You’ll be in for the run of a lifetime as you pass through Venice’s most breathtaking spots led by an elite runner and physiotherapist. There will be short stops along the way. • We’ll meet at the Zattere waterfront for introductions and a quick warmup. I’ll share a bit about my background and provide tips to help you with your form and breathing. • The run will follow part of the Venice Marathon route (a race I won). Starting at a gentle pace, we’ll run along the Giudecca Canal, enjoying its open views and passing by the iconic Santa Maria della Salute and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, housed in an 18th-century palace. • Other key highlights: weaving through Dorsoduro’s charming streets filled with restaurants and indie shops, and the panoramic view you’ll get after crossing the Accademia Bridge. (Depending on the day, we might, instead, hop on a gondola to cross the canal.) • We’ll pick up the pace toward Piazza San Marco, passing the Doge’s Palace, crossing the Bridge of Sighs and continuing along two scenic rivers before enjoying an open view of the lagoon. We’ll end with a cooldown at the Biennale Gardens, finishing by the waterfront and a stunning view of San Giorgio Maggiore, and enjoying a coffee or juice to wrap up. You’ll leave with a new perspective on Venice’s beauty and history—along with running tips to incorporate into your routine back home.

Wake up Rome

We will meet just outside of Circo Massimo metro station. From there, our run will begin taking us into the center of the city showcasing the main monuments of Rome. It will be an incredible experience because not only do we get to feel good by running but we will see and become apart of the most important sights where the emperors once ruled. I want to share this with you because during the early morning my city is magic. Other things to note We meet outside the Metro Circo Massimo ready to run. We will finish the run at the same place where we started.I suggest you bring an extra shirt to change into.

Pompei and Amalfi Coast from Rome in One Day

During this experience we will explore the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii! Meeting point is piazza della Repubblica, Rome, near Termini Station. We will meet at 6:45 am and leave to Amalfi with our car. In Pompeii our official guide will take you on a tour at the Archaeological Park, the ruins of an ancient Roman town destroyed in 79 AD by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius. The guided tour is about 2hours and it is included in the price. For lunch we will go at a local restaurant where you will be able to taste the traditional dishes. In Amalfi you will be able to visit its small shops take awesome pictures and buy souvenirs. A tasting of local soft drinks included in the price. During summer season we spend around 2 hours on the beach in Amalfi where you can swim or just relax. We make many stops along the coast for the best views and photos. Other things to note: Included: Transportation, breakfast, private guide in Pompeii, tasting of local drinks. Not included: The ticket for Pompeii and the price for lunch.

Included in the price is the SEA KAYAK COURSE FOR BEGINNERS guided by a 2nd level sea kayak instructor of the Italian Canoe and Kayak Federation. Along the way we will show you hidden caves and crevices, all to explore! We will pass under the Tower of S. Maria dell’Alto, along one of the highest coastal stretches in this area. Here are the most beautiful caves of the route. This trip is an exceptionally exciting and memorable trip down the coast which allows you to experience the transparent waters of the beach at the end of Porto Selvaggio Bay. You can also take a walk in the pine forest to shelter from the heat, take pictures and immerse yourself in the cold waters of the spring. Sailing Sunset experience at lake Como

You will be protagonists of a magic experience! Visit the most enchanting places on Lake Como from a new perspective on board a 38 foot sailboat with private skipper. We will meet at 6 pm at the jetty of picturesque Pescallo bay. after boarding we will sail to "tre Pini", hidden cliff of Bellagio, that looks so wild in the evening and will make you feel like in an island of Thailand. If you like we will stop for a swim and enjoy the lights of sunset light. There is an italian aperitif with local snacks and a nice bottle of Prosecco.
