Beach condo vacation rentals in Florida Panhandle

Carla's place was easily the most beautiful, and fully loaded Airb&B we have ever stayed in. Carla really goes above and beyond with detail and thinking about the little things. A good example of this is she provided dish soap, a couple laundry pods, dishwasher pods, extra toilet paper, and paper towel. Airb&b's we have stayed at in the past we have always had to come fully packed with essentials as such listed above, it was a wonderful surprise to see that she had those little things covered. The condo itself resembles the photos exactly, and the view is beautiful. Thanks, Carla, for being such a great host!

Beautiful condo. Very clean. It is across the road from the beach but did have beach views. Responsive host that checked in on us after check-in.

My husband and I decided to celebrate our anniversary in Panama City and I gotta say…our stay was wonderful!!! The pictures matched what we saw in person except it was 10x better in person! We could see the beautiful beach from our room. It was very clean and check in instructions were very clear. All amenities stated are there. It’s a very private and reserved area, which we really loved. It felt safe. The Security crew at the little shack when you enter, were very attentive and nice. There were many breakfast restaurants around the area, that was a plus as we are big breakfast eaters! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone and everyone who is looking to book near PCB!!! 🏖️😎

This place was perfect, in decor, cleanliness, and convenience! We’ve stayed at The Pelican Resort before, but this room was so nice and updated. Will definitely stay here again when we come back!

This unit is on the 20th floor that gives great views of the beach and water below. A beautiful place to stay with plenty of spacious room!

Sheila was such a WONDERFUL host! She was so responsive and quick to help in anyway she could to make our stay more comfortable. This seems silly in the grand scheme of things but we didnt have a couple kitchen items we would like to have had available upon check in. We notified Sheila and BAM she had them delivered. ASAP. This was a HUGE deal in the moment. She didnt have to do that but she did. We cant wait to come back and stay at one of her places again. She was a phenomenal host. The condo was clean and well stocked with any item you can think about needing. We had chair rentals on the beach daily that is provided from this wonderful host. As well as she has additional chairs on the balcony you can take down if you want closer to the water. Beach towels available, it truly was home away from home. I cant say enough wonderful things about our stay. If you book with Sheila you wont regret it. 😉

Kim did an amazing job of sending all the details we needed to stay at her condo from check-in to check-out. She also went above and beyond sending us information on activities around the property and beach to make our stay amazing! So grateful for all the information she sent us!

We loved Carrie’s place. It was squeaky clean from the moment we came in. She provided so many things that we did not expect! The walk to the beach is 2 minutes and is right there. Beautiful beach and private! We also loved that we could bring our pug. Carrie was kind and responsive to our needs. We will be back and would recommend this to any family!

Ms. Lidiya was amazing! Anytime I had a question she had a fast response. The place was great! Looked exactly like the pictures, and was in walking distance of main activities. You can never get bored. It was something to do around every corner. It rained while we were in town and we still had an amazing time! She even took her time just to check on us and to see if we needed anything! I will definitely be booking again. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality you gave me and my family! This was my bday weekend trip and I had a great time. The location of the condo was super convenient to the beach access. Also the local food was great. Our host made some great suggestions that were spot on! The Blue Crab Claws at The Shack were amazing and fresh and the Steamed Seafood at Old Bay Steamer was huge and enough to share. We absolutely enjoyed the tasty vibes! Plus being able to walk to the beach from condo made it really convenient to spend the day on the beach. The only issue was the community laundry room which is not just one tenants responsibility but it definitely needs some attention and maitenance. But overall our stay was great and I enjoyed myself.

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved staying at their little cute townhouse. A perfect spot on 30a close to the beaches and restaurants. Everything is exactly as described. If anything happened/came up during my stay, it was addressed right away. Steve was a great host! 10/10 Will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Perfect place to stay for a beach getaway. Shopping, places to eat and the beach all within walking distance. What more do you need? We will definitely stay here again.

Great place with very easy access to beach, which was particularly nice when we came in for lunch and to dodge the thunderstorm. Beautiful view from condo. Very clean and comfortable. AC unit was a bit loud when it kicked on at night, but not a big problem. We stayed when there was ongoing construction on the building but the only time it mattered was on the morning when we were leaving, as the workers were in the entry way between the elevator and parking lot. Definitely would go back.

Had a great stay at Amy's Seamist condo. The view from the balcony right on the beach can't be beat, the condo was nice and comfortable, in great condition. The beach was not crowded at all (rare for 30A), and having a beach setup come with the rental automatically was very nice. Amy was very communicative and accommodating. We will absolutely stay there again.

We had an amazing time here. Was perfect for my kids & family. The apartment was clean, updated and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The building was also great. It had a very clean pool, lots of communal beach toys for my kids. Edward was a great host.

We have stayed at the Emerald Isle several times before. We love the location and how close it is to the beach and how every unit is gulf facing! This unit was very nice. We especially loved the huge, comfy couch. The host, Jeff was helpful and allowed us to check in early. I have no complaints about this condo or the host. Very happy with our choice and would happily stay here again!

My family and I stayed here over the Juneteenth weekend. It was better than advertised. Although I love the beach and the sun…I hate sand. One of the great things about Shaun’s place is the outdoor rinse station. It was such an amazing amenity. It helped us keep his home sand free and also minimize the amount that we tracked into our car. I would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Everything was as described. Easy access to the pool and beach. The views from the condo were outstanding. The condo itself was beautifully furnished, comfy and made for a relaxing vacation.

My husband and I rented this place for 3 nights. We had never been to the area, and my daughter and her family were staying a few blocks down, and actually found this for us as she knows the area. This place was perfect for us and within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants. There were 2 pools and my grandchildren absolutely loved the “big bathtub” as they called it. It was perfect for them, they’re 2 and 4. The place had everything we needed and the bed was quite comfortable, always a plus! Sarah gave good recommendations and was very quick to answer any questions. We would highly recommend staying here!

We had the best stay here for our anniversary and baby moon! The location was ideal for anyone who wants to spend time at the beach and in beautiful Blue Mountain. The walk to the beach was as close as can be - just a matter of walking down the stairs of the building and the stairs to the sand! Another plus was the ease of parking and how walkable numerous restaurants were from the Airbnb. We didn’t even have to rent beach chairs and an umbrella thanks to the equipment in the unit! The balcony was perfect for relaxing after the beach and enjoying a cup of coffee and breakfast. Staying at this unit grants access to a private stretch of beach that was spacious, beautiful, and never very crowded - even on a holiday weekend! Grace was great at communicating and had the place prepared perfectly for us. We can’t wait to stay here again!
