Thank you so much for the stay. We're a family of three. Perfect for this small fine apartment. The location is just great. Very quiet at the back and once across the street already on the beach. In addition, communication with Sandro was always very fast, friendly and helpful.

Gloria and Daniele were excellent hosts. They even offered us a ride back to their location as Daniele was in La Spezia when we arrived. They provided us with excellent recommendations for dinner and transportation. Wish we had stayed longer.

Very nice and clean apartment with great sea view and harbor view. Apartment is fully equipped. The bus stop is about 200 m away to La Spezia or Portovenere. You can park your car right outside the door or in the cul-de-sac. The apartment and the location to excursion destinations is very central. The communication with Nicola and Francesca is very lovely. We will be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic 2 week stay in Daniele’s apartment. He and his wife are lovely people,who treated us with typical Italian hospitality. The apartment,situated right in the centre of the resort, was both stylish and very clean,with everything you could ask for. Daniele was very attentive to our needs and looked after us throughout the holiday. We were invited to his Bagnio, in Marina de Petra Santa, where we spent a day on the beach and dined his restaurant, which is run by his wife. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

My husband, my daughter and I had a great time, the accommodation exactly as described, the terrace is definitely the highlight. Nice and convenient, the free beach is 5 minutes from the apartment. Very useful The host's tips for what to visit and where to eat. She was available and very precise in all the directions she gave us. The house was well stocked with many small touches for guests (e.g. umbrella, beach chair, games for children, dishwasher and washing machine...) if we have another vacation here we will definitely return to this apartment.

Fantastic apartment, very comfortable and well equipped. Fabrizio ans his colleague Bruno were very accommodating and kind. Beds quite nice, as well as pillows. Lots of space and quite clean. A/C in all rooms. Close to waterfront and 15 min to historic center of La Spezia. Very quiet at night, no bars downstairs bus stop within feet, 15 min to train station. Would definitely stay here again with family in a future visit.

It was one of the best stays! A nice, beautiful house with all the amenities and instructions. The hosts are very friendly people, they help and give tips, they take care of the comfort for the guests, even better than in an expensive hotel! It was delightful, a place 7 minutes from the sea, you can see beautiful sunsets. Very well-maintained area, apricot tree and beautiful surroundings! I look forward to meeting again, I didn't want to leave, I was very comfortable!

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

We had a great vacation in Giampaolo's house! He helped us to get a tent in the bagno across the street and was very helpful and always responded promptly. Great location with small shops close by.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Beautiful house, with our 7-month-old we had a wonderful time and it is certainly also appreciated by children of all ages. Fantastic patio with a garden where you can spend time outdoors. On foot or by bike you can reach the beach or center in a few minutes, by car it is convenient to get around to nearby locations. Maria Giulia was a super host, she waited for us and gave us all the instructions for the house and more, and she was super helpful for the duration of the stay.

Monica was really flexible about checkin and met us when we arrived to show us around the property. The apartment was private and tucked away from the street so it was really quiet. The main bed was really comfortable and there were extra pillows which is always nice. The tv is a smart tv which was really great! Would definitely recommend.

We were in Dino's house for four days with our 10-month-old baby. The view and tranquility are wonderful and the house has everything it needs for us. The communication with Dino was great, he contacted us on his own initiative and asked if we arrived well and if everything is okay and also responded quickly to our messages. We were traveling with a Ford Transit, your car should not be larger or wider, as the roads are very narrow.

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

Maria was precise, punctual and very kind, even when we had a setback. The accommodation is close to everything and although small it has everything you need.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful, they have welcomed us very well, the apartment is comfortable, well decorated, clean, well equipped with everything a family needs to spend great holidays by the sea. The location is perfect, close to the sea, to the trade that you can go on foot, the Viareggio boardwalk, which is very pleasant to walk at any time, car parking is abundant, the proximity of sights throughout Tuscany (Florence, Pisa, etc.) and Cinque Terre was fundamental to our holidays. I definitely recommend this host and this apartment for stay on holiday.

We absolutely loved Paola’s apartment. The location is fabulous, right by the passenger ferry pick up and a couple of minutes walk from the centre, also with a supermarket right below the apartment. It was beautifully presented and well stocked with all crockery, glasses, utensils etc that you could need. Fabulous views from both the lounge and beautiful little terrace - we enjoyed watching the boats come and go. Martina, Paola’s agent was lovely. She met us on arrival, showed us round and replied quickly to a question we had about taxis. As others have said the bath / shower is a little unusual, and the access to the terrace is narrow with steep steps, but we managed, and this wouldn’t put us off staying again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Portovenere - it really is a very beautiful harbour town and a good position to explore the Cinque Terre. The apartment is exceptional - one of our best AirBnB stays to date.

Very cute appartement! Conveniently located, close to a big supermarket and not far from both the train station and the city center. The host was very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags before the check-in time. She also provided us with some toiletries and towels! We were very happy with our choice to stay here.

We loved Daniela’s place in the little town of Le Grazie so we came back for the second time. Super property & super host! Daniela and her family are the best. The apartment is really beautiful and comfortable. Ample supplies throughout to make us feel right at home. The town is darn cute and lively. Easy to get to La Spezia and Porto Venere. Weekly visitor parking was a breeze!
