Condo vacation rentals in Forte dei Marmi

Bruno's house is perfect for a family of four, clean and equipped with everything, we immediately felt at home! It is a short walk from the center of Pietrasanta, a few minutes' drive from Forte dei Marmi, right outside the house there is a large free parking lot, the area is equipped with every service but in a quiet location. Bruno always responds quickly and is very kind and helpful. We only stayed two days but we would gladly go back!

We liked it very much and everything was good. Could sleep well. Everything was within walking distance. Very modern and smart house. From my own experience with many Airbnbs I have booked, I recommend Deborah leave some spices like salt, pepper, etc. and some detergent for the dishes for a few days as an emergency. Living room well equipped. But what would also be good is a coffee table in front of the sofa, where it is very usable. Otherwise everything is okay and tip top like the pictures. Thank you Deborah.

Stayed for 4 days at Andrea's place. The apartment was well equipped and had a nice patio to sit on. Best part about it was Andrea gave his number and quickly responded to all of our questions about the area and the apartment. He gave some great restaurant recos and the apartment is about 5m walk from the main square and 10m from the train station. Would recommend for sure. Thanks!

We had a great time in Barga! The place is very centrally located in Barga with lots of great restaurants close by, which was great! Eleonora was always easily accessible and very helpful. The apartment is stylish and nicely decorated. I'd love to come back :)

Stefania was very kind and super helpful. We had an issue with a bike and they replaced it right away. Everything was perfect, apartment tidy and clean, not really central but easily accessible by bicycles. Highly recommend!

I only stayed for one night but I can say that the place is wonderful, clean and the kitchen is very well equipped even though we didn't need to use it. In addition, parking in the garage is a convenience. Check-in was easy, quick and communication with Benedetta was great, available for anything. Our stay was perfect, and when we arrived the heating had already been turned on, kind gesture and did not go unnoticed. Thank you for everything and if I pass by the area it will be a pleasure to return.

Giulia’s place was perfect for us. 15 walk from the train station and 15 walk to the tower. Giulia sent us a list of restaurants recommendations and different activities to do whilst we were there. She even stopped by to check how we were getting on. Only thing is there is quite a lot of noise from above but this was mentioned in the booking so was to be expected. Would definitely stay here again!

The contact with Gabriele was warm and straightforward. The apartment is excellent and very tastefully decorated. We felt very comfortable.

The location next to the train station is ideal for visiting the Cinque Terre as well as for visiting La Spezia on foot. The apartment is ultra clean and the terrace is the real star of this accommodation. What a pleasure to eat out morning, noon and evening. Thank you to Carla and her husband who helped with our suitcases and strollers on arrival and departure for the train station.

Luca's apartment is in a very good location, less than a 10-minute walk from the train station while being in a nice neighborhood near the pedestrian street. Luca is very responsive to messages and accommodating. The apartment is nice. The mattress in the large bedroom is quite firm. The ones in the small bedroom and the sofa are perfect. The living room is small but we were never there during the day. Ideal for enjoying the Cinque Terre!

Luca’s place is perfectly located in the heart of La Spezia—just steps away from great restaurants and within walking distance of all the main sights. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the train station, which made it super convenient for day trips to Cinque Terre while still being able to enjoy relaxed evenings in La Spezia. The location really couldn’t have been better for our stay!

A very nice apartment in a great location to walk around and enjoy the city. We had a really nice time in Pisa, and this was a perfect base from which to explore.

The house is really beautiful, with attention to detail and with a unique style that makes it memorable. Joke, who takes care of the check-in, was very kind and helpful, although the process was a little long and requires a little patience. The rooms are a little dark, and there is an area that looks more like a storage room than a well-integrated space with the rest of the place — a small disconnect in an otherwise well-kept context. Other than that, everything is wonderful: cozy environments, relaxing atmosphere and great attention to detail. The price is high, in line with the average area, considering the style and quality of the experience.

We had a couple of fantastic days up in the mountains at Cima alla Serra. We sat every night on the terrace and enjoyed the view and the tranquility, and during the day you could relax by the pool, which was fantastic. Giovanna and the staff on site were very helpful and we are so happy with our stay. Although it is relatively close to Pisa, you should have a car, which we were recommended. We hope to have the opportunity to come back again! Thanks for a couple of nice days :)

Nice place as a base to explore the area. Beautiful hill-like area. Village of Pietresantra surprisingly nice! Beds a little softer than we like ourselves and the approach route with a low car was challenging, but otherwise a nice apartment!! Good communication with Fulvia.

This place was amazing! We had the best relaxed holiday at Nicola’s apartment. Everything was perfect. Absolutely everything you would need was provided and the plunge pool , upstairs kitchen on the fantastic roof terrace was just brilliant. We spent 3 relaxing days there popping in and out of the pool. Nicola was an amazing host, he checked in to see how we were doing, gave us recommendations of restaurants in the area. He went above and beyond by picking us up at the station on arrival and taking us back at the end of our holiday. The apartment is exactly as the photos show however better with high quality furnishings and comfortable bed. Nicola has thought of everything to make your stay a home from home with extras like the pool. Thank you for a brilliant stay . We will be back.

Cozy apartment with great terrace and pool from which you have a wonderful view of nature and the sea. The road to the apartment is adventurous, but passable. For this, the area is very quiet and nature is around the apartment. The hosts were super friendly and always available. I would definitely spend a second vacation here too!

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. We've just returned from a week at Casa Claudio. It was perfect in every way. We had plenty of down time enjoying the garden and pool, with easy access to Pisa Centrale to visit Sienna,Florence, Lucca,Pisa and all the amazing cities. San Giuliano Terme has its own train station 30 mins walk from Casa Claudio, really easy to navigate using the train app. we found it comfortable to walk or cycle into town for shopping, train station or Pizzeria. Really no need to have a car. The accommodation we found amazing, so clean and modern. Rooms were vast and we loved the front porch, sitting each evening and morning listening to bird song while eating al fresco, so relaxing. The pool and sunloungers were fabulous, pool perfect temperature and so spotlessly, cleaned daily. we were left to enjoy all the amenities peacefully, yet our questions and enquiries were replied to within the hour. we felt well cared for, Claudio and Irene's hosting is perfect, even a lift to the airport on going home.
