Beachfront vacation rentals in Playa Chacmool

We stayed here Easter weekend for family vacation with our 3 college age kids. The home is beautiful and comfortable. View is amazing. Location was perfect for exploring. Octavio was very responsive and shared recommendations,

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

This place was great. I was there with 12 of my best friends and everything worked out perfect staying at Daniel’s place; the house was a great size and the location was very convenient! We enjoyed being right on the beach, and the pool at the house was perfect for what we wanted. Highly recommend!

El departamento está precioso y muy cómodo, las amenidades del complejo están muy completas, lo único que observamos es que a las áreas de la alberca de la playa les hace falta mantenimiento ya que tiene muchos azulejos sueltos y duela en reparacion. Fuera de eso sin duda es una gran opción y esperamos volver muy pronto.

Hermoso alojamiento, cumplió con todas las expectativas. Súper céntrico y enfrente de playa caracol. El centro de zona hotelera muy cerca y la parada de autobús también.

Todo bien. Algunos detalles mínimos de limpieza como las cortinas. Por todo lo demás, muy bien. La playa está a pasos. Los restaurantes de enfrente muy ricos. Queda el oxxo caminando.

Mucha comodidad, buenas instalaciones, gran servicio, la familia nos sentimos muy bien.

Si tienen la oportunidad de alojarse aquí, no la dejen ir. La vista está espectacular, el amanecer ahí es muy bonito. Todo súper ordenado, limpio. Con muy buenas amenidades. Y que decir del trato del Sr.Eduardo; con suma paciencia nos explicó funcionamiento de todo, también aconsejándonos en lugares. Sin duda volvería. Ya que también la seguridad es muy buena; una zona súper para tener todo a la mano.

We so enjoyed staying at this property on the south end of the island away from the hustle and bustle (although it is easy to get around via taxi or golf cart). The view was stunning, the condo was comfortable and had everything we needed! We enjoy snorkeling and appreciated the short easy walk to the beach club-and appreciated the snorkeling gear! I will recommend this property to friends and family and will definitely stay here again!

It was a great find! Just take the buses to where you need and you will be fine. The airport was close too! Amazing views!

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place , its on the quiet side of the building towards the Lagune .It matches the photos and it was well stocked , she even had a 1st aid kit . If anyone likes to cook there are plenty of pots and pans in good condition which is rare sometimes. Maria was a good communicator and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. Thank you for hosting us

This was a great stay good location for a day trip to isla mujeres, safe in the hotel zone and close to shopping and nightlife would definitely recommend. It is a bit noisy at night but it was manageable for me I would stay again.

Marina’s villa is just as described in the pictures: conveniently located on the beach, easy access, well equiped, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The shopping center, restaurants and a supermarket are at a walking distance. Marina is very responsive. We would like to visit again.

Todo perfecto. Silencioso para dormir, bien ubicado, amplio, limpio y cómodo. Mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos y en la descripción. Volvería a ir y lo recomiendo

Best bang for your buck, nice sized rooms, balcony, amazing roof top for tanning and swimming. Literally across from playa tortugas where you can take ultramar ferry to isla mujeres and enjoy playa norte. Close enough to the night life and new shopping center. 10/10 would recommend if you want stay within a certain budget.

Liza and her husband Victor are great hosts. They offered tremendous assistance to guests who had to arrive in different groups and overnight delay due to unexpected flight cancellation. They are responsive and proactive hosts.

Great location, host is very flexible with checking in and responsive. Pictures is exactly as described and it's great for the one night I stayed.

Die Unterkunft ist super zentral und enthält alles wichtige. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist wirklich einzigartig und obwohl drum herum alle möglichen Clubs sind, bekommt man davon nichts mit. Rodrigo & Jessica antworten super schnell und sind sehr zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation lief bei Fragen stets super und wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit empfehlen und selbst immer wieder erneut besuchen. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt :)

We enjoyed our stay here! We booked last minute and everything was ready and even was available for early check-in that day if needed. The location is very nice along the north part of the Hotel zone with easy access to restaurants along the strip or in the city. The grounds are beautiful, not too big and so the pool was very close, and the beach was just past it! The beach was as others describe- very calm, shallow for a long ways and perfect for little ones or relaxing in the water! There are designated swimming areas marked off. This is a two bedroom hotel room and, like others have mentioned, the entrance opens into the first room. The bathroom is between the two bedrooms and there are doors separating each space. There is a door separating these rooms to the unit next door, which you can hear very easily through. Everything was clean, no bugs, and water pressure was good. The shower is a rain shower head, which may be why some have noted lower water pressure.

Amy’s place blew us away the instant we walked in! The condo was spotless & the view was incredible! We loved the pool & being able to walk to multiple restaurants & beach clubs. We will definitely stay at her place in the future! Five stars aren’t enough!

Simplemente espectacular. Había leído un comentario negativo que me hizo dudar, pero decidí rentar por la ubicación, el precio y las fotos... y qué bueno que lo hice!!!. El dpto. está impecable, huele delicioso, está decorado con muy buen gusto y tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario para estar cómodo y relajado. La limpieza es de 10: todo estaba brillante, los colchones están impecables y comodísimos, y el lugar es tan tranquilo que no se escucha absolutamente nada. Dormí como nunca, la habitación tiene una televisión enorme con acceso a varias app un plus total. El baño está hermoso, huele riquísimo y cada detalle está cuidado con cariño. La cocina está súper equipada, además, al llegar había bebidas de cortesía: un lindo detalle que se agradece muchísimo. Natty es un encanto se ocupa de que pases una estadía inolvidable. La verdad me arrepiento de no haberme quedado mas noches. Lo super recomiendo, no se dejen llevar por el mal comentario, NO refleja nada lo que es este lugar!!!

Me sorprendió bastante el lugar en temas de servicios y alrededores. El apartamento brindaba cosas que no creía que iba a brindar por el hecho de ser un AirBnB, pero se sentía como un hotel. La ubicación era muy buena y el precio de este apartamento hace que sea mejor. Sin embargo, lo que más me sorprendió fue la vista—creo que la vista es una de las mejores de la zona, ya que no solo pude ver la ciudad, sus colores de noche y las fiestas que pasaban, sino que por el día también llegaba a ver el mar y sus colores distintivos. Uno creería que por estar al lado de los clubes mas importantes de Cancún, el lugar seria ruidoso, pero la verdad nosotros casi ni escuchábamos la música a menos que abríamos la puerta hacia el balcón. Muy buen lugar!

Great location, friendly service in the middle of everything a lot of restaurants, hangouts and nightclubs beach right in front to pools. Great service with the bartenders happy hour. I love this place.
