This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. House is surrounded by forest and the main residence opposite. It is close to 2 lakes, Grendalssjön and Albysjön. Barely a 10-minute walk. There are a lot of bathing places in the nearby area. Also close to Kalvfjärden, the archipelago. Idyllic accommodation. There is an opportunity to borrow Canadians and saunas. By car, it takes about 30 minutes to get to Stockholm. I have 1 cat 🐈 The nearest store is about 4 km away.
