Fresh air in quiet forest environment

All on its own, at the end of our property is our little cottage in a forest clearing. It's calm and quiet here. Only nature and at a stone's throw distance, there is a warm swimming lake. The whole area is traversed by lovely walking paths and it is just under one km down to the bay. Herrbret, which we call the cottage, has a lovely deck in a sunny position in the front. Everything is fresh and newly built in the old-style but with modern standards and equipment. The cottage is intended as a nice relaxing oasis for two people in the vicinity of nature

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. An open apartment with a total of 50 sqm on two floors. On the lower floor hall, fully equipped kitchen/living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a bathroom with washing machine. On the loft a good double bed and TV. Parking space outside and summertime access to pool. We live close by. Within walking distance small beach, jetties, rock bathing and with bicycle nice excursions. I am happy to leave tips. The bus into Stockholm city takes 45 minutes and the bus stop here within 12-14 minutes walk.

Cottage in natural area on Värmdö

The cottage is located high. Sun much of the day/evening. Nature plot is shared with the main building. Neighbors are around, not close, and you can take care of yourself. The cottage has a large bright living room, a smaller bedroom, a mini kitchen as well as a toilet with shower, washing machine and dryer. 3 km to the sea and child-friendly swimming. Both close to the cabin and on Värmdö there are scenic areas for recreation. Two km to the bus with direct bus to Slussen/Stockholm. Seven km to grocery store. Two bicycles are available.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home located on a large nature plot. Torsby is a child-friendly and quiet area in an archipelago environment. Here you live next to nature and the sea. Nice swimming opportunities in the sea 5-10 minutes walk from the cottage where there is a shallow beach and cliff bath, among other things. There's also a volleyball court, barbecue area, swings, and a trampoline from the rocks. To the city you can get by bus in about 35-40 minutes. The bus is a 3 minute walk from the cottage.

Cozy cottage near the waterfront on Värmdö

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpse from both windows and terrace. Bathroom 200-300 meters from the house, both from dock and small beach. Peaceful but still with everything close. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to the city in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car. Small boat to hire and a bike can be borrowed to pedal up to the store and buy frulle!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home in a child-friendly area. Most playgrounds, close to the forest with several running tracks in different distances. 2.5 km to grisslinge havsbad which is a really nice beach with restaurant and ice cream bar. The house has a cozy back side with sun all day where it is perfect to socialize and barbecue. The interior of the house is homely, fresh and has most amenities. Toys, video games, TV in 3 rooms, board games and good speakers. A bicycle is available to borrow.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub.
