Tiny house vacation rentals in Florida Panhandle

These are some of the best hosts we have ever had! From the moment we arrived with a tire issue, Steve was immediately friendly and helpful with multiple local repair shops to try and suit our needs. In the following days he had lots of local restaurants, dive locations and dog park recs. Their place has all the necessities you'd need on your vacation. The kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast, and prepare leftovers any day we needed. All other rooms were stocked, clean and well kept. The dogs loved to fetch n cool off in the Sound on their frequent swims. Lush foliage was a surprise as it contributed to wildlife, birds and shady temps! It is definitely the place to privately slow down, sit back an watch the sun rise on the dock as boats travel by slow and unbusily. Topping it all off was the spacious porch/yard with water hose. It spoiled us as we are usually unable to fully rinse and dry out all of our dive gear before returning home. Come and visit their oasis, you won't regret it!!

The house was great. You can tell it’s an older home and the bathroom has a faint odor but I’m sure that’s due to the age of the house too. I was a little nervous when reading the reviews that the house wouldn’t stay cool enough but it was PERFECT! Very easy and convenient location. The backyard was awesome for our dog! Overall I would give our stay a 10/10!

Cute little cottage very close to the beach and a short drive to stores and restaurants. Its had everything we needed to be comfortable. Amy was was very responsive and helpful.

The space was nice, neat and clean. It looked just like the pictures. Charles responded very quickly to answer all questions and he even sent us a list of recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. If and when I come back to Destin I would stay here again. Definitely recommend!!

A quick but wonderful stay at Laura’s cozy guesthouse. Awesome communication, place was just as described. I totally appreciated the amenities like: all the beach gear, laundry, an iron and blow dryer. Nice that there was a tub, not just a shower. Clean, well equipped and the location across from beach access was amazing. Parking was ample for both homes on the property. Thanks for sharing your space, Laura!

Context: Argentinean couple visiting - 2 small dogs - $180/night. Beautiful neighbourhood, close to the bridge to the beaches, with parks to walk or excercise as close as 2 blocks from the cabin. The cabin is small but very nice, everything was clean and had all the necessary supplies. The shower and the bed were great. Cooking can only be done with a microwave. Parking is on the street -no issues since it seems safe-. Small patio between the cabin and the house where you can sit to enjoy fresh air. We trully enjoyed our stay, Terri was very polite and clear in her instructions, we had privacy and felt comfortable at all times. It was our first time visiting Pensacola and were able to tour different places since the cabin is almost mid-point between places you can visit. We would definitely recommend it, it's a 5 stars in all aspects.

This is our 3rd time staying at Kathy's place and it is always a great experience. The house was clean and the area is so peaceful! They have walking paths in the neighborhood, its so close to shops and restaurants! We cannot wait to come back next year!

We have been going to 30A every summer for five years now, this was easily the best trip we've taken. Seaside is ultimately the number one attraction to us every time, so being this close was unlike any other location. The house and location are unlike any other, not having to worry about parking, or even getting in your vehicle from check in to check out. Unlike any other experience we've ever had. The host is great, responsive, very friendly and wants to help you have the best experience. We checked out today and are looking at dates now as a family to book again for next summer. I stayed at this great little place to attend a wedding in the area. It was exactly as it looks in the pictures, and even had a few extra thoughtful touches (welcome treats, coffee/tea/water). I was staying alone, but this would have been perfect for 2 people as well. The bathroom was a little small, but had all the amenities you'd possibly need. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and this place was beautifully clean. I loved the location in a quiet neighborhood, yet it was also really convenient to nearby points of interest. I was able to do some sightseeing in both Fairhope (to the south) and Mobile (to the west) on the same day. Yohana, the host, was very responsive to my messages. I would highly recommend this place.

We booked this for a date night getaway and it delivered. The design of the house with the large windows was picturesque. The home is a great design with tall ceilings and natural light. It is what you look for in a stay away from your own home that is more of an experience.

What a cool and peaceful little cottage! We absolutely loved it and the shower was HEAVENLY! My husband and I visited for the week and met Willow the sweetest kitty ever. The pictures were exactly as the cottage was presented when we arrived. Mark is very responsive and quick to get back to you if you need anything. We loved our stay and would love to come back again next year. Thank you for such an awesome stay and a great experience!

It was my first time staying in a tiny home and it was a wonderful experience! The place was clean, well stocked with everything I needed, and it felt very private due to the location. I would definitely recommend staying here!

10/10 recommend this Airbnb! My boyfriend and I were traveling with two small dogs and this space was perfect. There’s a fenced in yard (the gate lock is missing a screw so it doesn’t shut properly, you have to make sure it’s locked otherwise it’ll just swing open) for the pups to play and potty. The neighborhood is VERY nice and we felt safe. You can see the bay from your front porch. Host was able to accommodate an early check in and was very responsive. Overall, the Airbnb was super clean and tidy and had all the essentials we could possibly need. It was only about a 15-20 minute ride to Pensacola Beach and 5 minutes to Bayview dog park.

Nita’s Nest was an absolutely perfect getaway. The cottage was adorable & so comfortable. The location was perfect for us. Ms. Bonita was a delight! Definitely will stay again and highly recommend it to others.

We had an amazing experience at the Bunkie. Katie gave very clear instructions on how to check in and find her home because the GPS wasn’t always accurate. Check in was smooth and seamless and everything was exactly as pictured. The tiny house was extremely clean and accommodations were very well thought out. The location was beautiful, serene and peaceful and a very short drive to the beach making this location the both of best worlds. Katie went above and beyond in making us feel at home and she exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future. Thanks so much for an amazing time!

Rosie was a great host. She was very responsive to text and also had concern for us traveling late at night and even wanted to be notified when we arrived. It did not matter what time. She also checked in to make sure that we were having a good time And that everything was in order. As we checked out, she wished us safe travels and said we were welcome to come back anytime which we definitely will.

Frances was great to work with. She appears to be selective on who she rents to and I would do the same. Her location is gated and private. It was very comfortable inside the unit and the land she is on is fantastic. There are goats and you will see chickens and ducks walking around. It's very peaceful there. If you want to go into town, it's a quick 10 minute ride. The unit itself is well equipped and very clean. She is very clear in her instructions and I would recommend this rental for a nice getaway and relaxing location.

I had an amazing stay at Clara's Cottage! The location was perfect, with everything I needed just a short walk away. The space was exactly as described—if not better—super cozy and comfortable. Clara was an incredible host; she was friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions I had. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing and convenient spot to stay!

The place was super clean. and communication was great. Things you might need were nicely stocked.

This tiny home was private and quiet away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough drive to the beach and restaurants. The beach chairs and umbrella were nice to be able to utilize. Comfortable bed, large walk in shower, coffee pot/maker. Shampoo and conditioner and body wash provided. We mainly just used the space to sleep, as we were out and about doing things all day. Host communication was top notch throughout the visit and prior. There is a home right in front of the tiny home not pictured in the images however it was like no one was even there. It’s very private with the tiny home set back and behind the house and from the road. Only downfall to the space was the internet was down so we had to use our personal hot spot to watch tv at night with our Netflix account. Great, cost effective rental for a couple of people!

Perfect for a little getaway. Short walk to the beach and food. Was great overall!
