We really enjoyed our stay at Cossimo’s. He and Francesca were so welcoming and kind. They answered every question we had and were even kind enough to let us check in a bit early- so so appreciated because we hadn’t slept in nearly 30 hours. Highly recommend!

I would 100% recommend this air bnb, full of character and great location. Place was clean and had air conditioning and the baloney gets the sun in evening. The bed was comfy and clean also. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay here again

The apartment is clean, functional, has everything you need, also to stay longer. It is located in a quiet area, next to the local bar and direct bus stop to Lucca. The neighborhood offers many walking areas that we could roam with our dog. Gianluca is an incredibly friendly host, allows for privacy, and is always there to help if needed. Highly recommended and we hope to have the opportunity to come back ourselves:)

excellent experience, the apartment was very clean. Parking was also easy to find in the area despite it being the night before a masked class. Giovanna was very friendly and kind and asked several times if we needed anything.

We had a wonderful stay at Letizia's place. The property is perfectly located on the outskirts of San Gimignano overlooking the city and the Tuscan countryside. We were able to park in the parking lot next door at a discount through Letizia, which was very convenient. The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped. We would definitely visit again!

Filippo's place is definitely one of the best Airbnb's to know the Toscana. Filippo, in the first place, was very flexible with the check-in hour, allowing us to make the check-in around 6 pm after we visited San Gimigniano and Certaldo. Filippo's apartment is strategically located if you want to visit San Gimignano/Certaldo/Siena (25 minutes away by car). And the rest of the beautiful towns of Tuscany as Montepulciano/Montalcino/Val D'Orcia/etc...are only 1 hour away by car. The surroundings of Poggibonsi are beautiful, and the town is really relaxed and full of excellent options to eat (eating information provided by Filippo). To resume, this place is outstanding and has everything you need to have a wonderful time under Tuscany's sun and landscapes. The apartment has a dishwasher, a clothes washing machine, and it's really big. If you want to visit Tuscany, this is definitely your place. Thank you, Filippo, for being a wonderful host.

An extraordinarily beautiful house, a bit like a museum. But not dusty, rather everything looks in use. The garden consists mainly of olive trees, which gives the whole a wonderful aura. We liked the kitchen, very inviting, a lot of cooking. And of course the small billiard room. Gianluca is a very accommodating person, has showered us with many good tips. We'll definitely be back.

Once you cross the station bridge, you are in the old town of Lucca, with all its beauty, its flair, but also with its tourist character. Then you are looking forward to the tranquility and seclusion of the accommodation. Another advantage is the parking if you arrive by car. The place is charming and spacious for two people. The high ceilings and the room layout are really so well done that you can immediately feel comfortable. The bed was comfortable and a small study is also available. Theoretically, you can even sit outside, but you'd rather do that in Lucca in one of the beautiful squares. Communication with the landlords was always very pleasant and fast. The restaurant tip from the “Da Vasco” guide can definitely be trusted. We would book here again immediately for our next visit to Lucca. Lucca is always worth a trip.

Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund - Focaccia - was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening enjoying the beautiful sunset 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 N.B. Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

Hands down our favorite part of our two weeks in Italy! Casa Al Poggio was our Tuscan home away from home. We went and did all the things… Florence, Cinque Terre, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, etc. But coming “home” to this place was the best. So peaceful and picturesque looking across the valley at the Badia Di Passignano. We cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen and my husband loved the rustic BBQ. Fresh herbs in the garden and the smell of jasmine blooming on the patio. Book yourself extra time here…you won’t want to leave! Emanuele & Tamara are the kindest people. Take them up on all of their restaurant recommendations. Everyone one was a hit! We can’t wait to go back.

Maria Victoria is a very nice hostess. She was always available and at the same time very discreet. The accommodation is beautiful, the journey is worth it. The decor is very tasteful and high-quality, you have everything you need. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice and spacious place. However, like everywhere in Italy, in spring, a bit damp and cold due to high humidity. Also, don't leave any food or sugar outside - ants will be all over at once :)

I'm having trouble squeezing all the great things we experienced during our week at Le Casette in a short review. It's the most amazing peaceful location, while you still have the chance to have an absolutely tasty dinner in the town in the valley. You have the chance to go on a picturesque hike, starting from the house, and then arrive back and chill on the terrace with your carbonara and prosecco while fireflies light up the forest. It's just... perfect. Marco is a super nice host, but really, everyone we met up there was just so kind, you are greeted with Italian hospitality at its best here. We got valuable recommendations for activities and Marco is the most responsive host I ever met. The house itself is a jewellery box, such nice details and we found it very comfy and spacious. Embrace the Panda and take a chance on this gem of an accommodation. :)

Santa Lucia has a wonderful location in the mountains. The view is indescribably beautiful - from the mountains of the region you can see the sea on the horizon. From Santa Lucia, you can reach other larger cities and the beach by car. The place is lovingly and stylishly decorated. We felt very comfortable right away. The garden offers several options to sit, lie in the sun or eat outdoors while enjoying the view. Gloria was a great, open and very lovely host. She took a lot of time for us to show and explain everything. For us, the stay at Casa Gloria was a highlight of our trip through Tuscany. We will be back to enjoy this little piece of earth again.

A wonderful place to stay - unique artwork, spotless, excellent AC in each room, great and friendly communication, and close to the train station for an enjoyable ride to Florence! Would highly recommend!

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

We had a very comfortable stay at Giada's apartment. It was very clean, spacious and cozy. The neighborhood is nice and has a good vibe. Cafeteria is just few steps around the corner where we had great breakfasts. There are also restaurants and gelateria nearby. Going to Florence City was easy as the tram is just about 250 meters from the doorway. Giada is easy to communicate with and was absolute a super host. Highly recommended.

Fatmira as a host was very responsive, the apartment is very nice and fully equipped. Location is good and main attractions of Florence was in just 10 minutes by foot. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of restaurants and bars. Great supermarket is right next to the apartment.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

We spent two wonderful nights in a truly enchanting place. The accommodation was neat, clean and very cozy, with beautiful wooden furniture and a very comfortable bed. There was everything we needed to feel good and relax. We loved the private pool, the animals on the property (adorable chickens and cats!) and the tranquility of the place. We immediately felt at ease, thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the host and his family: they were there for anything and ready to help us. The location is convenient both to reach Pietrasanta (about 15 minutes) and Forte dei Marmi (about ten minutes), but at the same time immersed in nature, perfect for unwinding. We absolutely recommend this place to couples, families, or anyone looking for relaxation and a little peace. We'll definitely be back!
