the hotel zone for night life as well.
