First of all, a fantastic location, the apartment practically on the beach, waking up and looking at the sea was beautiful. Then the location to reach the destinations we had set up was perfect. The apartment is very nice, clean and will always be ready for anything you need.

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Located in a separate area, making it very quiet and pleasant. Private beach access is also great. The apartment itself is cozy, though not too big. However, sufficient for our 5-night vacation with a toddler. You should only be prepared for the mosquitoes when getting out in the private parking lot. In the apartment, there are fly nets on the windows and also mosquito spray/plugs, so that was not a problem. Natalia is a super host, always responds quickly and helps with problems. We would definitely recommend the place!

Great location, and the apartment has a charming retro vibe with plenty of original 80s furniture. It’s a great value for the price!

We had an amazing stay at Graziano’s apartment. It was spacious, full of light and very clean. We were received by his son Paolo who was very courteous and polite. we would definitely come back to stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone..

Rebecca was very kind and super helpful. The accommodation is in a great location because it's on the beautiful seafront of Viareggio, which is a charming town. Very comfortable and clean inside. Fully equipped kitchen. We came in the spring and imagine that in the summer season the Primavera resort is even more charming!Very happy with our stay!We'll be back and we highly recommend it!

We were two small families sharing the Villa Gamba part of Byron House. The house was perfect for sharing with friends or family. Very spacious and with many bathrooms. We really enjoyed the access to the river and the well equipped kitchen. We didn’t use the garden as much as we would have liked to, because it was high summer and the heat and the mosquitoes was a bit too intense. However, I have to say that even with windows open all night (no AC) the mosquitoes surprisingly were no problem at all in the house. The beds were beautiful and comfortable and everything was very clean and inviting in this very authentic villa. The road is just outside the house, but it didn’t bother us. Several parking options. The communication with Janet is very easy and thorough. For example the garbage sorting is a bit intricate, but Janet’s guidance is very helpful. We also enjoyed the town and the local public pool. We spent a week at the house but were aching to stay longer. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time from start to finish! The house is lovely and cozy within 2-3 min walk from the nearest beach. There are restaurants, bike rentals and fruit vendors in vicinity and we enjoy leisurely walk to the town every evening. All just seems such a breeze. The host, who is super responsive and friendly, provided recommendations on local shopping and dining and is always there to answer questions. Definitely an address to keep- I feel like it’s a little piece of secret for the visitors for Forte dei Marmi or surroundings.

This is an amazing place- great location right next to a beautiful sandy beach, with own shaded space reserved. The pool was also lovely and facilities great. Pietro was always on hand to help us and answer any enquiries. He kindly booked us taxis and was always very friendly.

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

We recently stayed at this apartment in Marina di Pietrasanta and had a great time. The accommodation is a bit basic and more like a traditional beach house when compared to a modern apartment but that’s expected when you’re just 30m from the beach! It didn’t affect our experience at all. A highlight was the private gazebo on the beach, perfect for relaxing on the beach. We also had access to the pool, great for when we didn’t want to swim in the sea. Next to the pool is a restaurant, the food was always good and the staff very friendly. The restaurant also overlooks the pool, so we could enjoy long lunches while our little one played in the water. The location is excellent, just a 500m walk to the main square with shops, cafés and a great evening vibe. Forte dei Marmi is just a short drive away for high-end shopping. If you’re after a laid-back beach holiday with everything nearby, this is a great pick, we’ve already recommended it to friends.

For us, this place was perfect! An apartment full of light, sea view with sunset in the front, pine forest and mountains in the back. We were so happy with this choice, because I was sick for three days and it was so nice to have such a wonderful home. We had already booked this apartment for the second time and were again very satisfied. We really liked the location, the modern furnishings and the comfort. Highlighted is the excellent communication with Sophia, who practically day or night in case of problems immediately and helped us out. The only point of criticism was that compared to last year, not quite all the amenities were available and we had to ask a few things. Although Sophia solved practically all the challenges immediately, it was still a small smear. Whining to a high standard.

The place was great with wonderful views of Pedona from the patio and the bedroom. Eleonora was very helpful and friendly, feeding us strawberries and yogurt when we arrived hungry and tired. You will not be disappointed. Note: We did find the road up to Pedona challenging, but driving in Italy is not the same as in Canada.

Very nice and functional apartment! Great location very close to the beaches and for us who arrived by train, it was also very convenient to the station. The washing machine is very much appreciated! Alessio is always very helpful and responsive! Recommended on all fronts!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It is located in a private, secure complex surrounded by greenery and trees, in a very quiet and peaceful area. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the beach, where you can choose between free beaches or private ones for a fee. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, all within walking distance, and whichever way you go, you’re surrounded by trees, flowers, and beautiful scenery. Parking inside the complex was easy — we have found a spot without any problems. Access to the complex is secure, with a magnetic card provided by the owner. The apartment itself is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The host was kind, helpful, and always quick to reply to our messages with useful information. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back!
