Giulia was really responsive and gave clear instructions. The Airbnb was lovely, very clean and we settled in very quickly! Would definitely stay here again if we return to Pisa!

All was perfect! What I liked the most was the location. Close to the city center and the sea. You can arrive in some minutes by walk. Inside of the house was modern and clean. We enjoyed a lot!

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

Massimo's apartment is very large and bright, with natural ventilation, everything was organized and clean. The bed was very comfortable and large. Bedding and bath linen and bed impeccable and in quantity. Massimo welcomed us very kindly and also came to say goodbye as we checked out on our own, which was a beautiful gesture. He also left us some refreshments for the first moment. The house is a 10-minute walk from the Santa Maria gate and from there you can walk around the entire walled city, which is beautiful. It has free street parking, practically at the door. We found a real home in this place with everything you need and Massimo's affection. We'll be back! I recommend it 100%.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

I am an older, male, English speaking, solo traveler and photographer who loves Italy. From my point of view Lucca is an excellent destination, this Airbnb apartment is the best place to be if you are looking for an Airbnb, and Silvia has the qualities that I most appreciate in a good host: she communicates well in English, she reacts quickly, and she answers my questions as they arise. An excellent host is not a host that guarantees your stay will be problem free - an excellent host is a person who effectively deals with problems as they arise. Silvia is an excellent host. I hope to return to Lucca in the future and I will aim to again stay in this apartment with Silvia as my host.

This place was amazing. Great location, facilities, very clean, with an excellent outside space to relax and eat/drink. Just a few yards from the centre. Fillipo the host was very helpful and any questions sent to him were responded to within a few minutes. 5 STAR

We thought Bonnie's place was incredible! The apartment was immaculate and so well appointed. It has been remodeled with two wonderful bathrooms, a great kitchen, and unlike most places in Italy, there is a separate washer and dryer, which we loved. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the center of Lucca, and also close to the wall. If I were ever to return to Lucca, I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at Flavia's apartment for work on the occasion of the Lucca Comics and Games fair. The central location within the walls of Lucca makes this accommodation great for those who want to immerse themselves in the beauty of the city.

Great space! I recommend it! It has a free parking lot right next door, ideal for those traveling by car!

Gabry was a friendly and kind host. The apartment was spotless, spacious and well furnished. We enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend it.

Very comfortable apartment in the historic centre, so close to everything. Well equipped kitchen. It was easy to park for free just outside the city walls. We were able to stay with our two dogs, which was very much appreciated. Simone gave us recommendations for restaurants and we tried a few of them, all were excellent! All in all a great stay.

The location in close proximity to the train station is ideal for excursions. The apartment is just great. It is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. Daniele has always offered his help. But since everything was perfect, we didn't need it. If you want to explore Tuscany without a rental car, then this apartment is definitely a top recommendation. Sandra was the perfect hostess, what a lovely person and a lovely place, it felt like home, very quirky which I loved. Will definitely go again if I'm in Prato. Only criticism which was a very minor one was finding the place, but Sandra came and met us which was nice of her. Extremely happy with our stay, highly recommend

Everything met our expectations at David’s place! Very well thought out space with lots of nice details to make the apartment comfortable. We could only stay a weekend but would love to return for a longer stay.

Giulia's place is spectacular with a great view of an historic courtyard from all the windows, and a private courtyard for entry. Open the gate and you're in the center of the most exciting street in Lucca. There were some understandable sewer issues (toilet emits sewer gases which dissipate when windiws are left open) for such an ancient establishment. Make sure to read the house rules for arrival times. Checkin is pretty flexible if you work it out in advance, but you need to check in before the gate of the courtyard is locked. Our train was delayed due to a train fire which caused an unavoidable delay, and we were charged a fee to meet and get the key after 7:30. Well worth it for the lovely stay, but just be aware. Italy's trains may run late, and flexible check in is necessarily impacted by gate closure. Lucca is delightful if you love history, and Giulia's place lets you stay in a lovely historic unit.
