A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. A bicycle can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

In Gustavsberg, four kilometers from the house, there are restaurants, grocery stores, and fun activities for the whole family. So it is just to pack your bags and travel to this wonderful apartment to relax and enjoy a fantastic stay in Stockholm.
