We really enjoyed our stay at Cossimo’s. He and Francesca were so welcoming and kind. They answered every question we had and were even kind enough to let us check in a bit early- so so appreciated because we hadn’t slept in nearly 30 hours. Highly recommend!

I would 100% recommend this air bnb, full of character and great location. Place was clean and had air conditioning and the baloney gets the sun in evening. The bed was comfy and clean also. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay here again

Mieszkanie jest czyste, funkcjonalne, ma wszystko czego potrzeba, również aby zostać na dłużej. Znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy, obok tutejszego baru i przystanku autobusowego busa bezpośredniego do Lukki. Okolica oferuje wiele terenów spacerowych, które mogliśmy przemierzać z psem. Gianluca jest niezwykle przyjaznym gospodarzem, pozwala na prywatność, a w razie potrzeby zawsze służy pomocą. Bardzo polecamy i mamy nadzieję, że sami będziemy mieli okazję wrócić :)

A distanza di qualche anno, siamo tornati nel bellissimo alloggio di Massimiliano! Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulitissimo, in ordine impeccabile, con una cucina fornita di tutto, un bagno perfetto e due camere molto grandi e candide. Proprio come ce lo ricordavamo. In più questa volta c'era anche un condizionatore portatile molto utile in cucina e ventilatori in ogni stanza. La collocazione in un paese tranquillo lo rende ideale per riposare di notte. E poi una menzione particolare per mamma Elisabetta: socievole ed accogliente, come sanno essere i toscani. Insomma: 5 stelle! La posizione geografica ne fa un eccellente punto di appoggio per visitare un ampio territorio della meravigliosa Toscana. Ci torneremo di nuovo.

esperienza ottima, l'appartamento era molto pulito. anche il parcheggio è stato facile da trovare in zona nonostante fosse la sera prima di un corso mascherato. Giovanna è stata molto cordiale e gentile e ci ha chiesto più volte se avevamo bisogno di qualsiasi cosa.

Nadia und Roberto haben uns direkt sehr herzlich empfangen. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und traditionell, man hat wirklich das Toskana Feeling. Wir hatten das Zimmer Olivo und konnte somit direkt vom Schlafzimmer aus in den Garten mit Pool. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es zum Glück auch, somit war es selbst bei extrem heißen Temperaturen sehr angenehm in der Wohnung. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch direkt in der Nähe. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten in der Stadt, was auch ein Riesen Plus ist. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und kommen selbst sehr gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in Letizias Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt gelegen am Rande von San Gimignano mit Blick auf die Stadt und auf die toskanische Landschaft. Wir konnten durch Letizia vergünstigt auf dem Parkplatz nebenan parken, was sehr praktisch war. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, die Küche ist toll ausgestattet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Filippo's place is definitely one of the best Airbnb's to know the Toscana. Filippo, in the first place, was very flexible with the check-in hour, allowing us to make the check-in around 6 pm after we visited San Gimigniano and Certaldo. Filippo's apartment is strategically located if you want to visit San Gimignano/Certaldo/Siena (25 minutes away by car). And the rest of the beautiful towns of Tuscany as Montepulciano/Montalcino/Val D'Orcia/etc...are only 1 hour away by car. The surroundings of Poggibonsi are beautiful, and the town is really relaxed and full of excellent options to eat (eating information provided by Filippo). To resume, this place is outstanding and has everything you need to have a wonderful time under Tuscany's sun and landscapes. The apartment has a dishwasher, a clothes washing machine, and it's really big. If you want to visit Tuscany, this is definitely your place. Thank you, Filippo, for being a wonderful host.

Ein außerordentlich schönes Haus, ein bisschen wie ein Museum. Aber kein verstaubtes, sondern alles wirkt in Gebrauch. Der Garten besteht vor allem aus Olivenbäumen, was dem Ganzen eine wunderbare Aura gibt. Wir mochten die Küche, sehr einladend, viel gekocht. Und natürlich den kleinen Billardraum. Gianluca ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Mensch, hat uns mit vielen guten Tipps überhäuft. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Einmal über die Bahnhofsbrücke gehen und schon ist man in der Altstadt von Lucca, mit allen seinen Schönheiten, seinem Flair, aber auch mit seiner touristischen Ausprägung. Dann freut man sich auf die Ruhe und Zurückgezogenheit der Unterkunft. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist die Parkmöglichkeit, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Die Unterkunft ist charmant und für zwei Personen großzügig. Die hohen Decken und die Raumaufteilung sind wirklich so gut gemacht, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlen kann. Das Bett war bequem und ein kleines Arbeitszimmer ist auch vorhanden. Theoretisch kann man sogar draußen sitzen, aber das macht man dann doch lieber in Lucca auf einem der schönen Plätze. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war immer sehr angenehm und schnell. Dem Restaurant-Tipp aus dem Handbuch „Da Vasco“ kann man unbedingt vertrauen. Wir würden für unseren nächsten Besuch in Lucca hier sofort wieder buchen. Lucca ist immer eine Reise wert.

L’alloggio di Alessandro è ottimo per chi vuole staccare dal caos della città, si trova in una posizione tranquilla ed immersa nel verde ma comunque vicina ad un sacco di zone di interesse come Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) e così via… è un posto molto strategico, sopratutto se si hanno animali domestici con sè. La nostra bassottina - Focaccia - ha potuto scorrazzare liberamente nell’immenso giardino che si trova davanti all’alloggio - luogo in cui io ed il mio compagno abbiamo deciso ogni sera di far cena godendoci lo splendido tramonto 🌇 L’alloggio è bello, nuovo e dotato di una cucina davvero super rifornita (abbiamo anche potuto far la pizza!). La presenza di un condizionatore inoltre ci ha fatto molto piacere. Sicuramente ci torneremo, lo consigliamo fortemente 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro è stato sempre super disponibile nel rispondere ad ogni mia domanda e nel darmi preziosissimi consigli su cosa vedere/dove mangiare etc. Grazie Alessandro per l’infinita pazienza ?

Hands down our favorite part of our two weeks in Italy! Casa Al Poggio was our Tuscan home away from home. We went and did all the things… Florence, Cinque Terre, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, etc. But coming “home” to this place was the best. So peaceful and picturesque looking across the valley at the Badia Di Passignano. We cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen and my husband loved the rustic BBQ. Fresh herbs in the garden and the smell of jasmine blooming on the patio. Book yourself extra time here…you won’t want to leave! Emanuele & Tamara are the kindest people. Take them up on all of their restaurant recommendations. Everyone one was a hit! We can’t wait to go back.

Maria Victoria ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Sie war immer erreichbar und gleichzeitig sehr diskret. Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön, schon die Anfahrt ist es wert. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig, man hat alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very nice and spacious place. However, like everywhere in Italy, in spring, a bit damp and cold due to high humidity. Also, don't leave any food or sugar outside - ants will be all over at once :)

I'm having trouble squeezing all the great things we experienced during our week at Le Casette in a short review. It's the most amazing peaceful location, while you still have the chance to have an absolutely tasty dinner in the town in the valley. You have the chance to go on a picturesque hike, starting from the house, and then arrive back and chill on the terrace with your carbonara and prosecco while fireflies light up the forest. It's just... perfect. Marco is a super nice host, but really, everyone we met up there was just so kind, you are greeted with Italian hospitality at its best here. We got valuable recommendations for activities and Marco is the most responsive host I ever met. The house itself is a jewellery box, such nice details and we found it very comfy and spacious. Embrace the Panda and take a chance on this gem of an accommodation. :)

Santa Lucia hat eine wunderbare Lage in den Bergen. Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich schön - aus den Bergen der Region schaut man auf das Meer am Horizont. Von Santa Lucia können mit dem Auto weitere größere Städte und auch der Strand erreicht werden. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten bietet mehrere Möglichkeiten, um zu sitzen, in der Sonne zu liegen oder im Freien zu essen und dabei die Aussicht zu genießen. Gloria war eine tolle, offene und sehr liebenswerte Gastgeberin. Sie hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen, um uns alles zu zeigen und zu erklären. Für uns war der Aufenthalt in Casa Gloria ein Höhepunkt unserer Reise durch die Toskana. Wir kommen wieder, um dieses Fleckchen Erde noch einmal genießen zu können.

A wonderful place to stay - unique artwork, spotless, excellent AC in each room, great and friendly communication, and close to the train station for an enjoyable ride to Florence! Would highly recommend!

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

We had a very comfortable stay at Giada's apartment. It was very clean, spacious and cozy. The neighborhood is nice and has a good vibe. Cafeteria is just few steps around the corner where we had great breakfasts. There are also restaurants and gelateria nearby. Going to Florence City was easy as the tram is just about 250 meters from the doorway. Giada is easy to communicate with and was absolute a super host. Highly recommended.

Fatmira as a host was very responsive, the apartment is very nice and fully equipped. Location is good and main attractions of Florence was in just 10 minutes by foot. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of restaurants and bars. Great supermarket is right next to the apartment.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

Abbiamo trascorso due notti meravigliose in un posto davvero incantevole. L’alloggio era curato, pulito e molto accogliente, con un bellissimo arredamento in legno e un letto comodissimo. C’era tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno per stare bene e rilassarci. Abbiamo adorato la piscina privata, gli animali presenti nella proprietà (galline e gatti adorabili!) e la tranquillità del posto. Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio, anche grazie alla gentilezza e disponibilità dell’host e della sua famiglia: per qualsiasi cosa erano presenti e pronti ad aiutarci. La posizione è comoda sia per raggiungere Pietrasanta (circa 15 minuti) che Forte dei Marmi (una decina di minuti), ma allo stesso tempo immersa nella natura, perfetta per staccare la spina. Consigliamo assolutamente questo posto a coppie, famiglie, o a chiunque cerchi relax e un po’ di pace. Sicuramente ci torneremo!
