Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a newly built (2022) small house close to the Upplands Way (Upplandsleden) hiking trail, and the Lunsen nature reserve with walking trails and beautiful scenery. Only 12 minute drive to Knivsta, or 25 minute drive to central Uppsala. 2.3 km to the nearest bus stop. New deck installed August 2024. Outside space/garden has not yet been landscaped. However, beautiful views, forest and walking trails are right on your door.

Distance: Sigtuna (4 km by foot/cycle path, 8 km by car). 17 km from Arlanda airport, 40 km to Stockholm city. 3 km to public transport (bus). The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with a swimming area, about 100 meters away. On the property, there is a dog and during summertime there are sheep.

This is the perfect apartment to rent for a weekend in Sweden’s oldest and most picturesque town, Sigtuna. The apartment is newly renovated, modern, and spacious. It's located near the boardwalk, and it is within walking distance from the local lake (a known swimming area). It’s only a 15 min walk from the city center where you will find restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, and shopping. It is only a 40 min drive to the capital Stockholm, and 20 min. to the airport Arlanda!

Small cozy guest house on a lush plot. 400 m from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim by a jetty or small beach in the summer and skate in the winter. Close to beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cabin has one room and bathroom. It has a small, but full kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a fold-up guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom there is washing machine, shower and WC. Sheets and towels are included.

Whether it’s raining or the sun is shining, this place offers the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. And the sunsets? Simply breathtaking. Sitting outside in the evening, watching the sky turn golden over the water, was an experience we’ll never forget. We can’t recommend this magical spot enough!

Very nice place to stay in, cosy and quiet. Only a 10 minute walk to the metro station which can take you directly to Uppsala or Stockholm. Such a nice neighbourhood and a beautiful lake nearby

This cottage was ideal for me: close to the airport (20 minutes) while being absolutely quiet, for a restful night after a long day of driving (It is however necessary to use the GPS to find it). Cleanliness is impeccable and bedding complete, and Maria is a model for her good hospitality and kindness. Without a doubt, if I come back to Sweden, I'll stay at this cottage again.
