Condo vacation rentals in Province of Lucca

We had a wonderful week in Lucca. The location is just inside the wall, making it convenient but still quiet in the evenings. Thank you! We will be back!

I am an older, male, English speaking, solo traveler and photographer who loves Italy. From my point of view Lucca is an excellent destination, this Airbnb apartment is the best place to be if you are looking for an Airbnb, and Silvia has the qualities that I most appreciate in a good host: she communicates well in English, she reacts quickly, and she answers my questions as they arise. An excellent host is not a host that guarantees your stay will be problem free - an excellent host is a person who effectively deals with problems as they arise. Silvia is an excellent host. I hope to return to Lucca in the future and I will aim to again stay in this apartment with Silvia as my host.

By far the best AirBnB experience we’ve ever had. What a fantastic location, close to the city walls, lovely views - and the Giro d’Italia passed right by us! So nice and light in the living room/ dining area. The hosts went above and beyond to help us with everything. Thank you Paola and Massimo.

Stunning location and the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was generously equipped and it felt so good coming ‘home’ from our daily trips around Lucca , as well as day trips by train. Couldn’t fault it.

Gabby and Barbara never left a question unanswered. And went above and beyond to make sure we understood the neighborhood. We absolutely loved their space. It was quiet, charming, and had everything we needed. And sitting on the balcony in the morning for coffee will change your life!😎⭐️

Andrea is an excellent host, very mindful and attentive to his guests’ needs. The Airbnb has everything you can possibly need for a comfortable stay and being a neat freak the place is spotless! The location in close proximity to the train station is ideal for excursions. The apartment is just great. It is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. Daniele has always offered his help. But since everything was perfect, we didn't need it. If you want to explore Tuscany without a rental car, then this apartment is definitely a top recommendation. Loved our stay in Lucca, wished we had planned more time. Our stay was lovely and the location was perfect. Very walkable to the places we wanted to see and loved the communication with our hosts.

Beautiful vacation in Lucca. Ferdinando and Sandra welcomed us as if we were at home, always kind, helpful. Large clean apartment, excellent quiet location close to the center but in the suburbs! They gave us tips on what to see and where to eat (Osteria Baralla top!). Definitely would recommend to anyone. We'll definitely be back.

Magnificent once again!!! We stayed at Gabriella’s place 11 years ago and fell in love with it. There was plenty of space for 3 couples. The kitchen was charming and the living room spaces were cozy. The best part was the top terrace. The 360 degree view was breathtaking. We spent many moments up there taking in the view and enjoying drinks. Lucca has my heart and we will be back hopefully sooner than later! Grazie Gabriella for being an outstanding host!

Very comfortable apartment in the historic centre, so close to everything. Well equipped kitchen. It was easy to park for free just outside the city walls. We were able to stay with our two dogs, which was very much appreciated. Simone gave us recommendations for restaurants and we tried a few of them, all were excellent! All in all a great stay.

Giulia's place is spectacular with a great view of an historic courtyard from all the windows, and a private courtyard for entry. Open the gate and you're in the center of the most exciting street in Lucca. There were some understandable sewer issues (toilet emits sewer gases which dissipate when windiws are left open) for such an ancient establishment. Make sure to read the house rules for arrival times. Checkin is pretty flexible if you work it out in advance, but you need to check in before the gate of the courtyard is locked. Our train was delayed due to a train fire which caused an unavoidable delay, and we were charged a fee to meet and get the key after 7:30. Well worth it for the lovely stay, but just be aware. Italy's trains may run late, and flexible check in is necessarily impacted by gate closure. Lucca is delightful if you love history, and Giulia's place lets you stay in a lovely historic unit.

The flat was very clean, comfortable and centrally located; all the C’s that make for a wonderful and pleasant trip. Stefano and Emma made us feel at home and proactively reached out to us to ensure we had a smooth experience. Would definitely recommend and would love to return in the future!

Deborah was the nicest host! She welcomed us with kindness and prepared everything nice for our stay. We would totally recommend the stay there, when you are searching for a quiet stay, but want to go for some Citytrips as well. :)

We love our stay, it was the perfect place to relax in the middle of a hectic trip

This place was amazing! We had the best relaxed holiday at Nicola’s apartment. Everything was perfect. Absolutely everything you would need was provided and the plunge pool , upstairs kitchen on the fantastic roof terrace was just brilliant. We spent 3 relaxing days there popping in and out of the pool. Nicola was an amazing host, he checked in to see how we were doing, gave us recommendations of restaurants in the area. He went above and beyond by picking us up at the station on arrival and taking us back at the end of our holiday. The apartment is exactly as the photos show however better with high quality furnishings and comfortable bed. Nicola has thought of everything to make your stay a home from home with extras like the pool. Thank you for a brilliant stay . We will be back.

Cozy apartment with great terrace and pool from which you have a wonderful view of nature and the sea. The road to the apartment is adventurous, but passable. For this, the area is very quiet and nature is around the apartment. The hosts were super friendly and always available. I would definitely spend a second vacation here too!

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. A comfortable air conditioned flat with well equipped kitchen, little balconies. It is better than the pictures! We were 4 adults and there were 3 different areas to sleep which worked perfectly for us. Just 1 bathroom is a bit tight. The swimming pool is great! Sightseeing in Tuscany worked very well. Having a car is a must for this property if you want to explore. If I can suggest summer blankets would be a very useful addition. Rest was great. Giorgio was super helpful with suggestions on restaurants and beaches.

We stayed from April 30 to May 4, 2025, and had a wonderful time. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos—beautifully furnished and fully equipped. If you’re looking for a reliable, always helpful, and genuinely friendly host, Elisa is the perfect choice. We were able to enjoy a relaxing short holiday as a family. Great restaurants are nearby, and the region offers the perfect mix: Pisa and its surroundings with beautiful beaches and rich history, the stunning Cinque Terre, and the scenic Florence area. Highly recommended!
